  Highly recommend Collective Music Solutions!!

  We had our wedding on May 30, 2021 at Lion’s Gate Manor and had Erica DJ our ceremony and reception. When I first reached out in January 2020, she was not familiar with the venue and offered to meet me there to do a walk through and get a feel for what I was envisioning. She gave so many helpful tips that I ended up using for my wedding. About a month before she sent us a sheet to provide all information about our ceremony and reception, including what songs we wanted played, what songs were off limits, the timeline and more. I also requested a mashup song for my father/bride dance and it was amazing. She timed it perfectly and it couldn’t have gone better! When she noticed people sitting and not joining the dance floor, she put on a line dancing song and got people up out of their seats and told them exactly what to do. It was exactly what we needed to get people comfortable with dancing and she knew just when to do it! Everything went off without a hitch and I could not recommend Erica and Collective Music Solutions more!!

  Exceptional service

  This team was absolutely phenomenal for our wedding event! Erica the owner was wonderful in communicating since day 1. Erin the (harpist) was incredible and Sammy (the DJ) killed it with keeping the dance party atmosphere and was so attentive to myself and my husband personally the whole night. We are so grateful and incredibly happy with collective music solutions as our vendor of choice! I definitely recommend them!

  One great source for all your wedding music needs!

  Our wedding day was magical, and the music and A/V from Collective Music Solutions were a big part of that! It was so nice to go to one source for all musical components for my big day! We had a guitarist for the ceremony, 3-piece jazz band for cocktail hour/dinner, then Erica as our DJ for the dance party! My husband and I wanted everyone on the dance floor, and we got just that during our reception! I loved seeing everyone have a great time. My dad, who never dances, was even out on the dance floor. Dan and I didn't sit down once. We were just enjoying dancing the night away. Erica's energy was great as our DJ, and we loved how she mixed the music and incorporated our tastes to create a lively, fun atmosphere!

  They bring the party!

  Erica Berg and Collective Music Solutions were AMAZING. They were flexible with our ideas and helped us out when we found out there was no speakers on the patio at our venue the night before the wedding. Her vocals are amazing and her willingness to work with you on your needs is even better. I highly recommend this band. You'll love their song choices, playlist, and willingness to align with your vision of the perfect day.

  Amazing music!!

  It was so much fun!! DJ Mykel out did himself! It was a wide age range and he was able to please everyone and get people to dance! People would try to go get a drink and then he put on another song and the people would come right back to sing and dance! So many great songs you couldn’t help singing to. Mykel was able to get people dancing I didn’t think they would! Made me so happy he pulled that off. No complaints except the venue of course had to close at some point and had to head home.
  
  Before the wedding they were extremely helpful and kind. Answered all questions always got back to us. Everyone working there made everything so easy for us! Not always easy to say that when planning a wedding but it was with them.

  The Best Vendor!!!

  The Collective Music Solutions team was incredibly easy to work with from day one. Erica and Victor worked closely with us throughout the whole process. They offer an array of services and customize to each couple they work with. We have a vocalist and guitarist play for our outdoor ceremony, a trio jazz group for our cocktail hour on the patio, and a DJ and Emcee at our indoor reception. My nerves from the day were instantly calmed as soon as I heard the beautiful music around the corner at the ceremony as my guests arrived. The cocktail musicians were incredible and entertained guests while they mingled. Our Emcee and DJ blew it out of the water with the dinner playlist and dance music. We had 230 guests attend and I think almost all of them were on that dance floor having the best time ever! We got so many compliments from our family and friends about our musicians. They are extremely talented, personable, professional and so friendly. We loved working with them and couldn't have dreamed of a better element to our special day. They made this day absolutely perfect for us and our guests!

  Awesome dj and jazz trio!

  Erica and her team had some picky clients on their hands- we had very specific music requests for our wedding, including wanting a jazz trio and having an extensive no-play list for our DJ. Sammy was our DJ and was AWESOME. He had all of our guests on the dance floor the entire night.
  
  Our jazz trio during dinner and cocktail hour was phenomenal and I truly could not have asked for better entertainment.

The musicians are also wonderful. At the last moment our original plans for ceremony music fell through and Erica helped us get an amazing violin and piano player who fit in flawlessly. They turned a nightmare into a dream. I highly recommend this company for all events and every wedding; they believe love is love.

  Amazing and talented group

  COLLECTIVE MUSIC SOLUTIONS and ERICA BERG are AMAZING!!!!!!! You will not regret it!!
  
  My husband and I planned our wedding from abroad and were unable to vet a band ourselves. Our wedding planner and venue owner had just met and started working with Erica and the Collective Music Solutions Team and had raved about their talented team.
  
  My husband and I were in Asheville for only 2 days over the holidays, and Erica and her father drove into Asheville from Greenville just to meet with us. We immediately knew we were making the right choice to go with their team. Collective was willing to work with us to make a tailored package. We added a guitarist for music during the ceremony. Which was really special - I cannot wait to see the wedding video by Fesiuk Films just so I can hear it again! I walked down the aisle to an unusual request - Guns and Roses - which they were able to accommodate no problem!
  
  I cannot say enough about how talented this team is! We had a guitar and bass during cocktail hour and then the band kicked in for dinner, parent dances, and first hour of dancing. Everyone had an amazing time and I already had guests asking for the bands contact to spread the word! At one point one of the band members was even playing the FLUTE! Just INCREDIBLE! We ended the night will one hour DJ for classic singalong sessions and songs that had special meaning to our guests.
  
