  Incredible!

  Stacy was absolutely incredible and I recommend her to anyone who is getting married! From someone who thinks she had it all under control, Stacy just swoops in and takes care of so many details you just didn't think about! She is so thorough, very responsive, takes amazing initiative to communicate with vendors and just gets things done without having to even ask her. It is clear that she loves what she does and has a wonderful team helping her. My wedding had 210 guests, 4 different meal options, gifts for guests, band and DJ, grand march to cake cutting and more. She handled all of my requests with grace and again, was truly remarkable. Don't look any further-call Stacy!

  Stacy is amazing!

  Our perfect wedding day would not have been possible without the help of Stacy! Hiring her as our month-of coordinator was the best decision ever. We were able to enjoy every moment leading up to our wedding and the day of without having to worry about the little details. We searched Wedding Wire for month-of coordinators and knew Stacy would be perfect. If you’re debating on hiring Stacy for your wedding, DO IT! You will not regret it. She is very professional, responsive, and experienced and I knew from our first meeting that she would get the job done. Stacy went above and beyond on the day of our wedding. She made our vision come together perfectly and we did not have to worry about whether everything was set up or if there were any issues throughout the day. It was the best day of our lives and it would not have turned out as amazing without the help of Stacy.

  One of a Kinda Experience

  One of the best parts of our wedding was that my husband and I were able to just be in the moment. We didn't need to worry about a thing, because Stacy had it all covered for us. So we were able to take in all of the special moments that are now our most cherished memories. The most special part of our wedding was having our entire family there to celebrate with us. We were worried because some of our guests were older, but Stacy took extra care in making sure all of our guests were accommodated.
  
  We chose Stacy to be our Month of Coordinator not only because she had a lot of experience working with our venue, but also because of her kindness and expertise. After meeting her we realized that her naturally calm energy was a perfect match for us! She truly kept our nerves at ease the entire wedding. Many of our guests have told us how wonderful she was during the event.
  
  There are a lot of Wedding Planners out there, but Stacy is a true gem. She is genuine, down to earth and beyond talented at what she does. We are so thankful and grateful that we found her and truly credit her for helping deliver a day we will always remember as being perfect.

  Hire Stacy If You Want a Stress-Free Event

  I would highly recommend Stacy if you want a stress-free event. She knows how to communicate and guide her clients with professionalism, identify pain points, and find solutions that benefit all parties.
  
  My husband and I relied on Stacy’s guidance throughout the planning process of our wedding. While I had several panicky moments from overthinking the small things, she would reassure me by chiming in to guide me back on track. She also responded quickly to my multiple inquiries and questions with patience. Her taking over all vendor communications in the days leading up to the wedding helped take major stress off of our hands so we could focus on family and friends.
  
  Our wedding was one of the most joyful days of our lives. My husband and I went through the entire day without worry. Stacy kept an eye on all the goings on and made sure that things ran smoothly. For instance, when our venue started getting hot and stuffy, she quickly adjusted the schedule to get guests outside into a cooler area. She also took care of all the day-of tasks such as overseeing venue clean up, handing out tips to our vendors, and rental drop-off and pick-up.
  
  Even to this day, my husband and I only remember having a wonderful time and it was all thanks to the help of having Stacy as our coordinator. We’re sure you’ll be blessed too when you hire her.

  There is no one else I would have wanted to coordinate the day!!!

  Stacy and her team did such an incredible job at my wedding!!! I felt so calm and at peace knowing that the whole day was being handled so well. Everything went so smoothly on the wedding day (truly nothing went wrong)!! We even were ahead of schedule on the wedding day, which was amazing! I couldn’t recommend Stacy and her team more!!

  INCREDIBLE wedding planner!

  Stacy helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect. She is incredibly detail oriented, responsive, and her calm personality can ease any couples worries. Even when an unexpected rain storm hit mid-reception - Stacy was quick to jump in and smooth everything over. We'd recommend her a million times over!

