Easy to Work With, Organized, Helpful
Top Shelf Transportation provided us vans to transport our wedding guests up a windy, mountain road. They were very willing to work with us and were more than accommodating working to find us a parking spot at the bottom of the mountain and transporting a few guests home all the way to Charlottesville. We highly recommend them! -

Wedding Transportation
Dawn and her team at Top Shelf Transportation were incredible. It was easy to communicate with Dawn. They provided us transportation for our bridal party and for my husband and I the day of our wedding. The cars were in pristine condition. Our driver, Chuck, was friendly and reliable. He was on time for all of our pickups. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the level of service we received. Thank you Dawn and Chuck for a great experience!

From initial contact to finish of our personalized tour, our customer service was EXCELLENT! I emailed with Dawn and then touched base via phone--she was kind and cared about her company. We worked out a personalized tour in a stretch limo for 7 people, 3 hours, home pick up and drop off. Last minute I had to tell Dawn that the driveway at the house was probably too dangerous for a limo and the driver (without any cell service) found our location and made it work perfectly. Marland also took photos for us, told us where he would wait at each stop, and helped us with anything we needed. The tour and service were amazing, literally TOP SHELF SERVICE! Thank you Dawn and Marland! -

Worst Experience Ever! Ruined Wedding Night!
We rented this vehicle for our wedding night send off. A week prior to our wedding, we were unable to reach Dawn the owner of Top Shelf her number was disconnected. She stated that due to COVID she had not paid her bills. She was not professional enough to even reach out to anyone to explain this situation and we did not have time to find another transportation vendor at such short notice. She stated that all was well and we were all set for our wedding night, a rental that included our pick up from the venue and a scenic drive through the town completing our 3 hour rental. Approximately 5 minutes into our trip from the wedding venue, the car broke down completely, leaving us were stranded on a dark street behind the venue. We were fortunate to have a very professional and kind-spirited driver however our get-away plans were completely ruined. After multiple unsuccessful attempts at getting the vehicle to start, he was able to finally get the car back running enough to drop us off at our hotel which we all agreed was best because obviously the vehicle was clearly not working properly. After 2 days, we still had not heard from Dawn the owner of the company. We had to write to her an email and call in order for us to get her acknowledgement and give a unconcerned partial apology for this ordeal that ruined our wedding night. The situation was further exasperated by her cavalier, extremely non remorseful approach to resolving our issue by not even offering our money back by which we should be fully refunded for having not received the service we paid for. Her total disregard for her unprofessionalism was clearly illustrated with her offer of a minimal refund siting she felt it was best and fair for all parties involved. To add further insult to an already horribly ruined wedding night caused by her she offered to subtract the driver's gratuity from the minimal refund she was going to give us. We followed up with an email letting her know that we would not accept anything less than a full refund because we paid for a service to her that was not received. We have yet to hear from her or receive a response email. We are not surprised considering her level of unprofessionalism in how she conducts her business and maintains her vehicles for her business. This vendor ruined our wedding night and we hope does not get to ruin anyone else's night. -
