  The BEST day of coordinator EVER! 8.13.21 💓✨

  I cannot thank Yasemin & her team enough for what they did for us on our wedding day & leading up to it. They make sure all of your vendors are on a timeline and everyone is on the same page & this is SO important & key to any successful wedding. I didn't have to contact any of my vendors 2 weeks prior because Yasemin & her team handled everything. They truly go above and beyond to make your day seamless! We had an Arab/American wedding & the fact that yasemin is also from a similar cultural background made her understanding of our culture & how things are done. These team of girls were my angels the entire day! Yasemine MJ, and Ari are absolute rockstars and I truly don't know what I would have done without them that day. From making sure my family was taken care of, to always making sure my hair and makeup were in check, and my deodorant was on 🙈 I had ZERO stress the day of my wedding and it genuinely was because of these three woman! My fairy godmothers!! They even did everything to make sure my 3 & 4 year old niece & nephew walked all the way down the aisle by bribing them with candy! Haha They truly love their jobs and they truly care and it shows!! Do yourself a favor and hire these ladies for your wedding! Wedding planning is so stressful as many of you brides now probably know or will soon know. The fact that they were there for me throughout the entire day and the weeks leading up to my big day made me feel so relaxed & so at ease so I could truly enjoy my entire day & night. They are so detailed and do not miss a single thing! All boxes were checked because of them. I'm happy the wedding is over because now Yasemin is not my day of coordinator, but is now my friend. 🤍

  INSANE, AMAZING, LIFE CHANGING and NEEDED WITHOUT A DOUBT. My now husband and I booked our wedding and quickly booked all the major vendors including the florist/band/dj/photographer etc. The majority of which we had ready to go on speed-dial and others we had already inquired about. After booking the major things, as a bride I knew there was one major thing missing; a day-of wedding planner. I am a super indecisive person and when it comes to the flow of things I second guess myself a lot. I decided I NEEDED someone to help hold my hand through this process. I called up Yasemin after seeing her company as a preferred vendor on our venue’s site. INSTANTLY I was hooked - without knowing if we would hire her team or not, Yasemin did not hold back any details. She went through every single thing her team would be providing to us and what the day of flow was like. This intro call lasted a good hour as she was patient and answered every single one of my questions. I got off the phone with her and felt such excitement and relief; half the things she mentioned to me I didn’t even know were involved in the wedding planning process. I could not have booked her more quickly after that call. Yasemin informed me that I would be working specifically with Noelle who would handle all of my day of needs and would be working with me two months prior as well. NOELLE IS A STAR! She was on top of every single thing and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Without Noelle, I don’t know how I would have felt 2 months leading up to the wedding, but with her I felt at ease and stress-free, she created a timeline of every single possible thing that will happen day of to ensure all went smoothly and it absolutely did, if anything came of concern she handled it and asked me to please let her take the reigns and handle any back and forth this way I was stress free, Noelle made sure to book finale meetings with each vendor to ensure everyone was on the same page and she gave all direction, she truly is a dream come true for a bride. The day of my wedding came around, and Gabby entered the picture as the second planner working alongside Noelle for the day. MY GOSH WHAT A GIFT WE WERE GIVEN - my husband left his wedding day shoes at the hotel and Gabby did not want anyone in the family to stress out so she got in her own car and drove to the hotel to retrieve his shoes. I can go on and on about how amazing Noelle and Gabby were but I will leave it at this - every single person approached me saying I was “the calmest, most stress free, unnerved bride ever, and how is that possible”. It was simply because I knew I had Noelle holding my hand and making sure everything was perfect from the second I met her on day 1, and for Gabby to gift us with her presence truly exceeded expectations. Hire this team without a thought and your wedding day will be PERFECT!

  You will not be disappointed!

  I can't say enough good things about the Reveled team! We hired them for our wedding this past December and they are the reason our day turned out to be the perfect day that it did. They went above and beyond for us. And somehow worked magic to pull off some of the things they did. Everyone on the team is WONDERFUL and so much fun to be around. I now recommend them to anyone and everyone getting married. You WILL NOT be disappointed. They are worth every penny and more.

  Reveled is the Best Wedding Vendor in the Business!!!!

