  Shanie is a talented and caring makeup artist!!!

  Shanie did my makeup for my wedding and she did a fabulous job!!! Not only was she so patient during our trial, striking the perfect balance between listening to what I wanted vs. letting me know that certain elements were suggested because of lighting, etc., but she also made herself available for a Facetime before the wedding to touch base. My mom and sister in law had never had their makeup done before and were nervous to hand someone else the reins, but Shanie took the time to listen to what they wanted and they both looked amazing and were so happy with their makeup!!! I would definitely hire Shanie again if I need my makeup done for a special event!

  Best makeup artist in Santa Barbara

  I had the good fortune of hiring wonderful vendors for my wedding this past summer, and Shanie Crosbie topped that list! Leading up to the wedding every part of the planning process seems so large and overwhelming, yes all the planning does pay off when the big day finally arrives, but equally as important to every bride is feeling and looking your absolute best when it finally comes time to say I do. After many hours searching every wedding website, Yelp, etc., and lots of trial and error, I received a recommendation from my hairstylist and everything just fell perfectly into place. Shanie is a skin expert! She studies her brides, taking into consideration what type of makeup works best for your skin type, how to highlight your best features and all the things that I feel like another makeup artist would have overlooked. Her knowledge and skill translates into the most stunning makeup a bride could wish for. Shanie gave me the look that I dreamed of leading up to my wedding, and a look that stayed flawless until well into the morning! Shanie was so professional, correspondence was seamless, day of makeup for myself and group of 7 was executed to perfection and best of all everyone felt and looked so insanely beautiful! She has a talent that I believe is unmatched and I cannot say enough about how thrilled I am to have found her for my wedding day!

As a fashion model for 10 years I worked with a lot of people, and no one has ever made me look and feel as radiant and beautiful as Shanie did on my special day. Her calm demeanor and her quest for perfection with your skin and makeup will make you look and feel magnificent on your wedding day. Her makeup is stunning and she works to bring out all of your best features in a natural manner. She also makes your skin glow like no other makeup artist will. She is the best at what she does and you will be in great hands with her.