  I absolutely LOVED working with Stacy! We only met with her once before the wedding and communicated via phone/computer the rest of the time leading up to the weekend of the wedding. Stacy was such an asset to our wedding process. We originally had not planned on using a coordinator but are so grateful that we did. I felt completely at ease with her and felt like I'd met a long lost friend. She put my worried bride-to-be fears to rest and jumped right in. She emailed vendors for us, organized a timeline for us, helped immensely with décor and did all of the set up the day of. On the wedding day, Stacy was a rockstar! She was everywhere and I'm convinced she cloned herself that day! She got everything done and made it all come together better than I could have imagined. Stacy was so sweet to everyone that day and always ensured my husband and I had food and drinks. She made sure everything ran on time and even orchestrated a send-off for us. It gave me such piece of mind having her there that day. So many people have told me how beautiful our wedding was and I truly believe it was thanks to Stacy. We would hands down hire her again and will continue to recommend her to our friends and family.

  "The day my daughter got engaged was a joyous celebration that I had been anticipating, but the reality of planning a large wedding in 5 months was a daunting task. I knew I needed a wedding coordinator and immediately thought of Stacy. I had been to weddings she has coordinated in the past and was very impressed with her talent and her people skills. On top of that, Stacy had helped coordinate some events for our church over the years and it was always a joy to work with her.
  
  If you were to ask me what my biggest fear was before hiring Stacy, I would say it was a mother's heart to want to make all her daughter's wedding dreams come true, yet fully aware that there would be a need for compromise, and I was afraid of the possible stress and friction between us in the process. Having Stacy as the coordinator was fun and a relief for both Amanda and me, and she had the ability to take Amanda's vision and wish list, along with my budget and resources, and pair the two together beautifully. It truly was a dream come true!
  
  I recommend Stacy to all of my friends. She is tender-hearted, gifted in so many areas, skilled at her job, works well with people, is dependable, and gives 100 percent. I also believe that Stacy's personality, which is calm and caring, yet fun and energetic, is the perfect blend for a wedding coordinator who is taking care of the biggest day in a woman's life.

On top of that, Stacy had helped coordinate some events for our church over the years and it was always a joy to work with her.
  
  If you were to ask me what my biggest fear was before hiring Stacy, I would say it was a mother's heart to want to make all her daughter's wedding dreams come true, yet fully aware that there would be a need for compromise, and I was afraid of the possible stress and friction between us in the process. Having Stacy as the coordinator was fun and a relief for both Amanda and me, and she had the ability to take Amanda's vision and wish list, along with my budget and resources, and pair the two together beautifully. It truly was a dream come true!
  
  I recommend Stacy to all of my friends. She is tender-hearted, gifted in so many areas, skilled at her job, works well with people, is dependable, and gives 100 percent. I also believe that Stacy's personality, which is calm and caring, yet fun and energetic, is the perfect blend for a wedding coordinator who is taking care of the biggest day in a woman's life.

  Having Stacy as our planner was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. She was so amazing to work with and made, what could be a stressful season, so enjoyable. Throughout planning, she was on top of everything and by the time the wedding came, I could fully enjoy every moment of the day. I remember walking into the reception space and falling so in love with the way it turned out; she exceeded all of my expecations! It truly was the best day of our lives and wouldn't have been the same without her.

  We are so thankful not only that we decided to hire a wedding coordinator, but also that we chose Stacy to do it. Stacy was amazing at making my vision of my dream wedding come to life. She was so helpful during the entire month and day of our wedding; with reaching out to vendors and keeping great communication with them, answering any and all questions we had regarding anything and all wedding concerns, and running around making sure everything was under control, while my husband and I were able to sit back and just enjoy our day. Another thing that is amazing about Stacy is that she shows how much she truly cared about us and made our day everything we imagined; not just showing up to another "job." I sincerely mean it when I say I could not have done it without Stacy, she is truly amazing.
