    Beautiful space and the owners are awesome

    I had the honor of participating in a styled photoshoot at The Mill and it is the most beautiful even space I have ever seen! The space is modern and open with amazing natural light and many original elements from when it was a functioning mill. Such a cool venue and the owners Nancy and Bud truly go above and beyond.

    The Mill is amazing!

    I cannot say enough good things about the Mill. After you book with the Mill they send you a folder with a ton of information in it. The information includes food vendors, DJs, florist, photographer, and places to stay in area. From there Buddy and Nancy will always response to emails within a couple of hours. They will also let you come visit the Mill as many times as you want before your big day. Then during the day of your event Buddy and Nancy will be there all day with you. They will help you with everything you need help with. During my small wedding, they helped serve drinks and food. They will also be there to help you set up and take down your decorations. I would highly recommend using the Mill for your event. The Mill is a beautiful place, with amazing owners.

    Dreamy/Wonderful

    This place is absolutely beautiful and a dream come true. To top off the beautiful venue, Buddy and Nancy go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect!!! Highly recommend. Say yes to this beautiful place.

    Stunning Venue!!

    My husband and I had our wedding here, and we could not have been happier! The venue was unique, accommodating, and absolutely stunning! Working with Buddy and Nancy was amazing! They really helped to make our day perfect! Being able to bring in our own alcohol, add on Friday for set-up/rehearsal dinner, and including shuttle services really helped us to cut costs in a few areas without cutting quality. The Venue is gorgeous as is, and really didn't require much for decoration. We also loved the two separate getting ready spaces for groomsmen and bridesmaids. We highly recommend The Mill for any event or party!

    Everything we could’ve asked for!

    Nancy and Buddy attended to every detail and took care of EVERYTHING behind the scenes on our wedding day. Would highly recommend! They are such a kind and positive couple and are fantastic business owners and planners as well.

    The Mill Events

    This space is naturally beautiful needing minimal decorations. Nancy and Buddy take care of everything and were so helpful with the process-especially with us planning from 4 hours away!

    Perfect Venue!

    Our wedding was in the beginning of December. Nancy and Buddy were so flexible with us! Listening to my ideas and also giving me the best advice that she could to help along the wedding planning process. Meeting with them and touring was great! I asked so MANY questions, and they got back to me as soon as they could. We had difficulty with the layout of the tables for the dinner- it was a bit chaotic- but we made it through. Family and friends had nothing but great things to say about the UNIQUENESS of the Mill!!

    Coming from a bride that wanted everything in the same place, didnt want a barn or hotel venue, not worrying about renting tables/chairs/etc., and also wanted to cater in our own food... The Mill was perfect! I totally recommend having your wedding here!

    Amazing Venue

    This venue was perfect!! It had everything we needed and it was simply gorgeous! The best thing about the venue is the owners!! Buddy and Nancy did everything possible to make sure the day went off without a hitch and worked with us to provide options that would better fit out wedding!

    Amazing Fall Wedding

    My son got married here Fall 2018 and I can't say enough positive things about the experience and venue. The facility is absolutely gorgeous and Nancy and Buddy go out of their way to make things seamless.
    I would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

    Christmas Wedding at The Mill

    You will not find more flexible and kind venue professionals for your wedding.
    I had a dream of a Christmas wedding for more than 250 people and Nancy and Buddy made that happen. They are very patient with stressed out brides and their questions, they help create the design you are looking for, and they are the MOST responsive wedding vendors you can find.
    They are well worth the money spent! I received so many compliments from our guests on our reception and venue.

    We had our wedding here October 28th, 2017 and couldn’t have imagined a better venue than The Mill. Nancy and Buddy communicated with us every step of the way, always were prompt in answering our many questions and I never felt pressured to make any decisions.

    The majority of our guests traveled here from Minnesota and had nothing but amazing things to say about the venue and how helpful Nancy and Buddy were the entire time.

    Thank you guys for making the best day of our lives stress free, easy and perfect.

    Birthday Party not Wedding

    Beautiful newly renovated milll makes for an outstanding party venue. Classy and welcoming. Very helpful owners. Helpful to whatever degree you need. Many guests were very complimentary about the venue.
    Room for improvement: parking and air conditioning in the large building. Overall, I would highly recommend The Mill event center.

    Beautiful venue

    We were very happy with The Mill and Buddy and Nancy. They are very passionate about what they do and their beautiful space, and you can sense their dedication and pride. They were always willing to take phone calls and answer questions which made us much less anxious about the big day. The space itself is stunning. See it for yourself. They are talented renovators and interior decorators/designers. The space has a very upscale feel without the upscale price and with some charm mixed in. We liked being able to save tons of money by bringing in our own alcohol from a distributor. Most other venues force you to use their alcohol and it costs a fortune. We saved massive amounts of money thanks to The Mill. They have bartenders available for an extra fee, and a kegerator, as well as lots of fridge space for both drinks and food. The bar is stunningly beautiful. I can't really describe how gorgeous and unique the whole place is; you just need to see it. It's well set up to work with a caterer and other vendors, and Buddy and Nancy do a good job working with you and your vendors. They have experience with weddings and everything that goes into getting the space ready. They were very helpful during and after the wedding with moving tables and rearranging things and making it all just right, as well as with cleaning up after, though don't expect them to do it all themselves. They are two people, but they worked very very hard which we appreciated. If they don't reply by email, they are really great at answering the phone! We spent about $5,400 after numerous add ons including using the space for the rehearsal dinner the night before, and some other things. For what we got and the beauty and upscale quality of the space, I think we got a great deal, and you can too. It really is a premium space, like something out of a wedding magazine, and it's completely unique as well; far from your standard banquet hall or events venue. We also loved the separate rooms for the bridesmaids and groomsmen and they allowed a private space for people involved in the wedding to stage, store their belongings, and get ready. It was a great place to spend the weekend.
