    We couldn't have asked for a better reception! The set up was beautiful, and Jessica (the event planner) was so helpful with everything

    Jessica, the event coordinator, was amazing to work with! She was super responsive, easy going, and did a fantastic job coordinating within and outside the Sheraton. The chef and wait staff were also great to work with as was the hotel coordinator. I would highly recommend the Sheraton! They made everything super easy so I could focus on the important stuff - my husband, family, and friends!

    I had my wedding and reception at the Sheraton in baltimore. Vaneska Adams is a god send! She was with me from start to finish, and comforted me in any way she knew how! She went out of her way to make my special day be everything I dreamed of, and on top of it she did it all under my budget! My executive suite was amazing, with a beautiful view. My food was the best wedding food I had ever had!! And did I mention she pulled this off with me living in missouri?! And only meeting her the week of my wedding to view what all she had done!

    Thank you to everyone that works at this hotel! We had our wedding ceremony and reception this past Saturday (june 27, 2015) and had the most amazing experience. Special thanks to the Events & Catering Director, Vaneska Adams the chefs, Sam and Mike, Banquet Staff and Front Desk staff for making the entire weekend stress-free for us. There was a huge rainstorm that completely changed our plans for taking pictures outside. Vaneska and our photographer, Linda Wang worked together to find the most ideal place for all our family photos (they pics turned out so beautiful). If anything possibly went wrong, I had NO idea… all the employees work so well together, all they care about is that you enjoy your day… and we really did. The day after was great, luckily the Orioles were in town and guests were able to walk one block over to Camden Yards to watch a Sunday ballgame… perfect! It was certainly the Best Day (Weekend) Ever!

    Vaneska Adams from the Sheraton Inner Harbor is absolutely phenomenal. She was with us from start to finish through the entire wedding planning process. Vaneska is extremely professional, easy to work with, and very accommodating to us as a couple and our parents :). Without Vaneska and her team at the Sheraton our wedding reception would not have been as perfect as it was.

    After searching throughout downtown Baltimore for a reception venue, we finally settled on the Sheraton Inner Harbor. With our contract, came our wedding planner, who was Vaneska Adams. I cannot begin to thank Vaneska enough for her commitment to making our day perfect. Not only did she make sure every little need of ours was catered to, but she's the nicest person in doing so.

    Every little detail from room arrangements for our guests, to table setups in the reception and how things were supposed to flow during the course of the evening were taken care of ahead of time. The reception execution was perfect to the point where not a single thing went astray. Vaneska was literally the best we could have gotten and we were so lucky to have her!

    The Sheraton Inner Harbor was the perfect place for our wedding! Having a lot of out-of-town guests, we wanted a location where we could have all of our functions in one place and be in close proximity to I-95 and daytime activities. The Sheraton seemed to be the best deal in terms of cost of all of the inner harbor hotels and was two blocks to the harbor to boot!

    Randi, the planner who we signed our contract with left in August (she was amazing prior to her departure!) and Vivian took over for the remaining 10 weeks. The transition from planner to planner was smooth and Vivian was easygoing, very flexible and did everything in her power to ensure that everything remained on budget.

    My makeup artist canceled on me less than 48 hours before and she immediately took charge of the situation when I called to tell her and had a replacement 12 hours later. Our rooms were set-up for early check-in on the Friday before and late checkout on Sunday without even having to ask, as well as housekeeping for the bridal suite after our all day girls party and before the reception was over. There was a bit of a misunderstanding for the time of our brunch, but it was rectified so quickly, that no one had any idea. A petal from one of my flowers landed on my dress during the ceremony and stained it and Vivian jumped right on it afterward and the mark was gone 2 minutes later. After the reception, our gifts were waiting for us in our room, as was cupcakes from our cupcake tower, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne! Parking was free for guests attending the wedding and there was a reduced rate for overnight guests, which is hard to come by in a big city.

