The Inn at Stoneclifffe and their staff were absolutely outstanding. We had to switch our venue last minute (30 days out from wedding date) due to COVID restrictions in our state, and every member of their team made sure everything was handled quickly and done amazingly. Becky was extraordinary in making sure our day was everything we could have dreamed of and more. She was on top of every detail, was extremely quick to answer questions, and always followed through on her promises. She and her whole staff went above and beyond for us. They took what could have been a very stressful re-plan, and handled it with ease. The day of went perfectly. Becky and her staff had thought of everything we could have needed and more. The staff during the reception were incredible and the food was outstanding. We received so many compliments from our guests on the menu, and all credit goes to Stonecliffe. Due to the last minute switch, we didn’t even get to do a food tasting, but we were BLOWN AWAY by the quality, quantity, and flavors of our meal at our wedding reception. They worked to exceed every expectation and made our wedding day perfect. We had so much fun! You should absolutely book your Mackinac Island wedding here! Our vendors: (DJ Brevin with A-List Event Group, Photographer Sara Wright with ItsWonderfulPhotography, and Gabi Bowditch with Mackinac Films). Brevin, Sara, and Gabi worked seamlessly at Stonecliffe and captured every moment perfectly. They all knew the venue and worked efficiently with the staff! I couldn’t recommend them all more. Overall, the day was everything we could have imagined and more.

Beautiful Venue
My husband and I chose the Inn at Stonecliffe for our elopement wedding. All of the staff was on point, professional, and helpful. My only suggestion would be to avoid the Star Line Ferry (the ferry used by Stonecliffe if you purchase the ferry tickets with your room) and choose Shepler's instead. Star Line dropped my husband's suit in the water and then stepped on it, leaving it unusable for our wedding. The staff at Stonecliffe was as helpful as they could be, given the circumstances. I would suggest that Stonecliffe might reconsider their contract with Star Line, as Star Line has not done a thing to help make that situation right, despite several communication attempts on our end.The Inn at Stonecliffe's reply:

From the time we booked the Inn at StoneCliffe Becky was kind and helpful with every request to even every change. Kacee took over on the actual day and made everything go so smooth despite of the 58° temperature and rain she moved everything inside and helped everything go smoothly. The most epic celebration!
We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had at The Inn at Stonecliffe! We wanted a smaller, intimate event and it turned out to be everything we had dreamed of and more. Becky was VERY responsive to all of my e-mails and questions. The food was amazing, and the inn itself is stunning and makes for BEAUTIFUL photos. The power went out our first day there and remained off for almost 24 hours, but the staff swooped in to make sure our rehearsal dinner was perfect and our guests were happy! If you'e re thinking of having your wedding at Stonecliffe, DO IT! You will not be disappointed! We will never stop raving, or get tired of listening to our guests tell us how much fun they had!The Inn at Stonecliffe's reply:

Inn at Stonecliffe is a beautiful mansion full of old world charm! Stunning views of mackinac bridge and beautiful landscaped grounds. We did our 10 year viw renewal and Becky helped us set everything up and made sure everything went smoothly. Absolutley amazing and so happy we chose the Inn.The Inn at Stonecliffe's reply:

As a COVID bride, I had the disappointment of having our dream California Vineyard wedding moved then canceled. On a whim, while visiting my family in Michigan, we toured the Inn at Stonecliffe on Mackinac Island and immediately booked it! I cannot begin to explain how beautiful of a venue this is. The grounds are out of a fairytale and Becky was so amazingly helpful. We planned our entire wedding (while working as a surgeon) in only 3 weeks. The end result was a wedding even more beautiful than our original wedding. Thanks to Becky and the entire team of vendors, our nightmare became a DREAM!The Inn at Stonecliffe's reply:

Absolutely loved working with Becky and the rest of the staff at Stonecliffe!
We chose the Inn at Stonecliffe for our destination wedding because of it’s quiet romantic yesteryear atmosphere and beautiful grounds. Add the rich colors of a Michigan fall with a perfect view of the Mackinaw bridge and we were hooked. The staff there is friendly and helpful, the food is outstanding and the servers top notch. A special thank you to Becky Miller, the Inn’s wedding coordinator. Not only did she guide us through selecting the options offered for our wedding day, and coordinated with the other vendors, she supported our ‘treasure hunt’ and helped us create a welcome reception that our guests still talk about.The Inn at Stonecliffe's reply:

I got married on Mackinac Island over Labor Day weekend, and for anyone who has been to the Island during that time, you know how crowded it really gets. But being at the Inn at Stonecliffe was like being in a private slice of heaven with just family and friends, away from the tourism of the Island. Stonecliffe is a stunning mansion with beautiful grounds for photos, and the staff go above and beyond to make your wedding special. Becky, the wedding coordinator, was incredibly responsive, always answering my (one million) questions; she made sure that my day (and that of my family and friends) was perfect. I cannot say enough nice things about her and about Stonecliffe and its staff.The Inn at Stonecliffe's reply:

The Stonecliffe was a wonderful location for our daughters wedding reception. The venue was very intimate yet able to handle the guest count of 80. The staff was exceptional and very helpful at every turn. Most guest stayed at the Inn or at nearby condos. Special thank you to Venus and Becky and the rest of the crew at Stonecliffe. Amazing Wedding Venue
Amazing I loved having a smaller wedding and showing up and having everything done for you from the flowers, to the cake ect. Glad I picked this inn was a ways from the down town Mackinaw but a buggy ride away to town. We loved the private carriage ride after our wedding. We will never forget the day we had getting married and staying there was in awe of how beautiful pictures and it all turned out!!!The Inn at Stonecliffe's reply:

I held my small wedding reception on The Inn at Stonecliffe's Lakeview Portico at the end of May and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The entire staff was helpful, accommodating, and professional. Becky, the wedding coordinator, was especially pleasant and easy to work with.
