  Fantastic Wedding Musician

  Steve was truly wonderful to work with. From our first phone call he was very friendly and was extremely receptive to our requests for our processional music. He also was able to lend his recommendations for the songs that worked best with his overall sound and philosophy. And when we didn't have any special requests, he was great at filling the space especially as a solo musician. Just an absolute pleasure having him as our musician. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Steve!

  Corporate Event/Dinning/Cocktails/ 50th Birthday

  Steve is a talented guitarist that plays with soul, invoking emotion through his sets.
  He does not overpower the event in any way yet, without him, you would sense a “hole” in the experience.
  He is also quite versatile and has played everything from small/intimate cooperate gifs to sophisticated birthday parties.

  Absolutely perfect!!

  We hired Steve to perform at my husbands 50th birthday celebration. Doing this was one of best aspects of our party, not to mention, one of my favorites as I reflect back. We had Steve playing as our guests were arriving. The music was so beautiful and classy! Our guests loved him!

  A true artist and professional

  We hired Steve to play my husband's 50th Birthday party and we were amazed by how great his performing was and how perfect of a fit he was for the occasion. He came in and started playing and completely changed the atmosphere of the room with his exceptional mastery. It was as if he tailored his performances based on the groups of people as they arrived at the party. It was a very personal and moving experience and we would hire him again for every and any event.

  A true professional.

  Our organisation hired Steve French for a high-profile VIP corporate event. We required a musician that was able to fill a room with high quality music, but not to take over that room. Steve performed flawlessly.
  
  His playing is sublime, drawing comment from many of the VIP attendees, many of whom are serious music-lovers - a tough crowd.
  
  From a logistical perspective, Steve was extremely easy to work with. He was punctual for each of the performance times we had booked him for. Arriving early, setting up without drawing attention to himself, and filling the brief beautifully.
  
  Often times the music would just begin, subtly, and without the need for prompting. Exactly what we needed when burdened with the responsibility of a million other actions, he was one less thing to worry about.
  
  I would not hesitate to book Steve again, and only wish all musicians were so skilled, and reliable.

  We were looking for a romantic vibe to fill the room, but not become overbearing. Steve hit the nail on the head with jazz and classical playing that really complimented and elevated the ambience. Only one guitar and a small amp, but both those things were gorgeous talking points in their own right. We paid a lot of attention to the decor for our event, and Steve fit perfectly, visually, musically and professionally. The whole package was a class act.
