My wedding was originally planned for December 2022. I had reached out to this company on Facebook and had just begun making plans. Due to some family illness we needed to have our ceremony this December. Morgan and her team only had two weeks and they sure did deliver! We had a private ceremony with family. Morgan was amazing! I looked and felt like a princess! Our originally planned grand wedding will still take place this December and I can't wait to work with these girls again! -

I loved working with Morgan and Jasmine for my wedding 7/17/22. Morgan was so attentive during my hair and make-up trial that I had zero stress on the wedding day. Both she and Jasmine did a fabulous job with hair and makeup for my officiant, matron of honor, bridesmaid, and my mom. Everyone looked gorgeous and felt confident. Both were also great at diffusing any uncertainty and unnecessary critique- no worries from me about managing group dynamics. Morgan was great at organizing the master schedule and keeping to time. I started the day feeling a little anxious and that quickly turned into chill time with my favorite ladies. I really liked getting ready in our own space.
BTSG was awesome at making that easy. I'd never hired professional hair and make-up before and felt like I had great value for the money. Our wedding came in under budget, so it was fun to treat the ladies to extra splurges like airbrush makeup, false lashes, and a hair clip. Payment was super simple, too. It was easy to pay by credit card and there's a discount for those that prefer using cash. Thank you so much for setting a relaxing tone for the day and making us look our very best! -

Morgan is the best! She made all of the preparation for the trial and wedding so easy. I had 6 bridesmaids, plus myself that received airbrush makeup. I asked so many questions from the day I found her, right up until the day of the wedding. She always had an answer that made me very comfortable choosing her. The trial was great! She explained everything she was doing the entire time. I NEVER wear makeup and I've very fair skinned, so I was pretty nervous about how this would turn out. I definitely didn't need to be. Morgan did AMAZING work. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen!!! And the same goes for the bridesmaids. Kiki, came with Morgan the day of the wedding and the two of them knocked out everyone's makeup FLAWLESSLY and well within the allotted time! Everyone LOVED their makeup and it lasted well beyond the needed time of 12 hours. Morgan and Kiki, thank you both SO, SO much for making us girls look amazing! You are both so sweet and we loved spending time with you!! -

I was so happy with this company after having such a bad experience trying to book with someone else. Morgan was very professional and understanding when I had to reschedule my trial. Its hard enough getting married during a pandemic but they made it so easy. Gave me a brand new lipstick to keep as well as make up brushes and hair brush, everything was clean and organized. The process for booking with their website was so easy and though with a timeline for what is due when and also a letter to give to my bridesmaids so everyone is on the page page. I am still blown away with how amazing everyone looked, made me feel like such a beautiful bride! -

Morgan and her team were absolutely fantastic, from initial contact to day-of services! When I contacted BTSG back in January, Morgan was prompt to respond to me in my preferred method of contact. Working out details with her was very easy, and her level of professionalism and organization when it came time to tackle the needs of my 14 person party blew me away. Morgan herself was thoughtful and sweet during our trial, following up with me to see how my hair held up and what changes I might want. You definitely can't go wrong with these women; they will make you feel like a priority, being flexible where you need and obviously passionate about their work. Thank you again! -

They did everything and anything they could to help not just make my day special, but make me feel special. They are so sweet and accommodating!! Out of the vendors that I hired for my wedding, they were, by far, my favorite to work with! I cannot thank them enough for the beautiful work that they did, and how easy they made everything for me! They arrived on time and set everything up (she even had ring cleaner and let me keep my lipstick and mascara for the day). Whether we were indecisive or picky the girls accommodated to all of our needs! Lauren Sent on 10/17/2017They were affordable and very responsive to emails. Morgan, Destiny, and Shelby were fun to chat with and kept a fun vibe going in the morning. Most everyone's makeup held up but almost all our hair had lost its curl. I think we just needed more hairspray since it was a on again/off again rain day. My only big comment is that at the end it felt very rushed. They said they would touch up my hair/makeup at the end (since they insisted the bride go first in the morning) but at the end I turned around and all the chairs and make up was packed up. Other than putting on my lipstick last, there was no other "touch up" done. I wish I had inisted that they touch up my curls and put the veil in before they took off. -

I didn't hire them for my wedding but I did have a bridal trial. In terms of friendliness, it was 10 out of 10. Very nice to me and my kids. However she was over an hour late to my trial and I had engagement photos that day which she knew about. I wanted to see how the makeup would photograph. I didn't get the look that I wanted, and we had no time to change it because she was over an hour late. I had no choice but to go to my shoot with it and honestly I kind of wish I had done it myself since I'm pretty good at applying my makeup. She said it was because it was a black and white picture, but I don't understand why she didn't ask me to send color pictures prior to the appointment since I sent reference pictures a few days in advance. It was a picture of Marilyn Monroe which all in all is a simple look. I think the thing that really rubbed me the wrong way after thinking about it for a while was in the contract you have to pay I think it's 20% gratuity if I'm correct. I feel like that's not really right in the first place, you should price your services where you don't need a tip. Plus tips are for if you're satisfied with the service which I really wasn't. Between being late and not having time to fix anything, I'm a little upset that I had to pay for my service plus forced gratuity. I think that's in bad taste. Don't force your clients to pay you a gratuity, it should be a pleasant surprise, not expected. -

Jennifer Sent on 10/18/2021They ghosted my cousin on her wedding day.
My cousin booked them, and even did a hair and make up trial, but they stopped responding to her a few weeks before the wedding, and did not show up on her wedding day. They had no explanation and gave her no indication that she should find a new hair and make up team, so she had do to her own hair and make up. I thought it was important to give anyone considering them a heads up about this. I'd feel terrible if something beyond their control happened or they are experiencing an unforeseeable challenge that made it impossible to communicate to my cousin, but if that is not the case, then this was extremely unprofessional and they should not be considered for an important event like this.
