From start to finish, we had the BEST experience working with Events by ShaBars! Tamyron and Matt were attentive, organized, welcoming, and delightful. They were there through every step of the week-of coordination, and asked all the right questions that we hadn't thought of, making our experience that much better. With all this service before the event, it was hard to imagine their day-of-execution would compare,...and it EXCEEDED every expectation we had. Matt and Atia were fun, effective, and just the best to work with! I would book with this team time and time again! -

We are an event planning company that recently worked with Tamyron and his team for a wedding in Philadelphia. We have had a lot of negative experiences with bar and staffing companies in the past but Tamyron was amazing throughout the planning period and his team was efficient and super fun to work with day-of! -

Events with ShaBars saved our wedding!
Thank goodness for Events with ShaBars and their team. We reached out to EWS a little over a month before our wedding after a not so great experience with another planner. They were professional, classy, dedicated, knowledgeable, and everything we needed. They easily picked up the pieces and delivered exceptional service. We first met with Tamyron and Kristen, and they came prepared with several displays to give us ideas for our reception. From there, we had regular meetings and check-ins, they always came prepared and well-researched. We worked mostly with Kristen and she had high attention to detail and was creative in executing our vision. On the day of our wedding, we felt confident knowing that Kristen was reliable and knew all the details of our wedding day like the back of her hand--she had reached out and checked in with all the vendors, attended phone calls with us, visited the venue with us, and knew where every item was for execution. Our families commented on how professional she was, but also how comfortable she made them feel. We were so happy to have made the switch and highly recommend Events with ShaBars. -

They were both so amazing & friendly!!
They were both so nice, very friendly & outgoing! Our night couldn’t of been anymore perfect because of them! Everyone kept telling us that the bartenders were so amazing at our wedding!Events With ShaBars's reply:

Tamyron was the best to work with. From my first telephone conversation, I knew that I wanted to work with him. I can honestly say I didn’t have to worry about a thing the week leading up to my big day or on the day itself. I was able to relax on my wedding day & enjoy myself knowing that I was in the best hands with Tamyron. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator I highly recommend you go with Tamyron. You won’t be disappointed. He is the best! -

As our wedding coordinator, he was a caring perfectionist with attention to detail that made our wedding process care free. If we didn’t have it, he did! Bar tending and wait staff service also phenomenal for both wedding and rehearsal dinner.

Effortless and reliable! Best decision we ever made!
There aren’t enough words to explain how much we valued Tamyron and his teams involvement in our wedding. The bar tending services were exactly what we were hoping for and they anticipated everything we hadn’t even thought about.
On top of bartending, and perhaps much more important, Tamyron was our coordinator for the entire wedding weekend. He was on top of everything (and made it seem effortless, which brought my stress level down substantially!), he anticipated needs of the guests and those involved, he captured my vision for my wedding and brought it to life perfectly!
I would recommend his planning and/or bartending services to everyone and will definitely be using him for any future parties/events! -
