  The Best Wedding Coordinator Ever

  Audrey and her staff are awesome! From the first time you meet with her until the final sendoff they are there every step of the way. She is only a phone call or text message away. Both of my daughters were married this year and Audrey was the coordinator for both. As soon as my husband met her the first time he said - you better book her for the next wedding. She is very personable and will listen to your wants. She understands it's your wedding and will make it happen. Just tell her what you want and let her go! I had many guests comment on what a wonderful coordinator we had. As the mother of the bride I enjoyed myself knowing that things were running smoothly and on time. I highly recommend Timeless Beginnings. They truly go above and beyond.

  Would Recommend to ANY Bride!

  Timeless Beginnings is amazing! Adrienne was the day-of coordinator for my wedding on November 1, and it was the best investment I could have made! She was even able to find a florist (the day before my wedding!) to create a bouquet (and corsages!) when my DIY creation was not living up to my expectations. On our wedding day, my new husband arrived early to greet our guests, and he noticed immediately how intuitive and composed Adrienne was when we had to delay the ceremony start time due to downtown festival traffic. Everything ran seamlessly throughout the night, and our family and friends were impressed with the well-timed transitions from ceremony to appetizers to dinner. It was such a pleasure to work with Adrienne, and I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about her!

  Words cannot express how much we LOVE Audrey and her team. She was the most amazing and helpful person from day 1 of wedding planning to when we left our wedding! Audrey was timely, efficient, flexible, and determined to make my dreams come true! She took all my ideas and created the most perfect, smoothly moving, and fun day! She was always available answering texts and emails at all days/hours and made me feel so special along the way! I highly recommend Audrey for any bride, friend, or family member!

  If you are planning a wedding- hire Audrey!!

  Audrey is such a blessing. I did not even know I needed a wedding planner, but I now know I would have been lost (and very stressed) without her. She came in and simplified our lives. I had already hired most of the vendors before we reached out to her, but did not realize there was so much left to be done. Less than a month before the wedding we had a few stressful last minute changes with vendors. Audrey came to the rescue with quick new plans and available options. Our ultimate goal was to have a stress-free wedding for us (bride & groom) and both of our moms. Thanks to Audrey, the day was perfectly breezy and flawless for everyone. We were all able to just enjoy the day. If there were any hiccups, she took care of everything calmly behind the scenes. She is a wonderful person and immediately feels like a close friend. As soon as the wedding was over, I already missed texting her for advice. She is organized, prompt, and responsive. She is ready to show up when you need her and help sort out the extra details. She is personable in the meet-ups, and has a calming effect on stressful moments/decisions. I will recommend Audrey to everyone I know getting married!   Smoothest Wedding Ever!

  Audrey is absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I hired her because my wedding day was the most stress free. I even got compliments from all of my guests how it was the smoothest wedding they had every been to. Audrey became more than just a planner but also a friend! She also brings in her assistant on the day of your wedding so that there’s an extra set of hands. I told Audrey what I wanted and she would handle the rest.   The Most Wonderful Lifesaver

  We came across Timeless Beginnings by researching wedding planners on WeddingWire. Audrey and her team are by far the most wonderful people I have ever worked with. We contracted Timeless Beginnings for the Calla Lily package (midway coordinator). From the beginning, Audrey was attentive, organized and so much fun to work with. Audrey helped to alleviate any stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources (a seating chart organizer for example, checklist for items we needed to take care of, etc.) that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. Whenever I felt stressed about any little detail, Audrey was easy to get in contact with via email, text or phone call. What we loved about her is that she has years of experience planning weddings in San Antonio, so she knew a majority of our vendors and our venue right off the bat. I felt confident in letting her take the reins when needed, but she was very receptive and flexible whenever we needed to change anything last minute. I primarily wanted a wedding coordinator because I wanted to be stress free on the day of our wedding. That's exactly what I received with Audrey and her team.   Audrey at Timeless Beginnings was incredible. Our wedding wouldn't have happened without her! From organizing our budget, utilizing her extensive connections with local vendors, calming midnight worries, and coordinating vendors on the day, she was essential to our wedding running smoothly. I was most thrilled by her on the day of the wedding. I was, of course, emotional and scatter-brained, and Audrey anticipated my every need! She acted as my personal calendar for the day, as well as the best maid of honor ever - "Have you had water?" "I set aside some appetizers for you." "What do you want to drink?"

  Worth every penny!

  Audrey is the best! She is organized, calm and patient. Great advice and suggestions. We had to make last minute changes to my daughter's wedding due to bad weather. She worked closely with our venue and vendors to make plan B a beautiful day!

I did not have a lot of time to put into wedding planning, so having Audrey suggest and communicate with vendors, create timelines and payment schedules, and take care of coordinating the hundreds of little things hidden in the wedding planning process was invaluable.   I really don't know how people get married without Audrey to be honest! Audrey takes care of ALL the wedding details with grace and kindness the whole way through. Before the wedding, she helped keep me and my husband stress-free. We didn't worry about the wedding timeline or little details because Audrey was always on top of it. On the day of, she was so amazing. For example, the button on my husband's tuxedo jacket had come undone. He told Audrey and she discreetly took his jacket, sewed on the button and got it back to him in time for our first dance. I didn't even know that happened! Another example- someone requested a song I was not very fond of and she immediately went to the DJ and before I could be annoyed, the song was transitioned to another. Even after the wedding she was helping us with contacting a vendor. She goes above and beyond without a doubt to help you have the best wedding possible. Thanks Audrey!!

