A dream come true!
We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Evita and her amazing team. They are so creative and will come up with suggestions that would never cross your mind to make your wedding extra special. They were so quick to respond to everything and always available if you need to talk . They have the best taste and eye for things so you can rest assured your wedding will be classy and stunning. All their vendor recommendations were spot on. Beyond their amazing skill, they are just the kindest most genuine people and an absolute joy to work with. I can’t wait until I have another excuse to work with them. -

The most incredible team. We worked together for one year and everything was truly perfection. Our wedding was magazine worthy. Evita is extremely knowledgeable and recommended only the best vendors. Everything turned out even more stunning than we could have imagined. She is so invested, we were in such good hands. It was the best day of our lives and we haven't stopped hearing compliments from our guests. -

Absolutely spectacular!
We absolutely loved working with Evita and Julia to plan our beautiful wedding. We trusted them and they more than exceeded our expectations! Our wedding guests were blown away with the beauty and well-planned out wedding events. Evita not only coordinated our wedding day, but also helped plan pre and post wedding events (catamaran ride & brunch). Evita was always available to communicate either by email or video conference as we live far (USA). Evita was truly amazing! I trust her with my life. She made all my dreams come true and then some. It was a pleasure to work with her. I did not have to stress about any of the wedding planning details, she made everything so easy and enjoyable. We had 44 people from the US attend our wedding in Santorini and it was the most perfect week with our welcome party, catamaran cruise, rehearsal dinner, and wedding. Evita, I could never thank you enough for everything you did for us! -

The most talented planners
Julia & Evita are such an amazingly talented duo. From the moment we chose them as our wedding planners, we’ve felt like that was the best decision we could have made. They are truly experienced professionals and they are the queens of putting together the most stunning and dreamy weddings in Santorini. Planning a wedding during COVID is hard but they were always ready to be flexible when there was a lot of uncertainty. Everything was taken care of, especially on the wedding day - all my (now) husband and I had to do was enjoy the day and live in the moment. What more can you ask for? Highly highly recommend! All our friends and family are still talking about our wedding being the best event of their lifetime… and we couldn’t agree more! Thank you so much Julia & Evita for making our day so special, so magical and so memorable - we love you! -

There are rare instances in life when the words ‘thank you’ just don’t suffice in expressing the gratitude you feel. This is most certainly how we feel about Julia & Evita.
If you want wedding planners who will take your vision and make it 1000x more beautiful than you ever imagined it could be, who are as excited and joyful about your wedding as you are, and who feel more like friends than wedding planners, you should choose Julia & Evita.
This mother and daughter team balance each other out perfectly. Julia has a wealth of knowledge and experience about the island, it’s quirks and it’s history. She’s a warm, interesting and effortlessly cool human being. Evita is wonderfully kind and energetic, and has an eye for detail and ability to capture beauty that most would envy. Both have a passion for weddings that is absolutely unmatched.
If you’re looking for a photographer we’d also highly recommend White on Black Studio. We absolutely adore our wedding photos and Dimitris was very likeable, easy going and knew exactly the right locations, lighting and timings to get the perfect shots. Him and Julia & Evita have worked together many times and will make your day run effortlessly well .

We live in New Jersey and when we decided to have a destination wedding in Santorini, we knew we would need help. One look at the beautiful work they had previously done and we were sold. They exceeded our expectations!!! I couldn’t recommend them more!!! 10/10 -

These aren't just wedding planners, they are angels! There are no amount words to describe how amazing these two are at their jobs.
The title speaks for itself. These are hands down the best wedding planners not only in Greece but in the world!
Where do I start? Once my now husband and I decided to get married in Santorini, I spent days searching for the perfect wedding planners for us. I went through all of Instagram and the internet and thank god we found Julia and Evita. Majority of our communications were with Evita throughout our wedding planning stages and we met Julia on our wedding day. We had multiple communications back and forth via zoom, whatsapp and email. Nothing ever ever too much, whenever I needed to speak with Evita about any little detail she was there.
We had so much fun throughout the planning stages! We would have zooms which consisted of lots of laughter, exciting planning, brainstorming and my Bride To Be mug would always join us. Evita has a vision like no other, and her creativity is out of this world. Trust in the process and in the professionals because our wedding on the day was everything and more. Evita was our guardian angel, she would always have the biggest smile on her face regardless of any stresses that we encountered.
Unfortunately our wedding was in the middle of a pandemic. No matter what, we were getting married on 26.06.2021 and we refused to ever move our date, and Evita was always so optimistic and positive. However my husband and I came to the decision to cancel our original wedding venue 2 weeks before our wedding date due to unforeseen circumstances, as a result of COVID. Evita found us a beautiful new wedding venue less than 24 hours later and managed to get the owner to hold it for us until we viewed it when we landed in Santorini, and we can honestly say that everything happens for a reason because our new wedding venue was perfect in every single way. I can hand of heart say those few days were the most stressful of our lives with our flights and our guests flights to Santorini being cancelled, a last minute venue change but every single time Evita was there at the end of the phone. She is solid as a rock and honestly there is no way we could have gone through that with anybody else. She is the most positive, creative, loving, friendly, beautiful person and to have her as our wedding planner was an absolute honour and we will forever be thankful.
When we arrived in Santorini, we met Evita for coffee and drove around the Island to buy our wedding favours and to view our new wedding venue. It was such an enjoyable relaxing day which my husband and I will always remember. Evita came to my room whilst I was getting ready and steamed my bridesmaid dresses, wedding dress and veil. She then met us at the venue with a beaming smile which instantly calmed any nerves. After our ceremony she gave me the biggest hug which brought us both to tears. On our wedding day both Evita and Julia stayed until the very end which we appreciated so much.
Julia and Evita are a real credit to the wedding industry and are a force to be reckoned with. If you are in your planning stages and are searching for the perfect wedding planners, then seriously look no further because you have found them. You are in the safest hands with Julia and Evita, they respect your ideas and vision and make you feel as though your wedding is top priority. I wish I could do it all over again because it was the most enjoyable thing to plan! -

