It’s a daunting task to look for the right people to help you with your wedding. Elsa, eased our minds with her personal and warm approach. I really liked our initial meeting where she gathered the right information from us to piece together a beautiful presentation. We felt like with her work and professionalism we could really just trust her with our vision. I couldn’t have been more impressed. I definitely cried at the reveal because it was exactly what we envisioned. She created a beautiful romantic evening that our guests fully enjoyed. The praise I heard all night. Heaven sent florist
Elsa was recommended to us by our wedding planner and she immediately impressed us with her quick and detailed approach. Her artistic eye for floral designs, her keen sense for the perfect ambiance, and her extensive knowledge of different types of flowers ensured that our wedding was decorated with the utmost elegance and grace, meticulously tailored to every minute aspect.

Beautiful wedding flowers
Elsa and her team were phenomenal! From their attention to detail to the exquisite flowers they provided. They even had to import some of my flowers from ALASKA! Communication with Elsa was amazing. From our initial consultation to our wedding day, Elsa has gone above and beyond making sure we have no questions or concerns unanswered.
I didn’t think much about florals prior to our wedding, it was my husband that had the stronger opinions in terms of what he wanted out of the arrangements. He was beyond satisfied with the love and care that went into everything. He asked for drama, and Verde Olivo delivered!
Elsa, Dan, and the rest of the Verde Olivo team put so much heart into the arrangements for their clients, and we truly felt that the whole time.
We are very satisfied customers, and we could not imagine having our wedding day without Verde Olivo.

The best!!
If you're looking for a florist for your event, look no further than Elsa and her team. They were absolutely amazing and made the florals for our wedding better than I had even imagined! From our first meeting, it was clear Elsa understood our vision for the wedding and the unique and garden vibe we were going for. She flawlessly was able to take our ideas and create a beautiful plan going forward that made us feel confident that we were in good hands, especially with our large guest count. She also accommodated us and was able to do in-person samples so we could see what the florals would look like prior to the event! The flowers were definitely a highlight for me for the wedding, all of my bridesmaids absolutely loved their bouquets and the reception space was beautifully transformed by Elsa and her team's creativity and skill. Elsa was an absolute delight to collaborate with, making the entire experience engaging and stress-free (which is not easy to say about planning a 200+ wedding and reception at the Houdini Estate).
Elsa effortlessly brought our unique vision to life, expertly balancing the areas where we had specific ideas with those where we had a vague sense of style. Her warm spirit and infectious enthusiasm made every interaction a pleasure. The result was truly enchanting, making our special night unforgettable.
On the day itself, Elsa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I vividly remember her hand-delivering my stunning bouquet while I was getting ready - a moment that made me feel truly special.
We also wanted to be able to donate our flowers after the event so she thoughtfully arranged them in a way that made transportation and reuse easy, extending the beauty and joy of our wedding flowers even further.