  If you are even remotely thinking about using a wedding coordinator and hiring Reveled, take this as your sign to do so immediately. My now husband and I hired Reveled with about four weeks left before our wedding at Crystal Plaza, in Livingston, NJ. We had handled wedding planning ourselves up to that point – namely we had already booked our vendors, the venue, sent invites etc. When we hired Reveled, we were only really looking for day-of-coordinator services and assistance in crafting a timeline – or so we thought. Instead, when we hired Reveled, and our absolutely amazing coordinator Noelle, we got so much more than we had even realized we needed.
  First, from the minute we hired Reveled, Noelle scheduled a meeting with us so we could discuss our ideas and vision for the day. After that, we provided her with the contact information for our vendors, and she took over communication with them. She scheduled and planned all our final meetings with our vendors, ensured that the vendors understood what we wanted from them and when, and got everyone on the same page. From the minute we began working with her, Noelle made our lives a million times easier, and I cannot recommend her and Reveled highly enough.
  As she coordinated the final meetings with the vendors, she also created a timeline for the day. In addition to scheduling the obvious activities like hair and makeup, Noelle prepared a detailed packing list of things that my self and my husband would need to bring with us to the venue, planned what photos and video coverage we would be taking based on the timing of the vendors arrival, made sure that we had ample time for our first look and photos, built in time to bustle my dress after the ceremony, and even was able to handle distribution of our vendor tips. In sum, she made every aspect of the planning and day of easier and better from the minute we hired her to the end of our wedding day.
  Just as important as her skill in planning the wedding, managing day-of activities, and wrangling the vendors, is what an absolute dream she is to work with in person. On the day of the wedding, Noelle and her assistant, Nicollette, walked into our venue, Crystal Plaza, like an extraordinarily efficient ray of sunshine. They both were so sweet, kind, funny, and did wonders for easing our nerves on the big day. Somehow, Noelle had what can only be described as a bridal utility belt, containing everything from hairspray to bobby pins, to static guard to some magical device that they used to pin up my bustle after some of the buttons broke while I danced the night away. Noelle helped me get dressed, impressed our family and friends, worked well with the venue staff, made sure all our vendors did what they needed to do when they needed to do it, and did it all with the most genuine smile on her face. And Nicolette, her amazing assistant, spent most of the day with my husband and the groomsmen, and they all raved that she was fun, excited, and a pleasure to work with.
  While Noelle had already worked at Crystal Plaza several times, I have absolutely every confidence that she would be able to create an amazing experience at literally any venue. But because she had already worked there, she was already familiar with the space and the staff, which helped the day flow so smoothly. I feel like my husband and I have heard so many horror stories of wedding days gone wrong. However, thanks to Noelle, Nicolette, and Reveled, our wedding day went without hiccup. From our perspective, it was everything we dreamed of and more, and I cannot think of a single thing I would have changed except for hiring Reveled earlier than we did.
  My husband and I cannot recommend this wedding vendor enough, and Noelle and Nicolette, in particular. They were amazing at every step of the way – I am an incredibly detail oriented, Type A person, and Reveled was amazing to work with, never making it seem like I was bothering them or annoying them with any of the million questions I had along the way. Reveled is absolutely the best in the business, and they’ll have our support, recognition, and business for any other big events forever!!!

  You won't regret working with reveld events & design

  My husband and I loved working with Yasemin and her team while planning our wedding! We worked together for almost a year and had so much fun throughout the entire wedding planning process. My husband and I have been married for a little over a month now, and so many of our friends and family continue to tell us how much fun they had at our wedding and how beautiful it was. With the help of Yasemin and her team, no one could have guessed that my husband and I were CLUELESS about all aspects of wedding planning before deciding to work with them. The team listened to us, fought and negotiated for us, was always honest and transparent about our wants and expectations, and offered so many helpful tips along the way. We are so happy with how our engagement and wedding went, and a big part of that happiness comes from the Reveled Events & Design team. When the time comes for us to renew our vows, we know who to contact for the vow renewal party planning :)

  Amazing team

  Yasemin was my wedding planner and she was amazing! She was patient and always there for me when I was panicking over the littlest details. I worked with Yasemin for a yr in planning my wedding and she got to know me better than I knew myself. Noelle and Nicolet also assisted me the day of the wedding and I was absolutely blown away by their awesome personality and their willingness to go above and beyond. Whether it was to make a run to the cvs to grab something or to make multiple trips back to the hotel to look for something, these girls did it all! I miss this amazing team already!

  I hired Reveled Events for their partial planning package as I already had most of my vendors. After getting engaged, we planned the wedding date to be 6 months later so we needed help quickly! On the day of the wedding, Yasmine, Noelle, and Nicolette ROCKED OUT!! I was so surprised at how they handled everything! From dealing with our guests, the bridal party, the venue , the vendors, oh man they were great in taking care of things, especially small little surprises! Most importantly they made sure my husband and I were good each step of the way! They all worked very efficiently, they were professional, they even had those walkie talkie ear pieces to communicate with each other every where they went. My husband and I truly felt attended to. Instructions were followed and requests were made without hesitation! They made sure everything was being followed as according to planned. The thing I loved most about working with Reveled Events is that Yasmine has style and we both have the same taste. She was def able to help me get the dream wedding and look I was going for. I do wish I listened to her more as she made certain suggestions. I’m a type A planner myself, and the reason I hired them was so that I wouldn’t have to be stressed out making small decisions and I often times took on more then needed. You really don’t have the stress if you have them on your side. Nevertheless, my husband and I were still able to get what we wanted and that was to walk into our wedding day and not have to stress about anything! We had so much fun I wish I could relive that day over and over again. Our experience truly was a breeze with them Reveled Events :)