    A lot of the banquet staff has been there in excess of a decade and they take great pride in their work and service. The chefs were extremely friendly and introduced themselves during our tasting. My best friend is deathly allergic to dairy and they went out of their way to ensure that she had dairy-free items during the cocktail hour, a completely dairy-free entree at the reception and made a dairy-free cupcake just for her! I was amazing at the personalized service.

    I strongly recommend the Sheraton Inner Harbor for your wedding!

    I am so happy that we had our wedding here. The wedding coordinator, Randi, was one of the biggest reasons we chose this location. She was easy to talk to and did everything she could to help us stay within our budget but still making sure it was going to be an amazing event. She suggested vendors to us, kept us cool through the whole process, gave us honest opinions on things, and was just a great friend this whole past year. Randi even got my husband and I upgraded to the Presidential Suite the evening of our wedding. The managerial staff was also great. They had our room keys available upon our arrival so we could take a second to regroup in our room during the cocktail hour. They also allowed us to stay later than the normal check-out time. After the reception, the staff had champagne and two platters of wedding cake slices decorated by chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in the room. Another perk to a reception at the Sheraton is that the parking is free for your guests. Other hotels wanted to charge us up to $25 a car for our guests. The Sheraton is an amazing facility with lots of great people. I can't say enough good things about it. Please take the time to check it out!

    Vaneska is a gem! We met with her in January and she happily guided us through the event in October. We had 160 people and the time of our lives. She helped to make sure we covered every detail- flowers, uplighting, napkin fold, preplanned our food and sent food to the room, drink of the night and even extra chairs and tables for elderly family during cocktail hour. After having a destination wedding and holding our reception in Baltimore our guest loved the hotel. Make sure to book brunch the next morning where we the delicious food continued. Sam the Chef was also fantastic in making sure our meals were perfect and personalized. We went with buffett and crab cake station which people are still talking about.

    Our wedding reception at the Sheraton Inner Harbor was amazing!!! We worked with Vaneska, the event coordinator, and she was excellent. I can't say enough about how helpful and organized she was. Everything turned out just as we wanted. Our guests enjoyed the great location of the hotel and the awesome room block rate we received. We had 180 guests and all fit perfectly into the ballroom and cocktail hour.

    We had a medium sized (180) reception in the grand ballroom and it was perfect! From the cocktail hour to the last dance everything was wonderful!! I can't say enough great things about our catering manager, Randi.....she made me feel so special and paid attention to every detail. She was able to make big and small changes to accommodate my budget and requests. The location was perfect for all of our out-of-town guests and they all raved about the rooms and service. Definitely worth putting on your list of venues!!!!

    While planning my daughter's wedding we worked with the catering sales manager, Vaneska Adams, and she was wonderful to deal with and had been very helpful handling details . The food and the service were wonderful . The Saturday my daughter got married was also the same date things starting getting heated with the protesters down by the Camden Yards, in Baltimore. On the way from the church to the reception we and our guests got stuck in traffic due to protestors. I called Vaneska to tell her what was happening and she said they would hold everything until we got there. We got there almost an hour late and she said they would let us stay past midnight ( the time it was originally supposed to end) as long as our band and dj wanted to play, until 2:00 am. So we pushed our timeline back an hour and stayed until 1:00. They were very easy to deal with.

    Our ceremony and reception were great. The catering and staff were awesome! Despite the fact that we started with one day of coordinator provided by the venue and went through two more due to staff changes - the experience was good and our wedding turned out wonderful

    Barbara the catering lead was amazing - she is so nice and so detail oriented.

    It was a little pricey but the end result was super!

    Our only issues were the room block reservations and the starwood points I was guaranteed to get as a result. We got the hotel rate adjusted to the original agreement but we are still waiting to be able to redeem the points promised on our contract.

    The Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel helped us to have the wedding of our dreams. The wedding planner there, Randi, worked with us every step of the way to help us get what we wanted while staying within budget. She even cleaned my dress for me when it got dirty! I would highly recommend this venue to any bride! A month later, we are still getting compliments on the food!
