    We had our big fat fabulous, mixed culture wedding in the Sheraton downstairs ballroom. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hannah Whiteman, the Sheraton event coordinator, did everything she could to make our wedding day perfect! Hannah is very detail oriented and was on top of every question and detail for us. Everything was beautiful and we truly appreciate all the time and effort she put into it. The ENTIRE staff at the Sheraton was lovely--from the bellman, to the front desk staff, to the wait staff, and so many more! Also, the banquet manager, Juan, was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, from advising on room set up, to bringing us some wedding cake at the end of the night when we told him we didn't get a chance to eat any! Thank you all so much for helping to make our wedding day perfect! We would highly recommend the Sheraton as wedding venue!

    Our daughter's wedding was perfect! Hannah was a delight to work with and put us at ease during every step of the planning process. The wedding and cocktail hour were held on the pool deck. Our guests loved the outside area with the beautiful skyline as the back drop. It was worth the extra cost to use the pool deck and we were very lucky to have a sunny day and perfect temp. The 21st floor, Panoramic room was the perfect place for the reception! The view and the service were outstanding!

    We had the entire 21st floor for our wedding, hors d’oeuvres hour and reception. The wedding and reception were in the Panoramic Ballroom, which had an amazing view of downtown Indianapolis. After the wedding guests mingled and enjoyed hors d'oeuvres and drinks in two rooms down the hall from the ballroom. During this time we had pictures done and the ballroom was set up for the reception. We had our wedding on a Friday evening instead of a Saturday which saved us quite a bit. We wanted everything in one place and the Sheraton delivered! For everything that we got in our package, it was well worth the cost and was a great deal. Our wedding coordinator was Valerie and she was terrific! I don't believe that she is there any longer which is a shame because she was great at her job. We had our dream wedding at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre and have actually talked about renewing our vows on our 10 year anniversary and doing it all over again at the Sherton!

    The hotel itself was beautiful and perfect for a reception. The staff was wonderful. Gina Beasley, their wedding coordinator, was quite absentminded, but pulled through.

    We used the Sheraton for our room block for our wedding day. It was a hassle from start to finish. First our contract was lost, then an employee left, then we weren't able to add more rooms. It was difficult to get a straight answer from their sales person.

    When we went to check in the week of the wedding, it was still messed up so luckily the manager stepped in and comped us a beautiful suite. So we are grateful for that, but probably would not work with them again.
