  Wedding Reception Event Hotel

  Our guests stayed here as the event hotel during our Wedding Reception at The Mint Museum Uptown. Very easy for guests to travel between sites.

  Our wedding took place at the Westin and it was an absolute dream. Our Coordinator Eric Weiner did ab amazing job at helping us, our families and friends feel completely at home. Helped me with all the details of my wedding, worked with all of our vendors and took such great care of us. Not to mention, our wedding was GORGEOUS and the food was phenomenal! I couldn't recommend them more!

  Without a doubt they are the best for weddings. Eric is exceptional and made my dreams come true!

  Eric Weiner at the Westin is PHENOMENAL. He really was amazing to work with; he's responsive, thorough, professional and kind. He worked with all of our vendors (who by the way ALL mentioned what a pleasure he was to work with) and was always available to make recommendations to keep us within budget. No matter what question I had, how small the detail might be, he made me feel as if nothing I was asking about was trivial. If you're considering the Westin, don't hesitate, you will have a WONDERFUL wedding. Thank you Eric, and the entire Westin staff, for everything you did to make our wedding an absolute dream!!!

  We used the Westin for our hotel room block, and they were fabulous! Every single guest who stayed there mentioned how great the staff was and how easy their stay was. This included early check-ins, luggage check after checkout, valet, etc. They also hosted three or four other wedding blocks that weekend, so they were plenty busy! Highly recommend!

  The customer service at the Westin was great!! The staff took great care of my guest and the wedding party. They made my husband and I feel like royalty and they made sure we had what we needed. The coordinator Eric was awesome! Very good at what he does!!

  What an amazing Wedding and Incredible weekend. I have been in many weddings and this by far was the most awesome time had by me and our guests. I was tasked to go and see many possible locations with the bride (at first, not so fun). When we walked in to your hotel and met with your wedding planner...WOW. He was the only person to want to know about the bride and groom before even looking at the ballroom. He wanted to know them, where they met, what was their dreams and wishes for their wedding. . What your wedding planner did with the ballroom was just incredible. He took the brides vision and turned it into an incredible fairy tale...in my words. He was always available to talk.....event at 11:00pm at night. The perfection and attention to every little detail was just incredible. We really couldn't believe we were inside a ballroom....it was that beautiful. I must also commend the Servers at the Wedding. All were so nice and willing to do anything to make the bride and groom happy. Smiles all night. The food was awesome! Appreciation to the Chef who prepared for the wedding. Thank you for making one bride so extremely happy. Thank you, Thank you!!

  We worked with Eric from the Westin and he was truly amazing! Everything was taken care of and exactly how we asked. The Westin did a wonderful job and our guests were blown away with the quality and service.

  We had our reception at the Westin in Charlotte NC. The hotel is beautiful inside and the banquet space is done in neutral colors (which is hard to find with most hotels). The set up for the cocktail hour was nicely done as well as the banquet hall for our sit down dinner. The price for the wedding package was a little bit more than other venues but the service, decor and professionalism couldn't be beat. A few things to be wary off if planning your reception is if they promise you a suite (which is beautiful) be careful of the time they promise it to you. The bridal party for my wedding was getting dressed in the suite but it was not ready when we arrived, we ended up getting dressed in a room of one of the Bridesmaids (which was half the size and very cramped for all the girls to ready). The only other thing is some items I prepared were taken from the facility which included the basket of toiletries for the women's restroom and all the scrapbook supplies used for our photo booth guestbook/scrapbook. All in all I would recommend the Westin.

  We thoroughly enjoyed the Westin. I was great getting ready for the ceremony there and then we had the reception there as well. Great service for the most part. Other than them being very expensive, it was definitely worth it!