  Audrey was the best - she literally made my wedding. My mom is super creative and great at party planning so we originally thought we wouldn't need help. But Audrey let my mom be my mom on the wedding day while Audrey ran around and handled every little detail. We had so many things to set up for the reception (guest book station, table assignments, cake stand etc) and Audrey and her team took care of everything. They set it up exactly as we wanted. Audrey works with all the vendors to make sure everything goes smoothly so you aren't making calls and stressing out on your wedding day. Trust me - picking Audrey will be the best decision you can make when planning your wedding!!

Call Audrey ASAP, because she will make all of your wildest wedding dreams come true! From the first phone call a year before my wedding to walking down the aisle (and everything in between) Audrey was the most helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful person I could have ever hoped for to be a part of my big day. Whether it was organizing all vendor meetings, having creative solutions to all of our decorating needs, facilitating all wedding day events, or simply being a reliable person I could talk to during the planning process, Audrey handled each moment and interaction professionally and calmly, and always with a smile on her face and a kind word.   Audrey was amazing! I don’t know how we could have done our wedding without her! She helped so much from coordinating vendors to making sure the day of ran smooth. I am a wedding coordinator myself and wanted to make sure I didn’t have to stress over anything for my own wedding and I would have to say without a doubt that she is the best in the business.

  Best decision for my daughter's wedding was hiring Timeless Beginnings with Adrienne as our Day of Coordinator. She was superb and went above and beyond our expectations. Adrienne and her assistants were on time, very professional and took care of so many details I didn't even think about. I really don't know how we could have managed without them! From the rehearsal to the wedding, Adrienne was our lifeline!! My daughter was so pleased with Adrienne too. I was so impressed with the team (and it's difficult to impress me). Fantastic job Adrienne!! Thank you for making our daughter's wedding flawless!!

  Adrienne is amazing!!!!! Hiring timeless beginnings was one of the best discussions I made for my wedding! I hired Adrienne as my day of coordinator and she went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was smooth and fun. She made sure I got something to eat and once my heels started to kill my feet she was there with my extra pair of shoes without me having to tell her I was in pain (I guess she could see it on my face ). Adrienne was a big help to me and my mom and I am very grateful to her and her assistant! Thanks Adrienne!!!!

  I can't imagine having the fate of a bride and grooms magical night in your hands much less getting it close to perfection especially when you have never personally met the couple, but Audrey and her team managed to make our night exactly that...PERFECT! Audrey and her team were extremely professional and made me feel incredibly special. They tended to every need we had. (Not that we had many) They were accommodating to my family and all my guests. She worked great with all the vendors and any last minute adjustments were slid in flawlessly. I knew what to expect on our big day which really put me at ease and I was able to express exactly what I wanted throughout the day ...every detail, every moment, every minute. I could not have asked for a more wonderful wedding planner than Audrey and Timeless Beginnings. I highly recommend Audrey and her team to fulfill all of your wedding planning needs!

  Audrey is without a doubt the best wedding planner I could've ever imagined. In fact, I don't think I could've even imagined how fantastic she is. From the very beginning she was organized and on top of things which made everything much less stressful. She and her team made the wedding planning experience a blast, and on the day of they took care of things before I even knew that it was time to take care of things. If I could give her more than 5 starts I absolutely would because she was the best decision I made regarding my wedding (outside of actually marrying my husband)!

She took our vision and made it all come together beautifully, allowing my mom (my unofficial wedding planner) and me to sit back and enjoy the big day with very little stress. We joked that that our wedding day manta was going to be, “Ask Audrey! Oh, and can you bring me a drink?” One of the things that immediately impressed me about Audrey was her ability to kindly, calmly, and efficiently work with different personality types, which is so important on a day where emotions run high. The few little mishaps that happened leading up to and during our wedding were handled before I ever knew about them. You could tell our vendors really enjoyed working with her, as many went above the call of duty throughout the day. Every time I turned around Audrey and her team were there to guide me as to what to do next, offer me food or a drink, and make sure I was having a good time.   Audrey is absolutely amazing to work with!!! While planning our wedding I was living in Las Vegas for work while my groom was in San Antonio, and eventually we both moved to Washington. She made the whole process worry free and was able to schedule things to accommodate us being out of town. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and will make your day everything you could imagine. I would recommend her to any bride looking for help planning their big day.

  Audrey was such a joy to work with as we planned our wedding! She always answered all my questions (lots and lots of questions!), gave wonderful suggestions, and was one of the sweetest vendors we had. She was such a calm and positive person to direct the rehearsal and wedding.

  Audrey is amazing! She made our entire wedding and wedding planning experience so enjoyable and stress free! We honestly do not know what we would have done without her! And she did all this while pregnant!!! She was truly wonderful and we would 100% recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding planner!