  Reveled team really saved the day

  I can not say enough how much I appreciated the team’s help on our special day. Noelle, Gabby, and Nicole were amazing. Noelle worked with all my vendors prior to the wedding day to ensure no detail was left to chance. She maintained such a professional and positive demeanor through out the entire process. On the day of our event the ladies assisted me and my husband making sure we had an amazing time at our wedding and reception. I had a minor wardrobe malfunction with my dress and the ladies were right there to assist. I do not what I would have done without the team!!!!!

  I can not say enough how much I appreciated the team’s help on our special day. Noelle, Gabby, and Nicole were amazing. Noelle worked with all my vendors prior to the wedding day to ensure no detail was left to chance. She maintained such a professional and positive demeanor through out the entire process. On the day of our event the ladies assisted me and my husband making sure we had an amazing time at our wedding and reception. I had a minor wardrobe malfunction with my dress and the ladies were right there to assist. I do not what I would have done without the team!!!!!

  Wedding can be stressful and there are so many details! Every day leading up to our wedding we were talking about how hiring Yasemin and her team was the best decision we made! If you're debating, hire the team to plan your wedding and you won't regret it. They took care of everything and went above and beyond.   Yasemin and her crew know their business!! When we first met her, I asked her for a wedding that would leave the guests amazed. Not only did they deliver, but EXCEEDED my request. My friends and family were not only amazed, but after the wedding and to this day, people are STILL TALKING about how fun and incredible the wedding was!!
  
  Her team handled our wedding like clockwork. They worked like secret service and everyone on her team was aware of EVERYTHING that was going on. There was constant communication amongst each other so my wife and I could just sit back and enjoy the day.

  From the moment I retained Yasemin and her amazing team, I knew that I was in amazing hands and that 95% of my stress and anxiety would be lifted from my shoulders! It was her first wedding at the Art Factory, which I know is a crazy crazy job… but she ran with it and was so on top of everything!!   Though my husband and I are both type A personalities, control freaks and had full confidence in running our wedding day - the BEST advice I got from other brides was GET A DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATOR! Well, the moment my husband and I connected over the phone with Yasmin to learn about Reveled Events & Design services we fell in LOVE and are beyond thankful for their support during our wedding planning process. Though we only purchased a day of wedding coordinator, Yasemin’s team went above and beyond to connect with us two months prior to our big day to ensure our timeline, details, and vendors were all on the same exact page. Reveled ensured our expectations, vision, and requests were all met. Though my husband and I didn’t travel out to New Jersey to meet Yasemin and her right-handed woman, MJ, in person for our first major meeting - they made us feel so comfortable virtually. We knew from the first meeting that our big day was in the right hands with these two fearless, confident, and driven women! We appreciated how much time they put into answering all our questions, reaching out to all our vendors to create the perfect wedding day timeline, and ensuring all details were not forgotten. We loved using their wedding planner portal (Aisle Planner) that helped break down all checklist items leading up to the big day. The table/seat organizer helped outline reception seating arrangements and the planner portal also provided insightful guidelines for us to use when it came to tipping, ordaining, and packing personal items we needed for the big day. MJ went above and beyond to always answer us during any hour of the day or weekend. I appreciated her promptness, follow up, and always meeting all deadlines. The most special moment was finally having the opportunity to meet MJ in person during our final venue walk through. MJ went out of her way to meet us at the venue and walk through every detail of the day. She was our ears, voice, and eyes from all angles. Now as for the day of the wedding…. MJ and Gabriella were my GO TO LADIES THAT DID NOT SKIP A BEAT! I could not be more thankful for their sense of urgency, preparedness, organization, and authoritative action. They were not only my cheerleaders for the day, but my ladies that made me feel special and attended to all my needs no matter what the request was. From helping me use the bathroom in my wedding dress, sewing my bra cup (huge emergency), ensuring I was hydrated/fed and running around like crazy women to make sure all our 210+ guests and 10+ vendors were all happy! This day absolutely could not have gone more seamless if it wasn’t for these two angels! Thank you both for your patience, empathy, and love for your jobs! You both are super women!

