Stage Right Lighting turned our church hall into an absolute fairytale! They truly made our vision come into light and then some! The twinkle lights, mood lighting, sparkulars, and teamwork was top notch. They were not only talented but they were punctual, answered all our questions, and were so great to work with overall. Kacee along with our planner Holly especially, they made sure everything was organised and always made us feel heard.
I am so happy we trusted them with our wedding day. They absolutely nailed it. -

Beyond all our expectations!
We are blown away with the incredible lighting provided by Stage Right Lighting. You took an already beautiful sailcloth tent and made it magical! Rattan shades, cafe lighting, changing lights for the mood of the party and who knew what a disco ball brings to your party? We are speechless and grateful. It was our “wow” factor for sure and so worth the investment. Very professional and fantastic to work with. Hire Stage Right Lighting and it will be one of your best decisions. -

(Second) Easiest “Yes” decision I ever made
SRL was incredibly easy and straightforward to work with. They created the disco installation of my dreams and I literally did not even think about them once (respectfully). If you want a vendor who is going to get stuff done, be personable and professional, and make your life so easy, SRL is perfect. I literally don’t think I even saw them set up or take down the installation they did because they were so efficient, quick, and on schedule!!! And Kacee is a wonderful human being and made everything so easy for me -

Beautiful Displays
We had a great experience working with stage right, they were able to be very flexible with setup and even came days before the wedding to make sure it was all completed before the big day. The rattan pendant lights look so beautiful in my wedding photos and gave me the boho vibe I was striving for. Their team was very professional and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!! -

We hired SRL for our daughters October 28th wedding at the Hermitage Museum and Gardens in Norfolk, Va. The ceremony was held at 4:30 in the East Garden and the reception on the lawn under a clear tent. While the Hermitage is a natural beauty there are very few external lights to play up that beauty at night. SRL along with our awesome wedding planner helped us design our idea of perfection. Stage Right provided beautiful draping in a large tree running from high branches to the ground serving as backdrop for the ceremony. Draping throughout the tent and behind the sweetheart table was generous and beautiful. The lighting design included colored landscape lighting around the museum illuminating the architectural features of the building and grounds, up-lighting and beautiful chandeliers inside the tent, pin spots to accent centerpieces on all the tables (yes you need those), a generous amount of café lighting over the perimeter of the bar area that was hung in such a way that it drew your eye to the big beautiful magnolia tree that canopied the bar. Additional pendent lights of various shapes and sizes were hung in the magnolia tree to add more interest and light. And then they made my daughters dream come true – she wanted a chandelier to float over the dance floor – what did we get? A beautiful chandelier matching those in the tent suspended by a steel frame covered in deep green fabric so that it blended in with the garden scenery. And their pricing? Thousands less than the competition. Highly highly recommend. -

SRL created the most beautiful and complimentary swag and lighting set-up in the reception hall at Lesner Inn! It was the PERFECT backdrop for photos and the dance floor! Everyone LOVED it! Check out their instagram for other beautiful creations of theirs because they can do just about anything!! And if you are having your event at Lesner Inn, we HIGHLY recommend using them!! You will not be disappointed! Shout-out to Kacee who is so sweet, professional, and easy to communicate with! Thank you, SRL!! -

SRL was so incredibly helpful while planning my Outer Banks wedding all the way from New Jersey! Not only did they work so well with all my vendors and me throughout the whole planning process but they also helped source large LOVE light up letters they didn't have in their inventory but knew people that did. They went above and beyond any ask I had and I would recommend them to everyone! -

Amazing!!! Would hire every time!
Run, do not walk, to book Stage Right. My experience was 10/10. From our initial meeting where I shared my vision to turn a drab event room into a late night club to setup and breakdown, SRL was amazing. They designed the event space of my dreams complete with pipe and drape, disco balls, lighting, and a custom light up sign. They were kind, professional, and responsive the whole way through. Kacee was wonderful to work with during the planning process and the two gentlemen who set up and broke down worked so hard. I highly recommend them if you want to transition a space or really make it shine. They can do it all!!! -

Amazing!!! We worked with Kacee before hand and she was the best to work with! She was so hardworking and quick responding. The lighting made the wedding truly special! We loved the different colors, especially the blue during our first dance and the red when our college songs were played! We will be recommending to everyone for all events! -

In addition to getting married and sharing in the joy with all of our family and friends, we had three other top things that were most important for our wedding - Booze, Music, and LIGHTING. I am a huge believer that the total vibe of a wedding(or any event for that matter!) can be completely altered by the lighting, and Stage Right only proved that on our wedding night! We had an outdoor tent at the Hermitage, and they made my entire vision come true.
The lights were perfectly done exactly as I had asked - and then some! They draped string lights along the waterfront and throughout the venue and tent. But on top of that they had fantastic colored lights that strobbed and changed along with the music, making the second half of our wedding truly feel and be like the rager of a party we always wanted! Stage right was great, they showed up on time and put everything together to make my day Beautiful. We went with draping to have an elegant look added to our venue. The difference it added to the venue was a must have! Definitely recommend this company! -

The reception of our dreams!!!
Everything about working with Kacee and Haley at Stage Right was amazing! They were extremely responsive, had great suggestions, and really helped me transform the ballroom at my venue into the reception of our dreams. The lighting, greenery wall, drapery over the dance floor, confetti machine…everything was so beautiful and perfect!! -

If you’re looking for a lighting and design company look no further than stage right lighting!!! Kacee who works in the wedding department was one of the most delightful people to work with. She really took my vision and brought it to life! I also was indecisive about so many things and Kacee showed me everything that stage right could offer in helped me pick some truly great things for my wedding!! She has a great eye for design! I got married in a venue that didn’t have much decor so stage rate really helped me transform it into exactly what I wanted. Tom was the technician who worked at my wedding and did such a great job at making sure everything looked perfect. 100000 percent recommend!! -
