Dorinda also helped us by hiring a DJ for the night at a very reasonable cost. All of our guests were able to eat what they wanted off the full menu, and this was a much better experience for all of us versus if we would have stuck with our wedding planner and paid exorbitant prices for a set menu at one of the resort locations. Plan your wedding yourself people…best advice we can give you!!!

The Screaming Eagle was the absolute best location for our wedding reception dinner. Conveniently located right across the street from our ceremony on Eagle Beach, our small wedding of 17 had the perfect end at this restaurant. Carsten coordinated the reception dinner and worked to make sure we felt so special and all of our guests were satisfied. Our guests absolutely raved about the hand passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Our reception included a seated dinner with appetizers and entrees off the menu. There was great variety and our guests said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding - easily the best meal we enjoyed during our week in Aruba.

Because our wedding party was small, we did not need to rent out the entire patio. This kept our costs down as well, as all we paid for was an open bar and the food for guests. Even though the patio was also being used for regular dinner service for other restaurant patrons, we felt like we were in a world all our own. Carsten did an excellent job setting the area to give us privacy while ensuing we had enough space for our cocktail hour, cake, wedding favors & guest book table. With a reception at the Screaming Eagle, your guests will leave saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to, just like our guests did!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Screaming Eagle in July 2015. I worked with Jennifer on the details beforehand and she was always quick to respond to questions and concerns. The food and service were OUTSTANDING! The entire wedding party was blown away by how good everything was. I would highly, highly recommend Screaming Eagle for the rehearsal dinner or wedding reception.

I got married in Aruba and chose the Screaming Eagle for my wedding reception. This decision was made after a lot of back and forth on whether to have a buffet dinner reception on the beach or to put everyone on a bus shuttle and move the party to a restaurant. It was one of the best decisions we made. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, the restaurant is gorgeous and the pricing very reasonable. I had 2 conversations with the owner of the restaurant. He is a no nonsense type of guy who knew how to run his business. He was flexible with what we wanted, didn't haggle with us on the finer things and had a great team of people who worked for him.

Some favorites were the artichoke carpaccio, chilean sea bass, duck breast & crème brulee.

Coming from NY, a lot of my guests are foodies with a discriminating palate. I'm happy to say that even they were happy with the food, décor and service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially for a wedding event!
