  Stunning Wedding

  There are no words to explain how perfect our wedding was at Sandos Finisterra. We had our ceremony on the beach and cocktail & reception on the rooftop. It was absolutely STUNNING--pictures cannot do it justice. We had a wedding of 83 people and everyone was coming up to us saying it was the most beautiful & fun wedding they had been to. I'm not the best planner, and really wanted my whole wedding experience to be relatively stress-free--you hear of so many brides who end up regretting their wedding bc of the stress leading up to it. I definitely got what I asked for. Paulina & Wendy made the months, weeks and days leading up to the wedding so relaxed. Everything was handled. You can be as hands-on or hands-off with the wedding as you'd like. I was hands-off and they made everything beautiful and sooooo fun. It's so nice to reflect and say that I wouldn't change a thing. The food, music, and ambiance--amazing. I cannot recommend Sandos enough--definitely get married here!!

  10/10 great experience!

  Wendy and the whole wedding team were amazing!! The wedding day was perfectly executed and I was able to relax while Wendy took care of everything. Such a beautiful setting- I’m so excited to get our photos and videos back!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Employees were friendly and helpful. My husband, myself, and our guests had a pleasant experience here 😊

  10/10 amazing

  Having a destination wedding is fantastic because the resort can do a LOT of the work for you, but you also can get nervous because you haven't ever met the people taking care of your big day and you can feel a little out of control and like you are just along for the ride. Let me just say that trusting your day to the amazing people at Sandos is the best decision you could make!! The staff having everything down to a science and make sure everything goes off without a hitch! I mean every detail was perfect and there was no micro-managing needed at all! It was the best decision to trust them with this process and I would have made the exact same choice over and over again. Our day was magical from each location we were at. Also at every location the staff are ready for you and your guests needs, keep you going and on time, so you and your guests can focus only on having a good time. The wedding coordinators also are there with you throughout the day and there if you have a rehearsal dinner. Photographers also did a fantastic job and couldn't be at a more stunning location. We had 50 people at our ceremony, had the ceremony on the beach and had the reception on the whale watchers terrace era. The beach is stunning and perfect right at sunset and the reception was so beautiful open to the beautiful air and the perfect space for eating and dancing the night away. The food was awesome too. Our guests also had a great time hanging out on the resort the whole weekend too with great activities, accommodations, and beautiful views. Like I said I would have recommended exactly what we did to anyone looking for an unforgettable, affordable, awesome, and easy-to-plan wedding!!

  WE HIRED CABO PHOTO STUDIO TO FOLLOW OUR MAGICAL DAY FOR 6 HOURS. THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY GOT CANDID SHOTS, THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE, THEY HELPED ME LIFT MY DRESS EVEN, THEY ARE INSANELY GOOD WITH COMMUNICATION, AND THEY ARE LOVELY. MY PHOTOS ARE MORE THAN MAGICAL

  Perfect Experience

  The Cabo Photo Studio team were the recommended photographer/videographer from Sandos, so I arranged a video call to see what I thought. I spoke to Erick who was extremely personable and really knowledgeable about the whole process, and provided several recommendations based on our wedding size. I’m not a planner, so I left it at that, but they were very much available throughout the process if needed
  
  From there, we spoke to Erick and the Cabo Photo team at Sandos the week of the wedding and arranged schedules, picked out some specific shots we wanted, and discussed when photos would be available after the wedding. That was it. Incredibly easy process and their portfolio of work made me confident that they had the had the creativity, ability, and deep knowledge of shooting at Sandos to do their thing without me asking a million questions.
  
  The day of the wedding they were there on time, worked in the background, and gave really clear, easy instructions. They made the process fun, and it seemed like they got some really good shots.
  
