  The best thing about The Menagerie is its top level customer service. I found an amazing and unique wedding ring among their great selection. They ordered and shipped the ring to my address in Philadelphia. The ring was too big and I felt badly having to go back to them to exchange it, but Leslie was so reassuring and on top of things. She re-ordered a smaller size and the Menagerie covered the shipping costs. Their main concern was getting me the right ring and making sure that I was completely satisfied!
  
  Because of this excellent customer service I decided to open a bridal registry there on my next visit to Austin several months later. Kelsey spent a lot of time with me and my mom to pick out the right dinnerware and we ended up with some really special things that you can't find at the big box stores. They gave us a bottle of champagne and celebrated with us. Every time someone bought a gift on the registry, I received a hand-written card in the mail with the item and the buyer's message. These personal touches go a long way for a great experience.
  
  I kept in contact with Kelsey by email afterwards to make changes and she was always very helpful. I did have some issues with the website, especially since they switched over their website during my engagement, but the staff was always helpful in sorting things out. I would definitely encourage other brides to consider adding a Menagerie registry because the customer service makes for a completely different experience and the unique and high-quality pieces you'll find make it worth it.

  My registration at the Menagerie was wonderful start to finish. The selection on stainless, silver, china, giftware, accessories, servingware and unique gifts and items is unmatched. The service is even better. Vickie and her staff truly cared about my engagement and my registration, they were knowledgeable and were able to give advice when needed. Emails were always answered promptly and they kept impeccable records of my registry. Visiting the store was even better because there was always someone there genuinely glad to see me and beautiful new things to see. Highly recommend for registry and gifts.

  The owner, Vickie, is a gem. She worked very closely with my fiance and I recently when we needed to re-set his grandmother's stone in order to make my engagement ring. Vickie listened to all of our questions and concerns, did a ton of research and guided us throughout the entire process. She is so vibrant and energetic and always welcomes us with open arms. Vickie and her wonderful team also made setting up our registry a fun experience! Everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My husband and I had our wedding bands made here too, and they are perfect. We will be loyal customers for life. They are the very best!!!
