  Tower square and all the employees

  Everyone was amazing, especially Kayla. At any point during the day she answered me immediately. The day of the wedding they did everything to make sure we did not stress at all. The staff during the reception was amazing as well making sure my new husband and I had food or anything to drink. I can not praise the employees at tower square enough for making this day so smooth and amazing. The hotel and outside ceremony was very clean and perfect. I would have my wedding or any party here 100 times over.

  Our experience with the Springfield Marriott was wonderful! Their packages include the cake and the flowers for the reception which made the whole planning process easier and cheaper. Our event coordinator, Sarah was great. We provided a lot of our own decor and the staff was very creative and did a wonderful job setting everything up. They went above and beyond. Our guests raved about how wonderful the staff was. It was also very convenient for our guests to be able to stay right there. They gave us a great discount on the rooms for our guests. Our wedding took place the same weekend as The Basketball Hall of Fame weekend. Our wedding was quite large and the service was great even thought there were two large events going on. Wonderful!

  I would highly recommend the Marriott Springfield. The staff was great to work with from the moment we called to inquire about the venue and helped to make our wedding and reception extra special. The ballroom looked beautiful and the staff went out of their way to make the day all we hoped it would be. Weddings are expensive, but I feel we got the most bang for our buck at the Marriott Springfield.

  We were THRILLED with our reception. From the very first time we walked into the Marriott and met with Rita, we loved it and were so comfortable there. Rita was wonderful to work with to get everything in place and then we began to meet with Rich our event coordinator. He was wonderful and was so eager to make sure that the reception was everything that we wanted. The night of the reception, he was there to get everything started, situated and running smoothly. Melanie, our server captain was AMAZING! She anticipated every need and situation and kept everything running smoothly while making sure that we were happy. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and the room was decorated to our exact instructions. Guests keep commenting on what a perfect night we had and how well run everything was. That is directly related to just how wonderful and easy to work with the Marriott team is! I cannot say enough good things about the Springfield Marriott!!

  This was an absolute success in every way. My wedding reception was painstakingly reviewed in detail every step of the way and it was a smash event. We have even started receiving thank you cards from people who attended the wedding and all of the cards refer to a "first class" event like none other they had seen. I think that sums up what our experience was at the Springfield Marriott. A first class event like no other!

  The Marriott in Springfield was the best choice for our reception after looking for almost a year!! We're both born and raised in Springfield and it was so beautiful inside. My only negative point was we were uninformed that there would be a prom happening on the same floor that our guests had to walk by to get to the cocktail room and reception. They were down the hall but you could hear their raunchy music from our bridal room! And the girls were overtaking the ladies' room every 5 minutes! I think they even helped themselves to our hospitality baskets! I just wish we had a head's up!