Perfection!
Julia and Evita were a dream to work with for our Santorini elopement. Everything was clearly communicated leading up to the big day, and the day itself was absolute perfection. Both Julia and Evita are incredibly professional and organised but also such kind and lovely people. We’re so thankful to them for creating the most magical day, and to all the vendors who supplied the most amazing custom arch, flowers, cake, and dinner - everything was to die for and everyone was so warm and friendly. Dream wedding in Santorini
We are delighted by the services provided by Julia and Evita! Everything was exactly like we wished and dreamed of. The location, the photographer, hair and make up, the menu, the cake, the contact - just everything. This was our best choice! Julia is very talented and gifted wedding planner, she is a lovely person with a gold heart!
It's hard to believe what Julia has achieved in such a short time. A week passed from the first email to the wedding. One week later we stood in Santorini and said yes to each other with a breathtaking view. Due to Corona we had to cancel our wedding in Germany, but instead it was just the two of us in Santorini. We have had the day of our dreams and will remember it for rest of our lives. Julia gave us the chance to enjoy every moment of our wedding; we did not have to worry about anything and thank to her we enjoyed every moment of it. She took care of everything with so much kindness, love and professionalism. She helped us stay within our budget and make great choices that were worth the expense. Julia has more than exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Santorini!

Words are simply not enough to express just how wonderful of an experience this was. I communicated primarily with Evita beforehand and she was exceptional. We Skyped before the wedding and she clarified things for me and made recommendations. From there, she pretty much handled everything! Her communication was clear and effective through the entire process. She orchestrated the most incredible experience in a smooth and cost effective way.
The setup for our wedding was completely unique and clearly well thought out. They had the most lovely touches and even surprised us with a beautiful charcuterie board that could have fed a small village! I could not have imagined that a wedding could ever be so stress-free and have such a gorgeous, personalized, unique outcome. The designs that Julia and Evita came up have literally never been done before. My husband and I were truly in awe. The teams that they work with are also all wonderful and very efficient.
As I mentioned before, Evita was extremely sweet and calm throughout the entire thing. She is incredibly hospitable and even offered suggestions for us to do on our trip. Julia also went above and beyond and offered words of wisdom and hugs throughout the day. As someone who eloped it was so important to me to have people on my team that were warm and loving as my own family was not present, and that need could not have been met by anyone moreso than Julia and Evita. I could go on about them for hours but I will let the photos of their amazing work do rest. They have my highest recommendation. -

Words cannot describe how wonderful Julia and Evita are. If you’re looking to get married in Greece or anywhere for that matter you’re in great hands with these girls! From day one until the wedding day they handled every detail and made sure our wedding vision came to life. I am beyond thrilled that I chose Julia&Evita as my wedding planners! I worked mostly with Julia. From day one, Julia was very responsive and professional. She guided me through the entire process and gave honest input along the way. Our venue (our AirBnb) cancelled just 3 weeks prior to our wedding date. When I found out, I was devastated and stressed. Julia immediately stepped in and found me a new (AND SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER!) venue within a day and a half of my venue cancelling. Without her, the wedding honestly would not have happened. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. Julia calmed my nerves and executed everything beautifully. My husband and I were in awe when we saw our ceremony and reception areas because it was so dreamy. It is truly amazing how Julia and Evita put so much detail and love into their work. I cannot thank them enough for how breathtaking they made our day. Highly recommend!! -

It's hard to put into words how overwhelmed we were with the wedding Julia and Evita planned for us. They made everything so easy from start to finish. The options they presented (photographers, videographers, music, food, flowers, cake, etc) were curated and timed perfectly so we didn't get paralyzed making decisions. Each vendor was incredible to work with, and they coordinated everything so we weren't chasing anyone down for anything! They came to our villa the day before the wedding, and were so natural to work with, it felt like we had known each other for years. The day of the wedding, it was unusually windy. Julia and Evita pivoted the plans so quickly and seamlessly, that we didn't even worry about the details. Before we knew it, the ceremony was moved to a smaller (less windy) balcony, and the entire team was cutting, hammering, and building our beautiful arc. The wedding itself went off without a hitch. Ceremony, photographs, dinner, cake... everything was perfect. Julia and Evita are truly in a class of their own. -

Find a wedding planner for a destination elopement could be very stressful. But since we found Julia and Evita we knew right away we made the right choice, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did. They made our special day pure magic . Outstanding and Memorable Wedding
First of all,I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to our wedding planners; Julia and Evita. The most important step through this journey was the Trust and Rapport that we build from the first 20 seconds with them.
Julia and Evita are not only wedding planners but also human beings that care about couples wedding fairytale. They have all the professional expertises and most importantly they can understand what you need and what your guests want in order to remember that event forever. Now about ours event (my wife’s and myself) was the most magical moment of our life that will be remembered for the rest out our life. Julia and Evita, had a huge impact into this fairytale. They connected the couple, families and guests through a special outstanding event and helped us to start the new chapter of our life.
I strongly recommend Julia and Evita. They are available 24/7 to listen and help you out through the whole event. They are people that can work with not just trough the wedding plan and procedures but also after the wedding event. Julia and Evita are always there for you and care about you.
Without them I couldn’t imagine a better/ smooth wedding event. Everything was amazing and most importantly all the guests are still talking about our wedding.
