I was a Type A bride and my husband was very excited about making our wedding detail-oriented and beautiful for our guests. We looked at 30 venues in the area and we did not find a venue that seemed like it would encourage our guests to feel welcomed while being in a beautiful space. OUR WEDDING WAS A DREAM COME TRUE AND THE DANCE FLOOR WAS JAM-PACKED ALL NIGHT LONG. SUSAN CONTINUED TO RESPOND TO ALL OF MY QUESTIONS IMMEDIATELY AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY! SUSAN IS THE DAY OF COORDINATOR AND SHE IS WORTH QUADRUPLE THE AMOUNT YOU PAY! She provided us with suggestions, tips, and gave us honest feedback that helped tremendously! The food was delicious, make sure you have crab cake as one of your options (Susan told us to do this and she was spot on!). The staff is incredibly attentive throughout the entire night and Susan makes magic happen. She sets up everything for you the day of your wedding and makes you feel comfortable. She ensures that there is a timeline in place and will smile while helping you. Susan continues to be in my heart and was part of the reason our day was perfect! I also love the owner Debbie and the sweetest woman alive, Pat - she surprised me with a charcuterie board even though my wedding day was her anniversary! The staff makes you feel like family and will also make your guests feel welcomed. I would use the venue 1000 times again and would still never get sick of it - IT IS A STUNNING VENUE with even more beauty on the inside of their staff members. Also, there is ample amount of parking, it is handicap accessible, and allows the couple to have choices! LOVE YOU MANSION AT VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB but love you even more SUSAN! -

Dream Venue & Team
From the time we started planning our December 2023 wedding until the moment it was over, we have nothing but glowing things to say about Mansion at VCC. Our first point of contact was Susan who gave us a tour and all of the information we needed to get started, and she was there for us every step of the way. We also hired her as our day of coordinator which is the best decision we could have made. She is kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and now a lifelong friend.
We fell in love with the traditional elegance and modern amenities of the mansion itself but what is perhaps more stunning than the venue itself is the amazing staff. Everyone we worked with along the way was so kind and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and allowing us to put our own special touches on the day.
The all inclusive pricing is something that is rare to find and our guests absolutely raved about the quality of the food and service. In terms of value, Mansion at VCC truly cannot be beat.
Planning a wedding is an exciting and emotional experience and we truly felt so special. Even days later, we are still on cloud nine. All of the staff showed up on wedding day with smiles on their faces and were so accommodating - they went out of their way to make sure they checked in on us and that we always had a drink in our hand.
I'm sure everyone thinks their wedding is the best wedding of all time - and I may be biased - but we truly felt like we had the wedding of a lifetime thanks to everyone at Valley Country Club. -

Incredible and beautiful wedding
I can't begin to say how grateful and impressed my husband and I are for having our wedding reception at the Mansion. This was the best decision we made! The entire staff at Valley made our wedding night the most memorable and enjoyable experience for us and and our guests. Susan accommodated all my ideas and made our wedding day stress free and fantastic! She worked amazingly with our vendors. Edwin and his wife are the kindest and sweetest persons. They were attentive at all times and made sure we ate. The entire staff sincerely demonstrate care and a positive attitude! Our guests were blown away with the filet tenderloins and crabcake!
Food, planning, communication, details, staff, location have exceeded all my expectations.
Thank you for making our wedding day perfect! -

The entire team at The Mansion at The Valley Country Club was so accommodating and generous with their time and resources to meet our needs for the wedding. The venue was stunning and I have received multiple comments from guests on how beautiful and elegant the space was. The staff are incredibly caring and thoughtful and the space is full of warmth and charm. We are so grateful to have found such a hidden gem to hold our reception at! We are eternally grateful for the joy and support we felt from Debbie, Susan, and Rose, who helped make our big day come true! -

From the start Susan made us feel that this was the perfect venue for us. She explained every step so well and gave us all the confidence through a stressful planning process. She also went above and beyond and was super easy to communicate with! The other staff were so friendly and did a great job throughout the entire day! The Mansion itself is gorgeous and makes for the perfect place for a romantic ceremony, with plenty of photo backdrop options, and a great dinner/party space! We had about 170 guests and felt like the room was perfect size without being cramped. Many of our guests complimented how tasty the food was & we agree! The options were great but the crab cake was soooo yum in my opinion! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and it made for the most magical day! Big thanks to the Mansion for making our dream wedding possible!! -

Everything about this day was perfect and we have this venue and their staff to thank for that.
The staff was so accommodating. Susan was incredibly helpful and made everything seamless. She was very responsive and understanding of changes that were made, especially on the day of when it was pouring down rain until 3 pm and the ceremony was at 5 (outside!!!). The staff made sure our guests were always comfortable and paid special attention to our parents and brutal party! The crab cakes were amazing! Everything happened right on the dot, if not before.
The venue is beautiful and decorated so nicely inside. The bridal/groom suites are spacious and fit our bridal party of 18 comfortably.
I couldn't recommend this venue enough! -

