Love love love!

The Tower Club was everything I wanted and more for our wedding! It has beautiful views and great event space and the team is AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about Alena who went above and beyond every step of the way for us! Also big kudos to the rest of the Tower Club team... Chef Marvin, Liz and Dawn!!!

Above expectations / Splendid experience

The complete package is what you’ll get when you meet Alena at the Tower Club. She will go over every single detail and help you through the entire planning, always very accommodating. She helped us solve last minute changes right away. The whole entire staff makes sure your event goes as planned. A big thanks to Lis as well, she is in charge of the servers and kitchen staff, wonderful person and will attend to all the guests needs. We are extremely happy about selecting Tower Club for our special day!

Sitting on top of the world!

The large windows and views of downtown Ft. Lauderdale offer the perfect backdrop for any event. Alena and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch. She was in constant communication and offered many suggestions to make the ceremony and reception beautiful and seamless. There were a variety of rooms to choose from. The food and drinks were delicious. I would recommend Tower Club for any event!

Phenomenal

The Tower Club’s entire staff was incredible. I’ve never met kinder people. Alena has been an absolute angel. She heard our needs and made our limited vision and made our night unforgettable. She and her team truly went above and beyond for us. The food is out of this world delicious! The views can’t be beat, it was such a beautiful evening! Even with the limitations due to the pandemic, we felt like the evening was perfect. We’re so grateful for Alena and the entire Tower Club staff. We can’t wait to celebrate our larger reception at TC once the pandemic passes!

Saved the Day

Alena was amazing to work with! We came to her 6 weeks before our wedding because of COVID and canceled plans. She not only listened to everything we wanted from the day but made everything go off without a hitch. She overheard me joke at the rehearsal that I wanted a drink as soon as the rehearsal started, got our preferred drinks of choice and had them waiting for us after the ceremony. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the windows create such an open beautiful space. The most perfect day and forever grateful for the Tower Club making this COVID brides dreams come true.

Perfect Venue with views!

My husband and I are beyond happy with the Tower Club and picking them for our wedding venue. It had everything we wanted in a venue and more. Incredible view, atmosphere and staff. Alena and her team were amazing in creating our perfect day! They went above and beyond with every detail and making sure it was everything we wanted. If you are between venues and not sure, go with the Tower Club. You will get incredible food, service and a stunning setting for a wedding. All of our guests were impressed and loved the venue! We truly loved the Tower Club and are so happy this is where we had our wedding reception.

Our coordinator Alena Reuben and her team treated us with amazing service, from being flexible to party hours and staying in constant communication, no matter what time, day, or circumstance. We would absolutely recommend the Tower Club again.

Alena was amazing! Not only was she a wonderful day-of coordinator, but she also helped put an amazing reception together in just a mere 3 weeks after our original venue cancelled on us due to Hurricane Irma damage. I can honestly say that with the help of Alena and her amazing team, including a phenomenal chef, our reception was even better than we imagined it would be with your original venue- which is obviously saying a lot! 10 stars for this dream team!!

Planning our wedding with Alena at The Tower Club couldn’t have been more amazing! From the initial meeting to planning all the little details up until the very last few days, they were a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating. The food was outstanding, the ambiance was romantic, and the service was exceptional. It couldn’t have been a more stunning and elegant evening. Our family and our guests are still commenting on what a wonderful night they had! Truly a perfect day!

The Tower Club is 5 star!. From the planning day all the way to the end of our ceremony we were in awe with the professionalism and quality of service that was provided to us. Alena Ruben is the best! She far exceeded our expectations and was always prompt to answer all of our questions, changes, and requests. Our original wedding date and venue location was ruined by Hurricane Irma and we only had two weeks to re-group and Alena and all of the Tower Club staff took all of the stress off of our shoulders and everything just went better than we could have ever expected. Alena referred us to Roman Foster of Southern Sands Design who brought my vision to life. We walked into the room and was speechless. The food was phenomenal...It is two days later and I still have friends and family calling me to tell me how delicious the food was and to please compliment the Chef. I highly recommend the venue for any and all of your future events.