  Honestly, wish we could relive the day over and over. Music really sets the tone for a wedding and Collective Music Solutions were ON POINT! Thank you again.

  A huge hit with our family!!

  Erica is a complete joy to work with. She helped us pick a combination live band/DJ package that was perfect for the vibe we wanted to create. Chill folk music before dinner, then switching to a DJ after dinner to start a dance party! The band was PHENOMENAL. We got SO many compliments!! There are several musicians in my family and everyone loved the band. And my husband and I completely adored Jason (our DJ). We got on the same page before the wedding and he really listened to what we wanted. He was so great and flexible the night of the wedding too! (My sister/MOH requested one last song at the end of the night and it perfectly capped off everything!!) I highly, highly recommend working with Erica!!

  Great Place to Book Multiple Music Choices

  We were very pleased with both the cellist and the Dj we had with Erica Berg! When our day of planner sent our cellist home (without our approval and not per our day of plan-a whole different story), Erica remedied it immediately. They are professional, helpful and great musicians. It's a great one-stop shop to ease the stress of wedding planning. While our musical tastes differed dramatically from our DJ, he was so kind and helpful with the planning. He even met us before to talk things over! With the ceremony cellist, she let us choose our own and songs and even learned a new song for us. I was floored! She was amazing!

  We were very pleased with both the cellist and the Dj we had with Erica Berg!   Out of the millions of decisions I made while planning my wedding, booking the Erica Berg Collective was definitely one of the absolute BEST decisions. We had live music during the ceremony, dinner, and the reception and they were all INCREDIBLE. Erica was extremely quick to respond to my questions (I changed my mind about the first dance and parent dance songs many, many times) and was extremely nice while also giving me her honest opinion about what would flow best. We had a piano and stand up bass for the ceremony which was beautiful and also gave us the flexibility to pick fun, more modern songs while also giving them that classical sound for a wedding. We had the 5 piece band for the reception and there was not a single song that didn't have people on the dance floor. I love that the music they play was perfect for our grandparents and for our friends, it's music that literally generation loves!

  We went with the DJ option for the Erica Berg Collective and had DJ Sammy Dewald. He was awesome - kept the energy up, listened to our requests and stuck to our wants and needs throughout the evening.   We went with the DJ option for the Erica Berg Collective and had DJ Sammy Dewald. He was awesome - kept the energy up, listened to our requests and stuck to our wants and needs throughout the evening. We also included ceremony music, and I am glad that I did- it was nice to not have to worry about changing or timing music.   Y'all there is not enough space here for me to convey how much I love the Erica Berg Collective and Erica herself! It doesn't take 2 minutes of being with her to already feel like you've made a new friend and when she sings...her talent is incredible!
  I knew from working with Erica on a previous event that she was the one for my reception music. I didn't interview or even look at anyone else. I knew Erica could provide the live band that I wanted and the DJ experience that my husband wanted. After my mother and I met with Erica and her sound engineer/father Victor, the choice was even more obvious. On your wedding day there are a million things happening and you want to slow time down and be able to process and enjoy every detail, but in the moment that is very hard. Erica MC'ed my entire reception and I didn't have to worry about a thing. She worked with the timeline my photographer created and made sure the evening flowed seamlessly. When I had trouble figuring out how to announce everyone Erica jumped right in and told me she had it handled and she sure did! Erica did two weddings in one day to accommodate being able to sing at my wedding. That is dedication! The way she went above and beyond and always kept the party rocking and my guests on the dance floor all night long was exactly what I wanted. Erica respected my musical requests and my more-conservative mother not wanting the reception to turn into a club feel. When I texted Erica on the wedding day making a change to the order certain things were happening that evening Erica didn't even bat an eye, she just rolled with it and made it happen. Clearly I could go on and on, but she is a joy to work with and will do whatever takes to give you a wedding day you'll remember. You will not regret booking Erica for your event!

  Erica Berg is the absolute best! She has the voice of an angel and the heart of one too. She is the most genuine person I have ever met. I'm so incredibly thankful for her. She eased my nerves and helped in so many other ways than just entertaining. She was pretty much a wedding planner for me as well! She goes above and beyond what she is asked to do. She sang in my ceremony, which to this day people tell me that her voice and the way she worships makes grown men cry. It was absolutely beautiful. We also used her for a Band and DJ. Their band is awesome! They really know how to throw down and get people up and dancing. I told my husband I wish it could have gone on forever. I didn't want it to end. The last hour Erica DJ'ed and man did she have everyone on the dance floor. I loved how she got down on the dance floor and danced and sang with everyone. We had so much fun! If you are looking for a band or DJ for your wedding or ceremony music, this is your girl. I would not even consider anyone else. She is the best there is and she has a heart of gold. I feel like I gained a friend when I met her because she is just that type of person. She will bend over backwards for you.   Erica is amazing. She truly wants your wedding day to be everything you have dreamed of. She is so talented and her voice is so beautiful. Not only is she and her band fantastic but she is a fantastic fun DJ! She and her band played and DJ'd at my daughter' s wedding. We could not have been more we pleased.

  Erica and her team did a wonderful job for us on our big weekend! Erica and her band played a nice acoustical set for our rehearsal dinner. It couldn't have gone any better. Erica chose great music to fit the venue and the setting. Our guests were all talking about Erica's voice and how talented the musicians were. We couldn't have kicked off our weekend any better. The next day we used them for our reception as well. Jordan was a great DJ. He played great music and really meshed well with our guests. We had multiple guests coming up and complimenting the music.