  We just received our photos and they’re incredible. The creativity, the angles, the editing…everything is beautiful and they did an amazing job capturing our day. From start to finish, I can’t say enough great things about this team

  Our Dream Wedding

  This review is long overdue. My husband and I are so glad we chose Sandos for our destination wedding! All of our 75 guests stayed at the resort, and spoke highly of their experience and of our wedding. We enjoyed all the dining experiences and bar services all over the resort. Most of us chose to stay in the Finisterra One Bedroom Suites which have a newer, contemporary style – we loved it. The resort itself is so unique, built on top of a high cliff and right into the rock. All the views around the grounds are stunning.
  
  Our wedding planner, Yhali, was amazing throughout the planning process and because of her, our wedding was everything we dreamed of! We can’t thank her enough! We were also so impressed by the service and thankful for all the staff at the resort especially those with us at our wedding. They are all very kind, attentive and do their best to accommodate our requests. We felt very well taken care of! We also want to shout out to Miguel and the staff at Don Diego. Miguel is so kind and helped make sure our rehearsal dinner was perfect. Thank you all for the wonderful experience. Cheers to Sandos Finisterra and to their entire staff!

  Unforgettable!!

  We just celebrated our wedding at Sandos Finisterra and we haven’t stopped thinking about it since. It was such a great experience to be able to focus on our guests and our time making memories knowing that Yhali and her team had all our wedding plans taken care of. All our requests and our vision for the wedding were brought to life and everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about the wedding and reception! The hotel staff were just as great being so helpful and always friendly. I wish we could relive this trip and stay over and over. I HIGHLY recommend Sandos for any event you want to celebrate or even just a place to stay while visiting Cabo, it’s so close to town that although Sandos has it all, they make it just as easy to go into town either walking or getting a taxi. We will definitely be back!

  I highly recommend Sandos Finisterra as a wedding venue! Yhali and Paulina were so wonderful to work with. They are incredibly sweet and made sure the day went smoothly. All of our guests loved the hotel and kept asking how we found it. The food was delicious throughout the resort too! You won’t be disappointed if you pick this resort to have your wedding at!

  Truely amazing!

  My husband and I booked this venue sight unseen for our wedding in May 2023. I worked with Yhali over the computer for two months to create my wedding vision and she delivered!! Not only was she extremely responsive, but she understood the vision I was going for and was helpful with suggestions. So dont worry when it comes to the decor! Yhali also has such a kind and calm demeanor. She helped me calm my nerves before walking down the aisle and remind me what we practiced. The staff created an unforgettable experience from being greeted with champagne at check in to making my guests feel welcomed the whole weekend.   Very professional and accommodating to our needs 🤍

  These guys made us feel right at home from the beginning. We weren’t sure if we wanted a video or photos, since we were on a tight budget, but fortunately we were able to get both for such a great price! I loved that they were mindful of lighting and getting the best shots for us, considering the sun was setting at the time of our ceremony. We were given the opportunity to bring photo ideas that we wanted but I decided to leave it up to the professionals and they exceeded our expectations!

  Unbelievably fantastic!!

  Yhali, Fernando and the entire staff at Sandos were simply amazing!!! They bought into our vision and executed to perfection every detail we did and did not want. We are so pleased with our choice to have our destination wedding there. Thank you all! ❤️❤️

  A Dream Come True

  We had our wedding at Sandos Finisterra at the beginning of February, and although we had seen many positive reviews and beautiful pictures ahead of time, we were blown away by the entire experience. If you're considering Sandos Finisterra for your wedding - DO IT. Everyone at the resort is so kind and helpful, the resort itself has gorgeous views, and everyone was very impressed by the food available. The wedding planners, Yhali and Paulina, go above and beyond. They were incredibly sweet, they had everything perfectly planned out, and they were even willing to move the wedding forward a day last minute for travel delays due to weather. The photography team, Erick and Peter, do a great job of making you feel comfortable and getting both the shots that you request and having great suggestions.
  
  We did our ceremony at Plaza Finisterra and our reception at Mountaintop Terrace, and I can't recommend that combination enough! You get such stunning views. And if you go with Mountaintop Terrace, definitely upgrade for the string lights, it's so worth it!
  