Eighteen months ago, when my oldest daughter Christine started planning her wedding for June 3, 2023, she had a large area from which to choose. She looked at venues from as far north as her fiancé’s home in Katonah, New York, to as far south as our home in Crozet, Virginia. While price was an issue, it was never the determining factor. In fact, Christine had three “big ideas” that guided her decision. Those three ideas that she wanted to be interwoven in her wedding were a ceremony and venue that were classy, elegant, and timeless.
Christine’s mom and I did some of the groundwork, especially in the Baltimore area since that was about the halfway point between the two homes. We were blown away by a venue known as the Mansion at Valley Country Club. As we learned more and more about the venue, we found that it was not only classy, elegant, and timeless; but, it was also quality, helpful, attentive, and reasonably priced. Now that the ceremony is over, we found that each one of our perceptions was, in fact, reality.
Where do I begin? The manager of sales and coordination, Susan Schloeder and her right-hand associate, Patty were nothing short of amazing. While my daughter was not a full-blown “bridezilla,” she is a focused “Type A” personality who is very precise about what she likes and the way that she wanted the event to unfold. Susan et al paid great attention to detail and the setup and choreography of the ceremony exactly as Christine had planned. Both Susan and Patty became like family as we got closer to the date. Even though there are two or three weddings at “The Mansion” each week, they both had the ability to make us feel like were the only clients who were using the facility.
The spacious dressing suites on the second floor give both the bridal party and the groomsmen plenty of room to prepare for the ceremony while honoring the tradition of not seeing one another until the wedding procession begins. We were told by many of our guests that the moment Christine and I emerged on the porch of the mansion was not only emotional; but also breathtaking as well.
The aesthetic presentation of the ceremony was incredible. The outdoor wedding in the shadows of the evergreen trees was stunning. The sound system was perfect, and the seating was more than adequate for our one hundred twenty guests. The beauty of the setting only paled to how spectacular our daughter looked in her wedding gown.
As a native New Orleanian, I consider myself to be a bit of a food connoisseur. The appetizers before the formal sit-down dinner to the dessert were incredible. I must admit I am partial to the crabcakes; however, the steak and vegetables were outstanding as well. All of this was served in the spacious ballroom underneath a flowing ceiling on an expansive dance floor.
While all of the amenities were remarkable, the people were more helpful than I can explain. The servers were happy, polite, and active while Artie, the bartender, was accommodating and talented. There were even two organizers named Edwin and Josue who were always available to move or set up anything that was needed, and they did it with a smile.
Our wedding was on a Saturday evening and there was a wedding the night before as well as on Sunday. Christine had several games and activities during the event. They had corn hole, connect four, a photo booth, a phone memory, and others. If we had to clean everything up and get it out of there that night, my wife and I would have missed being a part of the after-party. Susan told us that they would get everything together, and we could pick it all up the next day at 11:30. Not only did they have it all ready for us the next day, but they even helped us to load it into our trucks. Patty even made some of her famous homemade cookies for us.
While I admit this is my first experience hosting a wedding, I struggle to think of what more one could want than what the Mansion at Valley Country Club has to offer. The facilities, ambiance, and most importantly, the people make it a great choice for one of the most special days of your life.

The Mansion at Valley Country Club is such a hidden gem! It was the perfect wedding venue for my wedding, creating an atmosphere both elegant and intimate that I could tell made my guests feel impressed yet comfortable. There were so many places for guests to disperse to lounge around or enjoy dancing in the beautiful ballroom, and the bar really is worth paying a visit just to see it.
Our main contact and day-of coordinator, Susan, was always a pleasure to work with. She was personable and real, and made sure she took our preferences into account but wasn’t afraid to give informed feedback to make sure both us and our guests were happy and our decisions were practical. She was always very responsive to our messages, and she worked with the Mansion’s staff to ensure accommodations could be made where appropriate, which really made our wedding less stressful and more personalized. She was a little harder to get the attention of the day of the wedding itself as the day-of coordinator, but everything worked out. Every other member of the Mansion’s staff was a delight as well, especially the day of the wedding: they checked in on me often and even made sure I got to try the Mansion’s fantastic food and hors d’oeuvres. Some of the waiters even joined us for some dancing! (After they made sure everyone was well-fed and satisfied, or course.)
I wish more people knew about the Mansion, because it’s such a charming venue that offers so much to make your wedding day magical. It was the best day of my life and I’d do it again in a heartbeat!The Mansion at The Valley Country Club's reply:

Excellent experience
We just had our wedding here in July and I can’t say enough good things about this venue…. And Susan. This venue has your “all inclusive” type of feel for a GREAT price. Hire Susan as your day of coordinator and you will not be disappointed. She keeps you on schedule, has great communication, and wants you to have the wedding of your dreams. -

I am speechless!
Wow! If I could, I would recommend this place to a million people! Susan was our wedding coordinator and by far the best human ever! Susan was very straightforward with us and way always a text or phone call away to answer any and all questions for us. The staff was so attentive the day of the wedding. Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing service, amazing atmosphere! Cannot say one negative thing about this place. Our wedding was a dream. Susan was our coordinator and made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger on the wedding day. The food was great, the mansion looked elegant (candle package is worth it) and everyone had a great time. The staff at the mansion is so easy to work with and it is a lot more affordable than most other venues in the area. Highly recommend! -

Our wedding was on October 16, 2021, and it really was perfect! The only downside was the weather. We had planned to get married outside but were unable to because of the rain. And truthfully, it wasn't even that much of a downside. Everything went off without a hitch and the ceremony was beautiful inside. The food was great! They were accommodating for everything we had asked and I absolutely don't know what we would have done without Susan as our day-of coordinator. She was amazing. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! -

The Mansion at Valley Country club attracted us with its history and character. We barely had to bring any decorations because of the beautiful character that the mansion has! We had a guest list of about 150, with an outdoor ceremony and reception in the beautiful ballroom. Susan Schloeder at the Mansion made us feel so welcomed and we really enjoyed building a relationship with her as we planned our wedding. We chose her as our day-of coordinator and we were not disappointed. Everything crazy idea that I imagined, she brought to life. The rest of the staff is so incredibly kind as well, and would literally walk across the yard to make sure the bridal party could enjoy cocktail hour.
