  the BEST decision we made, besides saying "I do"

  When we originally started wedding planning, we hadn't even included a video in our budget, originally thinking wedding videos we'd seen were kinda cheesy and that photos would be enough to remember our day by. But once a friend showed me smallforestfilms' Instagram account, I knew I wasn't going to be able to forgive myself if I didn't book him right then & there. From the first phone call with Kyle, the vibes were ~immaculate~ and we knew we had not only just met the COOLEST vendor, but an awesome friend as well. He is the most genuine person who honestly cares about his couples and their stories, remembering details mentioned from that very first phone call. He was so fun to work with throughout the whole process - from spit-balling sendoff ideas with us over the phone, to scream singing Mr. Brightside with us on the dancefloor at the reception. Communicating with him always felt like texting an old friend. Kyle's work is extraordinary - truly worth every penny. The video he created for us has us laughing our asses off, ugly crying, and reliving the best little moments of the day all over again. From his editing, music selections, & camerawork, he perfectly captured our goofiness and our story in such an artistic and, honestly, badass way. We are constantly getting compliments on our wedding film - how it's unlike anything people have seen before and how it truly represents us as a couple. It is the most precious gift that we will treasure forever. We cannot recommend Small Forest Films enough. Just book him already!!!

  The best choice you can make on your big day!

  Kyle was absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with him! From the start, Kyle felt like a long lost friend. We had an initial phone consultation where he thoughtfully guided us through some questions to get a better understanding of our wedding day vision.
  
  Communication was wonderful leading up to the big day and Kyle arrived exactly when discussed. He has THE best energy and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. You can truly tell that he puts his heart and soul into these projects and the finished video was AMAZING. It was so heartfelt and I felt like he had listened so intently and truly captured the things that we had initially discussed as having been most important to us. We had a very small gathering with immediate family only and he captured the sweetest moments of our grandmother cooking in the kitchen, moments with family, and the best audio bits. He encapsulated exactly what the day meant to us. We all cried when we saw the finished product.
  
  All in all, Kyle's work is the best I have ever seen, but what makes the experience with him so special is the connection that he takes the time to establish with you. He is incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and we are eternally grateful to have worked with him on our special day.

  Truly top knotch, anti-cookie cutter film making

  We hired Small Forest Films for our wedding last October, and purchased their story package. Kyle was wonderfully professional and fully present throughout the ceremony and the main event. He went above and beyond and even stayed a bit late to capture the most touching, intimate; and joyful moments of the evening.
  
  We are very happy with the finished work, as it really does live up to the promise of being highly unique and anti-cookie cutter.

  Highly recommend!!

  Kyle was amazing to work with and made our day even more special! He paid close attention to what matters most to us and captured important moments throughout the day. We love our video and are so happy with how creative and beautiful it turned out. He has a kind and genuine personality and is easy to get along with!   Kyle is a rockstar!

  Don’t even think twice about hiring Kyle. This man is the real deal. His talent, creativity, and the love he has for his clients all come through in this work. And if that wasn’t enough, he’s such a lovely person (and such a sweet presence to have on such a special day). I only hope that our paths cross again soon, and I get another opportunity to work with him in the future.
  
  His video is so much more than we ever expected. It’s just a perfect depiction of the day. From all of the raw emotions to the perfect stitching together of the most beautiful pieces of our vows. The footage is beautiful and the story he told was fantastic. One of our friends described it as “the best music video” he’s ever seen. And what an awesome keepsake for us to be able to share with our friends/family that couldn’t make it to our wedding. We will cherish this video forever.

  Creative and beautiful

  Small forest films aka Kyle was amazing to work with! Very professional, creative, detailed and kind. He executed our wedding video vision beautifully. Kyle created a video as unique as our day was. We had an elopement video where we hiked down a hill to a waterfall and Kyle was down for it he got all the angles even had a drone. Kyle also used a film camera to make it super nostalgic and a keepsake film that’ll last our lifetime and we plan on showing everyone we know.   Aside from the incredible editing, hardwork, and time he puts into your wedding video, Kyle is an awesome dude! He was great to have around at the Wedding and captured all the moods/moments of the big day. Super personable and easy to work with. His footage will allow you to relive your wedding!   Absolutely amazing!! Definitely need as your videographer!