I cannot overstate how beautiful the flowers were -- I would highly recommend working with Elsa! Elsa was extremely flexible, worked with our budget, was communicative throughout the process, was consistently friendly and professional, and the flowers were absolutely INCREDIBLE. To tell the truth, flowers were not necessarily my first priority, but when I saw what Elsa had put together, I was absolutely floored! I loved the flowers so much more than I expected. Even though I didn't really know exactly what I wanted, Elsa was able to put together a bouquet, a boutonniere, a centerpiece, and a couple of corsages that were honestly all stunning. Although I only gave her a vague idea of what I was thinking (since I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted), Elsa sent me a bunch of beautiful ideas that made me so excited to see the final product! Elsa's creativity and vision are stunning and I cannot overemphasize how beautiful our flowers were.
We had a tiny wedding this summer because my mom is sick and we wanted to make sure she was at our wedding, but we're planning another larger wedding next summer for all our family and friends. The most amazing florist!!
I have absolutely no words to fully describe Elsa and her amazing team, but some words I can confidently use is sweet and professional. Absolutely everything we imagined!
Where do I start. First off, as you know with wedding planning, you hire many vendors. Elsa was by far the the BEST vendor we hired. From the very start she took charge and listen to EVERY detail of our vision. She was beyond attentive and extremely responsive. With all the wedding planning she was the vendor that I did not have to worry about. We knew come our special day she would have everything exactly as we envisioned. Working with Elsa was as if we were working with somebody who loved and cared for us and that was certainly comforting. Besides us being the bride and groom, the florals were center of attention. They were beyond GORGEOUS. I cannot express enough how easy & professional Elsa was to work with and how beautiful her work is. This is florist you want for your event!
Elsa was recommended to us by our wedding venue. I knew at our first meeting that she was the right florist for our wedding. She nailed the entire vision and color scheme after I had given her just a few details via email. She lays out her ideas on a vision board which is so incredibly helpful and doubles and triple checks that her ideas line up with her customers vision. Her communication and professionalism is unparalleled! I loved her creativity, her attention to details and her enthusiasm. You can tell that she loves what she does.
Our bridesmaids each had a different color and style of dress and she perfectly highlighted and contrasted each one of their unique colors. Elsa is MAGIC and a dream vendor to work with. She made the planning process so easy and carefree, which allowed me to focus on being the bride and enjoy myself on my big day! I knew absolutely NOTHING about planning my wedding and most certainly did not know anything about flowers. Elsa made is SO easy for us to simply share with her the colors we envisioned for our wedding. From there, Elsa shared ideas, vision boards, and suggestions to make our wedding even more gorgeous than we ever imagined. She shared her personal story and we had an instant connection with her, as did my mother who was able to comfortably be part of the planning process because Elsa is bilingual! She was very communicative and catered to our wedding budget- even suggesting when certain pieces can be repurposed for the reception. She went above and beyond by attending our decor planning meeting with the venue coordinator and by keeping me in the loop on her progress. I 110% recommend her for those seeking a florist. For us, she was more than that. She is so kind and thoughtful, I will definitely reach out to her again for future events.

10/10 for Elsa and Verde Olivo!
Choosing to work with Elsa and Verde Olivo was easily one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. In just a short conversation, we were drawn to Elsa's warm, grounded, and honest energy. Here are just a few of the stand-out moments from our time with Elsa and Verde Olivo.
1) My husband and I began planning our wedding in the thick of COVID. So many vendors we spoke with were looking out for their own bottom line (No refund this, full deposit due that). This is understandable, but Elsa was different. Above all, she was committed to us and our experience. She was extremely transparent and assured us that she would work with us and be flexible no matter what happened or changed. This gave us such peace of the mind.
2) We gave Elsa a budget at the beginning of our planning. Elsa took this seriously and was so respectful of our limit. She never tried to up-sell us and worked creatively and thoughtfully to give us what we envisioned while staying within the budget. Even when I pitched different ideas that I thought might cost us more, her intuition was to always stay within our original number. This truly sets her apart from others.
3) She listens so well and is incredibly receptive to changes of heart and mind. Several times throughout our wedding planning, I hesitantly reached out to request a change and Elsa embraced them. She never made me feel like an inconvenience!
4) Elsa offered to *loan* us (at no cost) table decorations for our reception. Throughout our experience, we felt taken care of and like we were working with a friend or family member who happens to do florals, and not a vendor.
5) Her desire is to give you a unique, loving, and stress-free experience and she genuinely does this with such grace and ease. Working with Elsa was such a beautiful and positive experience.

Great Experience
Finding a good and affordable florist was at the very top of my wedding must haves. I found Elsa of Verde Olivo through a Facebook recommendation and I’m so glad I did!
She traveled to my wedding which was nearly 3 hours away. She was understanding and helpful in my indecisiveness and never complained when I changed my mind for the 3rd or 4th time.
My experience with Verde Olivo was above my expectations. I’m so pleased with how perfect it was and how little effort it required from me. Just a few zoom meetings and Elsa was able to understand and meet all of my needs.

Beautiful Floral Arrangements!
We found Elsa through our venue and we were very pleased with her service and the floral arrangements at the event. She found the exact colors we were looking for and she was very creative in incorporating some of our ideas. She listened - we wanted a small wrist corsage for grandmother of the bride and she arranged it perfectly. Centerpieces were beautiful, large arrangements over a fireplace and arbor and a gorgeous arrangement at the sweetheart table.