  A couple of months have gone by and we still haven't stopped raving about our experience to anyone who will listen. We can't wait to come back for our anniversary next year! Muchas gracias por todo, you made our dreams come true, Sandos team!!

  Amazing Wedding Day (& week)!!

  I cannot recommend Sandos and Yhali enough!! I had the wedding of my dreams here. Yhali was fantastic and made it all happen.

  Rev Juan Cabo

  This past November we had the pleasure of having Rev. Juan as our officiant. He did absolutely amazing. He was personable, funny, and enjoyable for everyone at the wedding .He asked my wife and I questions prior to the wedding to make sure he knew enough about us to make it special. He was great and I would definitely recommend him if you are getting married in Cabo, especially at the Sndos Finisterra.

  This past November we had the pleasure of having Rev. Juan as our officiant. He did absolutely amazing.   everything was phenomenal! The dj was amazing and yhali and Paola were the best planners ever. They made sure to everything was perfect for us. They were quick to respond whenever we needed them and helped us with everything. We weren’t treated any different being two brides and everyone at the resort was amazing to us. Even the officiant was 1000% amazing. Definitely recommend

  Yhali and Paulina were amazing!

  We got married on 10/21/22 and Yhali and Paulina made my wedding experience at Sandos so perfect! They made not only my wedding day but our whole stay so special. Everything we needed was taken care of. Our guest felt so special. Yhali took my crazy vision and brought it to life. She was always so responsive and there to talk me off a ledge There’s nothing she can’t figure out and make happen for you. You are in amazing hands with Yhali and Paulina!

  Perfect wedding day, Best staff!

  We got married at Sandos on 10.18. Yhali and the team made wedding planning as easy as could be. And everything the day of was beautiful and seamless. I couldn’t have been anymore happier with how everything turned out! The in-house video/photography vendor, Cabo Studios, did an amazing job as well! Thank you Erick and Pedro

  Amazing resort wedding

  We got married at Sandos in October 2022. Everything worked out so perfectly. The ceremony with Reverend Juan was beautiful. Although we only met briefly prior to the wedding, he went beyond what was expected and really connected with us and our guests. Thank you to the entire wedding team at Sandos!

  Beach Wedding @ Sandos Finisterra

  I could not have picked a more perfect place for our wedding. With our busy schedules Yhali made wedding planning simple and took all the stress away. They incorporated all items we traveled with, and made it more beautiful than i could imagine. I love bragging how easy our destination wedding was, and our wedding colors were Purple and Orange and those were the sunset colors during our reception! Talk about things falling into place! Reverend Juan performed our ceremony and kept it short and simple with comedy in between. 10/10 recommend!

  Dream Wedding

  Sandos Finisterra and their wedding team were absolutely amazing. My wife and I had an amazing trip and once in a lifetime wedding. Yhali is a fabulous wedding planner and helped us with very detail. Would 10/10 recommend this venue and resort!!

  Wonderful!!

  My wife and I love Finisterra so it was a no brainer. Yhali and Paulina did an amazing job planning and setting up. They were very easy going and happily answered all our questions, no matter how small. Reverend Juan was absolutely outstanding! He met us prior and asked questions regarding the ceremony, gave excellent advice and insight, and even suggested some very cool ceremonial adds that were relevant to the area and some of our guests. He led an incredible service.

  We were extremely pleased with how everything turned out for our July wedding. First off, Yhali Velez was an extraordinary wedding coordinator who helped bring our vision to life. This special day would have not been possible without her help, support and expertise. We absolutely loved everything this hotel had to offer when it came to planning our wedding. We enjoyed their food, music, breathtaking views and most importantly how friendly and helpful all staff members were towards us and all our guests. We enjoyed this hotel so much that we decided to stay an additional 6 days after our wedding for our honeymoon. We definitely recommend hosting your wedding at Sandos Finisterra, it will be a dream come true.
