LOVED my wedding at the art center. Everything was beautiful, perfect, and exactly as I imagined. We were able to keep the artwork up as we wanted and it really made the space our own. The staff was amazing and everyone loved it.

We rented the arts center for our November 2022 wedding and we couldn’t have been happier! From the initial tour with Stasi to the planning and night of with Rebekka, everything turned out so beautifully. This venue has EVERYTHING! we had the reception on the front steps, cocktail hour on the rooftop and reception in the gallery. The rental even included shutting down the street! We are so thankful to the entire team as Hurricane Ian impacted so many venues in the area, we were still able to have our big day just a month after the storm. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The entire staff at SBDAC were professional and efficient. The entire time leading up to the event was very low stress and there was always an open communication. Harper was FANTASTIC! She was super helpful, very kind, and always reassured me. The day of, I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING, which made the day go from great to perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful venue and amazing staff.

We can’t say it enough! The wedding was perfect! We worked with both Stasi & Melody while planning our wedding. They both were absolute gems to work with. They respond to emails promptly and answer all questions quickly. I was a very detail oriented bride and they made sure to stay on our timeline & execute all aspects of the day to a tee.


Stasi, the venues coordinator on our wedding day took care of so many details we saw & we know that she handled so many more items we didn’t see to ensure our wedding ran smoothly. Because of Stasi & the entire SBDAC team we were able to be 100% present and not have to worry about anything on our Big Day. The team went above and beyond and we greatly appreciated it.

The Team- all of the staff was extremely kind, happy to be there and did an amazing job. We only saw a small portion of their hard work, but we know they coordinated with our other vendors to make it look effortless. The SBDAC team are true professionals. We made the right decision choosing the SBDAC!

We booked the upstairs gallery for our small reception and we couldn't have been happier! The venue was beautiful, simple, classic, and modern. The staff at SBDAC were amazingly helpful, flexible, and attentive. Everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center for your wedding and reception.

aving my wedding at Sydney & Berne Davis Art Center was the best decision I could have made! Melody and Stasi were beyond fantastic and the team at SBDAC were second to none. Not to mention that the venue is absolutely gorgeous! I knew I wanted a unique venue that fit our love for our city. SBDAC was the first venue that we visited, and its elegance and beauty made it difficult to picture ourselves getting married anywhere else. However, what truly made a difference was Melody. The way she stayed on top of everything was amazing. She knew what I needed before I needed it. She made the planning so easy and I felt confident in her which made for a stress-free day. Melody and Stasi make weddings look easy, especially during a pandemic! You can tell that they truly care about their couples and take pride in their work. I was able to completely enjoy my special day because of the team at Sydney & Berne and although I never plan on getting married again, I would with their help!

SBDAC was the perfect choice for our wedding. The venue has a magical feeling. The outside is absolutely beautiful. The staff here will do whatever it takes to make the day right. We had rain in the forecast and the venue staff was flexible all day long moving from plan A to B to C and back to B!! Truly a great space for a wedding of 100+. Stasi was our point person and was extremely helpful over the course of the year we worked with her. I highly recommend!

The venue itself is gorgeous! We were really please with all the people working at the venue that helped make our wedding day so special. Stasi and Jim were the two managers that we communicated with from signing our contract to the day of our wedding. They made sure everything went smoothly and helped with anything we needed! Highly recommend this venue!

Stasi and everyone at the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center were wonderful to work with! The architecture of the building is stunning, the art gallery and ballroom area is a great blank space that really allowed us to really design a unique wedding! The bar tab was included into the venue costs and we also had a wonderful experience with their exclusive catering company, G3 catering.

We had our wedding here on March 23rd. Everything was absolutely perfect. Stasi was very responsive to emails and easy to get a hold of. Although you are only allowed to use G3 catering as on option for food we wouldn't have picked anyone else. Everyone raved about the food and the venue. Throughout the night Stasi was there from the beginning (the morning of) to almost the end. She always made sure we were well taken care of and if we ever needed anything. This building is such a historical staple in downtown Fort Myers and we were proud to be able to celebrate our wedding there! The night was absolutely perfect!

This place was amazing! I planned my entire wedding from out of state so I essentially picked this place sight unseen. And was NOT disappointed. It. Is. GORGEOUS! I'm kind of a minimalist, so there wasn't much decorating but this place is stunning on its own. Some tablecloths, chargers, centerpieces, and up-lighting and this place is breathtaking. Stasi was also amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process and making sure things went perfectly the day of. She recommended excellent vendors (which we used and loved...caterer, dj, linens..). And she was an excellent on-site wedding planner the day of and made sure everything and everyone was where they were supposed to be. She goes above and beyond even making sure my Groom and I had a drink when we needed one and plenty of food. Ceremony was upstairs and reception downstairs and our guests commented all night how beautiful the venue was. There was even an awesome "bridal suite" with showers and everything where we spent all day getting ready. Would definitely use this place again for ANY Fort Myers event. 10 stars!