I have no idea how I would have enjoyed our day if the extremely talented, skilled and amazing team of Reveled weren't part of it. We had to reschedule because of COVID and we were hosting a wedding weekend (not just a one day event, it spanned 3 days). They kept everything organized, they kept it all together, they helped find locations, co-rodinate all the suppliers, manage the 3 days of events absolutely seamlessly. Most importantly they kept me sane and gave us the gift of being able to enjoy our weekend without having to focus on the details, we could be present, with our guests not worry about thing.   Yasmine and MJ are angels from above to be able to deal with my difficult but not so difficult behind. The level of trust I had from day one made this the most stress free experience and my wedding day was better than I dreamed. I’d do it all again just to work with them. The best out there. They have excellent relationships with their vendors and they work with you to create a vision and help you get what you want (and even things you didnt know you wanted, lol). If you trust their expertise, be open to their suggestions, and let them handle the stressful stuff, you WILL enjoy your event.

  Amazing service

  Reveled Events were just amazing and very helpful on our wedding. They went over every little detail and they helped me go through everything I needed to take care of. Plus the day of they were next to us all day making sure our day was perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything better! 100% recommended.

  Best day of wedding coordinator!!

  I hired Reveled Events as my day of coordinator 5 weeks before my October 1st wedding. Yasemin and her team are so professional and fun to work with! I am so grateful for MJ and Ari (day of coordinators) as they both were so helpful, professional, organized and so pleasant to work with! The venue provided an on-site day of coordinator but she only focused on the venue. The weeks before wedding I knew I needed additional help. I talked to Yasemin, she immediately made me feel less stressed with everything she outlined her team can help with. She started setting up calls with my vendors, finals meeting to go over timeline, I felt organized and should’ve hired them sooner! all the logistics between my vendors, bridal party, groomsmen, family, day of events timeline I did not have to worry about. MJ and Ari went above and beyond from being the hair and make up assistants, steaming dress, working with security at venue to break through gates so I can get my waterfall pics, making sure my kids were taken care of and even stepping up as maitre’D, right by my side! If I can give Reveled Events 10+ stars I would! They made my day perfect, if I didn’t have MJ and Ari by my side I can honestly say it would’ve been a mess and disorganized but they saved me! Brides if you’re looking for wedding planner, day of coordinators…. Look no more as Yasemin, MJ and Ari are the best! Thank you!

  The best day of coordinator!!

  100% recommend hiring Reveled Design & Events if you want an incredible team who is extremely fun to work with and makes your event stress free and exactly as you imagined it. The wedding venue we had booked was beautiful with amazing food but they cram as many events as they can in a day which ultimately leads to very tight timelines and unreliable management from the venue itself. We were given very little time to set up the ceremony room and only ONE hour to setup the reception and cocktail hour which could only occur during our actual ceremony. All of these circumstances would normally cause a bride a huge amount of stress but I felt none of this stress because I hired Reveled Events and Design as my day of coordinator. After my first conversation with Yasemin, I knew I had to hire her. During that call she walked me through her process and everything she would provide in her day of services and gave me complete confidence that she would have everything handled. What made it even more of a no brainer to hire her is that her personality was so amazing that I felt she would actively add to the enjoyment of my day while also completely taking all the stress away. Once we were officially in contract we weren't meant to engage until one month before the wedding however she was very responsive anytime I emailed and provided me wonderful recommendations for vendors. Once we reached the one month mark, we met at her beautiful office and spent a few hours walking through EVERYTHING. Yasemin and her assistant Mary Jane had such a great process established that we walked out of that meeting feeling 100% confident this day was going to be amazing and that myself, my parents, and my sister were not going to have to worry about a thing. Which is exactly what happened. Yasemin organized all of my finals meetings with my vendors, created a detailed timeline making sure everyone had it, and helped with last minute adjustments even up to hours before the event with complete ease making sure I never felt stressed by any of it. During the actual day, the venue provided very little support and did not open the rooms for set up as originally agreed upon. There were several other bumps in the road but I did not know of any of them as Yasemin and Mary Jane handled it with such professionalism and efficiency. I could not have been happier with my wedding and how everything went and know with confidence that my wedding would have been a mess if hadn't hired Reveled Events & Design. I cannot emphasize enough how stress free they made the entire process so if you want to enjoy your event, you will not regret hiring Reveled Events & Design. They are top notch professionals who know this industry, how to get things done, and are worth every penny! I truly enjoyed working with them and look forward to using them for any other events I have in the future!

  I cant even begin to rave about the whole Reveled Team. I booked them as my day-of-coordinators and 90 days prior to my wedding, they met with all of my vendors! The coordination was truly unmatched, I did not have to worry about any of the nitty gritty and Iam so thankful they were already taking things off my plate way before my big day. NOW, the day before my wedding there was a whole hurricane in the tri state area and I was loosing my entire mind! Of course, the Reveled team had every plan B possible, and assured me on my rehearsal day (mid hurricane) that my day would be perfect! They sure did not disappoint. Till this day I don't know about any mishap the day of my wedding, and my entire family raves about how the whole team were like fairies throughout the entire day/night! MJ was legit an angel and was with me the entire night and I could not thank her enough! Thank you for the most stress free and beautiful day my husband and I could have asked for!