Kyle and his second shooter were totally wonderful to work with and made things fun and easy and not at all awkward. Even from our first phone consultation, Kyle impressed me with his attention to detail and really wanting to get to know us as a couple to make our film really reflective of us as a couple. I knew when I was looking that I wanted a real and meaningful video of our day that felt like us and captured the beauty of our day, and Small Forest Films knocked it out of the park. Even our groomsmen cried watching the video, and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the incredible film that was delivered.   Smiling from ear to ear

  We can not express how happy and grateful we are to have hired Kyle for our wedding! I’ve had the pleasure of getting to be in two weddings that he shot for before hiring him for our own. From start to finish everything was absolutely amazing, starting with his fun, upbeat personality to his creative knowledgeable input on specific shots and details. We have gotten so many compliments on our video since he sent it to us. The way he put it all together made our perfect day somehow even more perfect then we even imagined! We will forever be grateful for this forever memory he created for us.

  If you are considering a videographer for your wedding, look no further than Kyle from Small Forest Films - he is the BEST!!!! We got married on 5/29/21 at The Colonial Industrial Quarter in Bethlehem. It was a holiday weekend and ended but being a particularly cold and wet day. Nonetheless, Kyle showed up with much needed optimism, enthusiasm, and energy! From start to finish it was a pleasure to have him be a big part of our big day. Quickly, professionally, and creatively, he utilized the spaces available and got us so much fantastic content without holding up the flow of things. The results were fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. We look forward to having this wonderful footage for the rest of our lives

  Amazing videographer who creates beautiful work!

Kyle made us something so, so special. We were both nervous about being filmed, but Kyle made us feel so at ease. At our very small wedding, he immediately felt like another friend in the room. Our videos (we went with a highlight video as well as the full ceremony) are exquisite, perfect, artful. Nothing like the cliche, cheesy wedding videos that made me so hesitant when we were initially planning. I am so happy we found Small Forest Films and highly recommend Kyle!

  On a scale of 1-10 I’d give him an 11!

  Kyle was so amazing as our videographer! We had to cut our wedding down due to Covid to a mini ceremony and he was so helpful along the way!   Beyond Magical

  Kyle was such a gift! Small Forest Films captured our wedding in the woods perfectly. I literally watched it every single day for a month after we received it, moves me to tears! He easily blended in behind the scenes during our wedding and still was able to capture all the magical moments. I would HIGHLY recommend!

He made sure we were always comfortable but while also getting the footage we needed. I never felt that he or his crew had too much of a noticeable presence, and he pretty much let us do our thing. Because of that, everything came out so natural and authentic. And that's where the magic happens. He was extremely attentive, professional, and hardworking. And it shows with the final product. Our highlight video felt so personalized - from the music choices, to the cinematics, and the voice overs that were used. Everything about it felt exceptional. It felt like US. Our family and friends were absolutely in love with the video, and gave us endless compliments about it! I can't sing enough praises about Kyle and Small Forest Films. The day flies by so fast that having a video becomes so special and important. Kyle somehow filmed at our wedding for 10 hours and edited a 5 minute highlight video that captures every essence of our relationship. Our video is something we will truly cherish forever and will be something we pass down generations. Do yourself a favor and hire Kyle.   Amazing videographer with an even better experience

  Kyle was amazing to work with and I cannot recommend him enough. We received our video a few months ago and I cry every time I watch it. We cannot thank Kyle enough for his amazing work. We had such an amazing day and he helped capture it perfectly!

  There are so many amazing things I can say about Kyle. We met him through our photographer and immediately it felt like a good fit. My personality style is down to earth and go with the flow... and Kyle was a perfect match. He listened to what we wanted from our wedding experience and certainly delivered on the day. I have to add that it also felt like Kyle just had another friend at our wedding, laughing along with us, and enjoying the moments. Kyle really shined with our highlight video. It’s basically our favorite video of all time. There are days I watch it on repeat haha. Everything down to the music was well thought out and absolutely beautiful. It should also be noted that we decided on just the highlight reel when we were first planning the wedding... but we loved our day and the highlight reel so much that there were many times we sent annoying emails Kyle and not only was he patient and understanding, he worked with us to get what we wanted. I highly recommend working with Kyle on your special day. From the communication, to the detail, flexibility, and price... you will not be disappointed!

  I am extremely happy with the results of our wedding video and our trailer. Kyle was great and made our wedding video something we will love forever. I cannot think of a better videographer.