Stasi at SBDAC was such a pleasure to work with during the planning of my wedding. She was responsive to all my questions & her team did an amazing job hanging a large backdrop for our ceremony upstairs & then moving it downstairs in time for the reception. The lighting was beyond perfect for the look we were going for. I was blown away at how the space was transformed from one day to the next for our event. I can't thank Stasi enough for all she did behind the scenes to make my day perfect because I found out later it was more than she should have. I highly recommend the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center for events & definitely encourage everyone to visit them on a regular day to check out the beautiful artwork displayed in their galleries.

I could not have picked a better place to book the best night of my life. My husband and I got married at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center on May 19, 2018. We had our ceremony on the front steps and the reception right inside. Stasi, the event coordinator, did any amazing job accommodating us. She was very proactive and helped me out so much when planning everything. I could not thank her and the team enough for making my day so special. We've received so many compliments about our venue. Our guests were amazed by the beauty and personality of the building. One of my bridesmaids actually suggested to her sister who just recently got engaged to get married here. So if you don't want to take my word for it, just ask any one of our 120 guests! By the way, it rained on our wedding day and even that couldn't ruin a damn thing! This place is beautiful.

Wonderful service before, during, and after the ceremony. Our guests had a fabulous time thanks to the great team they have, the food was great, and they have flexible space which we used because of rain, etc.

I cannot recommend this venue enough for a wedding ceremony and reception, or any event for that matter. Stasi, the event coordinator, and Shawn, the operations manager, are at the top of their game when it comes to planning, organization, and implementation. From the get go, Stasi knew what we needed and wanted even though we didn't! She gave amazing guidance and recommendations to help make the party go just the way we wanted. She's an expert at planning a kick-ass party so allow her to guide you accordingly.

The day-of, we ran into some unforeseen circumstances that required a change of location and some adjustments. However, you would have never known. Shawn and his crew seamlessly transitioned the ceremony from one place to the other, ensuring comfort and quality. His operations crew were kind and generous, allowing us to set-up what we needed and not getting in their way.

In fact, every single person that was working at the venue the night of our wedding was amazing. Their professionalism was above board and helped create an amazing atmosphere. My guests commented repeatedly about the quality of the staff and were floored by how well and efficiently the party was run.

I loved having my wedding at SBDAC. It made for a remarkable and memorable party. I highly recommend this venue for an amazing experience.

We decided to have our ceremony at Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center in the Spring of 2017. Most of the wedding was planned by us, and we had all contact and communications with the venue up until the week of the wedding. That's when we hired Angie from Platinum Florida Wedding Company to be out day of the wedding Planner and coordinator. She then took over coordinating all vendors including Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center for the big day. If there is one tip we can give every new couple planning a wedding, it’s to make sure to hire a "day of" wedding planner. They will put your mind at ease and to take a load of your shoulders, I promise. Our Wedding Ceremony was at the Sidney Berne Davis Art Center and the Reception was at Suite 48. Having the wedding at two venues meant a lot of planning ahead of time.

But working with Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center was a great experience and we loved the historic location. Their attention to details such as adding a red carpet for me to walk down from made the day even more memorable.

My daughter's wedding reception was held at the center, which is a beautiful venue. I can't praise Destiny enough for all of her help. In addition to her duties as event planner for the center, she was a huge help with the other vendors. With the number of questions I had during the planning, she was always prepared with answers. She was always prompt getting back to me. The reception was absolutely beautiful, and I can't think of a better venue in this area. Heartfelt thanks to Destiny and her staff for all they did to make this such a wonderful occasion!

Destiny (event coordinator) and Stasi (bar manager) were wonderful to work with! I was planning my wedding remotely and both were very responsive to email. When deciding on the signature drinks, Destiny quickly put me in touch with Stasi who after learning my preferences, put together a great selection to choose from.

Destiny was very knowledgeable regarding the lighting and sound capabilities of the venue. This was essential when choosing our band and ceremony performers, determining who would perform readings at our ceremony, and finalizing our draping and lighting decor. The venue is such a show stopper on its own but we really couldn't have made it so spectacular without Destiny's expertise!

I had what every bride dreaded of having on her wedding day. A planned ceremony outside, when Mother Nature had other plans, rain =( megan was absolutely amazing in making sure everything was re setup in side to look just as amazing! She was my life saver! And the hall was absolutely stunning! If you're looking for a venue that stands apart from the rest! This venue is the best place for it with its beautiful ballroom look!

This venue is beautiful to begin with. Megan and her staff are wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They want to make the wedding the wedding of your dreams. For the venue itself the price is very reasonable. The caterer the Arts Center uses, G3-Mike Gavala is fabulous! I can't imagine how it could have been any better.

The reception went off without a hitch. Venue was stunning!

It was a very easy and enjoyable experience working with Megan. Because of the weather, they had to accomadate around 160 people on their front steps for the ceremony. That seem to happen with out a hitch. I would highly reccomend The Sidney Berne Davis center for anyone's future events. Simply beautiful.

The moment I walk in to the venue I fell in love. The venue allowed for my vision to come to life and went well with my theme of simplicity and elegance. Megan and the staff was very helpful and allowed for my dreams to come true.
