We can’t even begin to describe how thankful we are that we choose Seven Canyons for our wedding this past September. We considered several venues in Sedona, but from the moment we saw it in person, Seven Canyons was the clear choice. The grounds and clubhouse are completely gorgeous, and the wedding itself was beautiful beyond anything we could have imagined. Where this venue truly stands apart, however, is in the excellence of its staff. Theresa and Shelby were our food and beverage coordinators - they went above and beyond to make the day perfect for us. In the months leading up the wedding, Theresa was so organized, so thorough, and so helpful. She is a great communicator, and assuming most brides planning a wedding in Sedona don’t actually live there, I can’t stress how important this is! They worked seamlessly with our other vendors to make the day run smoothly. Everything was personalized. So many guests came up to us over the course of the evening, complimenting us on what a great job Theresa was doing, how beautiful the venue was, and how impressed they were with the polish and professionalism of the staff. Everyone assumed she and Shelby were wedding planners we had hired privately! Everyone we encountered at Seven Canyons, from our server at dinner to the friendly employees who drove us to our first look in golf carts, was an absolute pleasure to work with. We cannot recommend this venue and this amazingly group of people enough!

I can't say enough about Seven Canyons as an event venue. The views were stunning, facilities were beautiful and staff very helpful and responsive. I've already scheduled dates for next year.

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at Seven Canyons and it was spectacular. Theresa was so accommodating and made us feel so special. She helped to cater to exactly what we requested and the views were amazing. The outdoor fireplaces added such a beautiful element. Thank you so much Theresa or taking care of us!

Our daughter & son-in-law's wedding reception at Seven Canyons was their dream come true. Working seamlessly with our wedding planner, Theresa Swanson made sure that every last detail was perfect. Chef Jeffrey presented a magnificent meal that our guests raved about. Memories of the wedding will remain a cherished part of our family history.

When we first visited Seven Canyons, we knew that no other location compared to it. The scenery, privacy, and relaxed nature of the site was just what we were looking for. When visiting many other venues, we realized that they felt like wedding factories in that they almost had weddings down to a science and we knew that a wedding somewhere else would be exactly like every other wedding at that location. This was not the case at Seven Canyons. Angela and the staff at Seven Canyons were immensely helpful in making our wedding day original and fit with our personalities. I had a million questions big and small throughout the process and Angela was always unbelievably helpful. Seven Canyons and Angela were always so accommodating on everything from personalizing the menu to setting up décor. Also of importance that we hadn’t considered when looking for a venue was how well the vendors communicated with each other. Angela knew the other vendors (flowers, décor, lighting, party rentals, trolley, etc.) very well and frequently spoke with them herself so I was not always the middle man. It made it so much easier knowing there was a big team working together to make our day special. Many of our family members and guests still talk about Seven Canyons, the friendly staff, and how beautiful everything was from the scenery to the dinner (delicious!) and we have never had a single regret about our choice.
