I am so lucky to have had an incredibly perfect wedding at Gather on 3 (previously The Woods). The gazebo area is romantic and tucked away in the woods. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD good. After our ceremony and dinner we had friends gather on the B Merri patio for bon fires and drinks. They just opened a self pour beer wall that was a hit for our guests! This venue is a must see and must book! Let the staff take care of all the details so you can enjoy your special day like we did! 💗Gather on 3 Event Center at The Woods's reply:

First off, the venue is gorgeous. They just finished remodeling both of their buildings, and they did a great job. Secondly, Becky is a lifesaver! Becky is the event coordinator at The Woods and helps assist the bride/groom in planning. She helped me throughout the process in a timely manner and was so kind and patient throughout everything. The food was so good, and I mean SO GOOD. I had guests telling me all night how yummy the dinner was, as well as the pizzas we served towards the end of the night. We were also very grateful for the large number of sleeping spaces available at the venue. If you are unaware of the area, there is a motel across from the event center and bar/restaurant, as well as two large houses at the back of the property that are both private and stunning. Our family and wedding party were very grateful for the close sleeping arrangements. Those at hotels in Brainerd were also grateful for the shuttle we rented from The Woods for their ride home.
Overall, I have only great things to say about The Woods and Becky. The wedding went off without a hitch, and it was all thanks to their help and detailed planning. 10/10 recommend, 5+ stars! -

Uncle of the groom
My nephew was recently married at the newly remodeled Gather on 3 event center in Brainerd at the Woods! Even though these challenging times, the Woods staff was on point and over the top hospitable! What an incredible event and what a great venue for options, atmosphere and professional catering! The food was fantastic. The service was outstanding and the place was clean and fun!!! Thank you to the Woods for making my nephew’s Wedding a memorable success!!! -

Absolutely amazing!
My husband & I made the BEST choice by having our wedding at The Woods! Its absolutely beautiful, and Becky the wedding coordinator is SO fun to work with! We really enjoyed everything they had to offer, they were so easy to work with, and it is hands down a beautiful venue!Gather on 3 Event Center at The Woods's reply:

So much can be said about this venue. They were super easy to work with and super flexible with how we wanted our wedding to go. As long as it's legal, they will allow anything that is able to work - We were able to have legal fireworks that pro sports teams get, we ended up having a 10 minute fireworks show that were better then the 4th of July. The Woods price is perfect to be able to allow you to spend in other areas, price is very nice when renting their indoor/outdoor venue. They have 2 houses on site you are able to rent so you don't ever have to leave or run to multiple different sites. The on site hotel helps guests to stay as well, they do also over shuttle services, golf cart, and more. The outdoors setting makes for great photos and a great venue. They do all the setup and take down of everything they own and supply the DJ equipment as well. Very cost effective and very helpful, they supply a lot to make sure your wedding goes off perfectly. I can't recommend this place enough, they kept in touch with us during the wedding and made sure that we were always supplied or helped out where needed. They even helped cover part of the cost of a band to come in the night before so we could have a pre-party/bachelor an bachlorette party on site. What an amazing place, amazing staff, amazing ac-commendation, amazing price, amazing food, and so much more. This place at a minimum is worth going to and speaking with them about what they can do, highly recommend going with them though to make for an easy wedding experience.Gather on 3 Event Center at The Woods's reply:

The Woods was the most perfect venue I could have asked for! The grounds and ceremony site were beautiful and made for amazing photos! The entire staff was amazing! We got to tour the venue with the owner, Terri, and Becky, our event coordinator was always happy and helpful with any questions we had! Katie was also amazing helping with anything and everything we could have needed if Becky wasn’t available! She even helped me surprise my (now) husband with shots before we walked back down the aisle after the big “I do!” I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married and kick off our lives together! Bonus: our dogs even got to be in the wedding!Gather on 3 Event Center at The Woods's reply:

Beautiful Day! Beautiful Venue!
We felt taken care of from the first time we met with the wedding coordinator. We were in awe of the beautiful ceremony site. Our guests were comfortable. The service crew was so accommodating. Our whole family was able to stay with us the whole time as there is a house, guest house, and hotel for convenience. So nice!!! A day we will never forget. Thank you to the Woods!!! -

Eric & Tarna's Wedding
First of all, in a year where chaos reigned, being able to successfully have our wedding seemed like a pipe dream. The Woods catered our small event and the food was amazing! We ordered a variety of appetizers and had butler service during our cocktail hour. The appetizers were delicious and the fried mozzarella was by far the biggest hit. The service was good and the only feedback we would have for the appetizers and service is that the staff could have had a little deeper understanding of the food being served. We did have some guests with restrictive diets and there was some confusion on what appetizers were gluten free. We had a choice of two entrees and while we can't comment on the cheese stuffed chicken breast, our guests that ordered that were happy with it. We had one guest that requested a Vegan meal and they were very happy with the Chef's choice in meal. We were very happy that the Woods could accommodate this request for us. We ordered and enjoyed the surf and turf option. The steak and lobster tail were delicious, the food was served promptly, the food was warm and the steak was so tender! Our sides for the entrees were a pear and varietal greens salad, bread and a bacon braised potato medley. The sides were what you would expect and complimented the entrees nicely. The staff were all friendly and took great care of us. We had so many of our guests comment that this was the best wedding meal that they had ever had and we both concur! Thank you goes out to the Woods staff for everything on our wedding day. We would both recommend their catering service to anyone that might be looking. -
