  Cancelled wedding but amazing customer service!

  We booked the KY Science Center for our 2021 wedding then ended up eloping in NC this summer. But I want to state how amazing Jamie and the events team were in helping us book the venue. Due to COVID, we weren’t able to view the event space in person. Jamie talked me through all the details and answered all my questions, and I really appreciate the time she took leading up to my decision to book. As soon as staff could get into the museum, they took a video of the space so I could see it. The customer service was amazing!

  Amazing ceremony location

  My fiancé and I wanted a non traditional ceremony, and had already decided on a reception venue. I loved the Science Center from first glance, the private 4th floor overlooking the Ohio river and the large windows.
  Jamie was incredible to work with, and the space itself literally took my breath away when I came out of the “holding space” with my father.
  The market lights are included; and it made the space so bright and pretty.
  The true gem of the science center is the bridal suite. The lighting is incredible, and it’s a huge space for everyone to decompress for a while before the ceremony.
  I would highly recommend the science center to anyone who is looking for a unique venue.

  Amazing and Fast Respond Time

  Formerly known as the Louisville Science Center, was a fantastic place to have our wedding. It was unique and fun, as well as allowed our guests, especially those with kids, to step away from the wedding if needed. Jamie was wonderful to work with from the tour, to floor planning, rehearsal, and the day of. She was always quick to respond to my emails and give me answers on any questions I had. If she wasn't available there was always someone who reached out to let me know she wasn't and to help out. They made sure all the vendors knew where to set up and took a lot of stress off of the day of. I can't imagine getting married anywhere else! All the guests loved it! Since the rehearsal and ceremony were in the same place there was no risk of guests getting lost or worry about parking in two different places. The prices on their wedding package and add-ons were perfectly in budget for us! If you want a museum wedding with a spark of fun reach out to the LCS!

  Great venue & staff

  Hannah was the best!!! Everyone else was very helpful too. Our cake person said “best venue I’ve ever worked with”. Thanks for making my daughters big day perfect!!

  Wedding Day

  Our wedding was nothing but amazing. Hannah was great to work with. She answered all our question and was there ever step on our wedding day. Venue was very reasonable in cost. 100% Recommend

  I can't say enough great things about our positive experience with the Kentucky Science Center. Melissa went above and beyond to make sure everything about our day was perfect. She even stepped in during an awkward part of the rehearsal and handled the situation with professionalism and poise. Everyone loved the view from the Riverview Room and the gorgeous lights hanging from the ceiling.

  The science center has a gorgeous room on the 4th floor with a view of the Ohio River. I had a lot of guests coming from out of town and so I wanted a downtown venue near the hotels and this was perfect.
  
  They just renovated the room, exposing the original brick wall. We worked with Allie, the event coordinator, and she was so helpful throughout the process.   This far, Melissa has been absolutely amazing!!! She answered all of my questions, including ones I forgot to ask. She definitely set my mind at ease and will be there every step of the way from now until I go home after the 'I do'!!!

  The Kentucky Science Center was such an amazing space for our wedding! Natalie and Hannah made things easy and were very flexible to work with. We used the space for both our ceremony and reception and it was perfect. Also had a lot of kids in attendance and everyone (including adults) enjoyed getting to view the exhibits and experience the entire museum.