Let me begin by saying I am a control freak and finding the right venue and vendors was important to me so that on my special day I could let go of control and just enjoy. That is exactly what I was able to do thanks to the Tower Club, Alena who coordinated everything with us there, and my vendors. Alena was attentive from day 1 and helped me sort through the clutter from choosing seating arrangements, coordinating with a vendor who brought in chairs, napkins, and table covers, and helping my coordinator ensure every last detail was perfect. The venue is SPECTACULAR, my guests couldn't stop talking about the view and the delicious food which our Chef so expertly prepared. We have 2 experienced Chefs who attended (the best man and maid of honor) and they were blown away by the food! For them to say everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned really takes a lot and they absolutely approved of the filet and the grouper! I had a few guests show up who did not RSVP and my special dance slideshow videos were not finished until the night before the wedding, and yet everyone had a seat, food to eat, and my videos made it up on the TV during my special dances! While I won't disclose how much I spent, I will say that the Tower Club gave me a venue and service that was worth so much more than I actually paid. Comparing to other venues it was more affordable, and the venue was clean, had a beautiful view. My husband and I are so glad we chose them for our special day!

It was a pleasure to work with Alena!! She was so accommodating and flexible with our"creative changes'. I have worked with many others and Alena, was Amazing!! She is an asset to the TOWER Club and the awe inspiring venue.. The Tower club is very accommodating and provides great amenities.
The SERVICE staff was A +!! We are appreciative of their professionalism and conscientiousness to details. It was an amazing evening.

I booked a wedding rehearsal dinner for approximately 85 people. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Alena, the event coordinator for Tower Club, was fantastic to work with and did a great job ensuring everything was handled and taken care of. The service staff did a great job--professional and on the ball. Best of all, the food was fantastic! We also made a few small changes to our event menu offerings and the Tower Club was very accommodating. I would use the Tower Club again in a heartbeat if I were planning any event. Thanks again to all the staff at the Tower Club.

I held my ceremony and reception at the Tower Club on September 28th 2013. From our first meeting in January until the day of our wedding we were treated with nothing less than first class service. The private events coordinator Kat was amazing! She is extremely responsive, professional and very attentive to every detail and/or request we had throughout the process. She truly has a passion for what she does and most importantly she genuinely cares about the bride and groom. The entire staff is amazing and the manager Michael is one of the most welcoming people my fiance and I have had the pleasure of meeting. I could go on and on about how amazing this venue is. My wedding was what I always dreamed it would be and even more! Truly a magical night that I will never forget. I would highly recommend the Tower Club to anyone to hold their wedding at. It will exceed your expectations and no other venue can compare. They really mean it when they say that the only think they overlook is the city.

I held my wedding at this location in August 2013. From start to finish, this place was PHENOMENAL ! The event coordinator Kat, was outstanding. Every email was answered the same day, every phone call was returned promptly. My guest were impressed with the food and stated that it was the best wedding food that they had ever had. It took me a long time to find a venue that would be appropriate for my small wedding of 50. The best part about it was that the price was very reasonable compared to other venues that I seeked out. My fiance and I are super happy that we choose the tower club.

I absolutely LOVED having my ceremony and reception at Tower Club. The only things that were embarrassing were not even apologized for by them. My guests were waiting, and someone told the groomsmen to go ahead down the aisle, but then they waited there for TWENTY minutes because their "wedding planner" *(that I did not ask for) never bothered to come and get me and my girls who were ready and just sitting downstairs. My husband had to make a joke at the front of the ceremony since it was so awkward. Also, they never served us what was promised in our meeting. I am a wedding photographer who attends multiple weddings each month, so I asked if the bride and groom would be able to try our appetizers even though we were missing cocktail hour. "Of course! We will have one of everything for EACH of you waiting on your sweetheart table!" No such luck. I asked twice during my reception and they finally rounded up a couple cold leftovers, so I never got to try what I spent so long deciding on! I am writing this review almost a year later because I figured I would be less mad about these things, but it is still upsetting. I would highly recommend them, just expect no help! Oh! And we also were never served our own wedding cake. When I brought this all to their attention that week, they made me feel like it was my fault because they only serve cake to those who are sitting. The Bride and Groom hardly sit towards the end of the night and I have never seen that in the other weddings I work. Last note- the original wedding coordinator got fired a month or so before our wedding and NOT ONE PERSON called me. I found out from a friend who was getting married there who had checked in herself. That is just not professional.

Again.. I could not have picked a better venue as far as my wedding *(for photos and video it is simply an amazing view of the city) But I would just make sure you know the routine of a wedding so you don't rely on your "event coordinator"!

Hi Amy! I am the current Private Events Director for the Tower Club. I am so sorry for the details missed during your wedding and reception. I know how important the special day is to the bride and groom. I understand that my predecessor was no longer employed by the club around the time of your wedding and it sounds like some things fell through the cracks. While that is certainly no excuse, I assure you that we are a whole new Tower Club. I have been with the club since October and since then we now have a new General Manger, Executive Chef, and Service Director. While the club has always had a passion to satisfy our members and guests, we now have a renewed commitment to executing just that. I very much wish I could have handled the coordination of your wedding from beginning to start.
