Hire Vivid Events!
Vivid Events was absolutely amazing. Mike was our DJ and he made our Wedding a night to remember. We worked hand in hand with music choices and incorporating some extra moments in our special day and everything was seamless. I also hired Vivid Events for additional lantern lighting for my venue and it was Picture Perfect. Highly, Highly recommend!! -

DJ Mike was one of the best DJs we've had at a wedding . It's a dream to have the dance floor packed all night long at your wedding but the dancing seriously never ended! DJ Mike took my suggestions for songs and made the perfect playlist. Vivid Events also provided up-lighting for the venue and it added the perfect touch to the decor. Highly recommend Vivid Events! -

DJ Gab was AMAZING!!! Her combination of DJ'ing with a little live performance mixed in was a huge hit with our guests (her singing voice is absolutely stunning) - everyone kept asking us how we found her because she was so much fun and they'd never seen anything like it. We highly recommend her for any event. The entire team at Vivid was also a pleasure to work with from beginning to end as well - very kind, patient and resourceful. -

Our vivid DJ Mike went above and beyond to make our day incredible! He translated the very minimal input we provided into a great playlist for our reception and was a joy to have around our event. In addition, communication before the event was speedy and clear making the vendor management process a breeze. Couldn't recommend Vivid more! -

Disco ball of our dreams
We knew we wanted a large disco ball at our wedding and vivid events made our dream come true. 3ft in diameter, electric spinning and lights. Everyone complimented us on it non stop. Vivid was easy to work with and we can’t recommend them enough. -

Working with Vivid Event for our January wedding was a super simple process! They were recommended by our wedding venue (The Inn at Longshore) since they do the majority of lighting & drapery installs there. We booked drapery, bistro lighting, and uplighting to enhance the ambience of our wedding and it all turned out perfectly! They were easy to work with and responded to our questions promptly, and everything was executed flawlessly! -

Brian & the team at Vivid Events FAR exceeded our expectations on our wedding day. Lighting and draping were extremely important to us from the minute we booked our date. We got married in an absolutely beautiful venue, but there were a few elements inside the ballroom that we were hoping to update a bit to match the more modern vibe we wanted for our reception. Brian customized a lighting/draping plan that transformed the space into the "modern, moody dance party" that we envisioned. He even customized the floor to ceiling draping to cover the back wall in a very unusual shape in order to create the perfect backdrop for our band. The moving stage lights he provided for the dance floor helped to keep the party going all night long and looks just as good in the photos as it did in person. Lastly--- Vivid's pricing was by far the most affordable proposal we received. Thank you to Brian & team for helping to transform the space into our dream reception! -

The team I worked with was very responsive and accommodating. I am very appreciative of their service. I had the mirror, glitter back drop, and props set up and it was an absolute hit!
My only hold up was the attendant that was given to us to “help” and “attend.” He was a very rude, unmotivated young man. I do not believe he reflected on the company however, the team and Brian whom I was in direct contact with were all extremely accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would only suggest ensuring you have a discussion about who will be attending you special event, but honestly the guests figured it all out without his help. The guests were having a blast and that is all that matters. -

Brian and his team did a fantastic job for our wedding. They installed a dense ceiling of string lights in our clear span tent, as well as a mix of other decor and functional lighting to ensure a beautiful and safe event environment. Brian was flexible, accommodating, and his team was professional and super clean and efficient onsite. As a bride and a producer in the events industry, I am extremely grateful for their hard work and would recommend them to anyone looking for event lighting services! -

I can't say enough good things about Vivid! We planned to use Vivid Events bistro lighting for our planned 150 person reception, however, thanks to Covid-19 our plans completely changed. Brian was so flexible during this time! We had to change the date to a day earlier and on top of that he traveled an additional hour and was able to string lights outside (rather than inside). The lights added such a special touch to our day! The restaurant where we held our wedding got so many compliments from the public on the lighting that the restaurant owner wanted to buy them off of Brian to keep them up for future use! We truly appreciate everything Vivid Events did for us, especially during this time, and we can't praise them enough! -

Throughout the entire process, both the normal one and the pandemic one, Vivid was accommodating, helpful, and patient. The lights and drapery looked beautiful! Stunning! The mix of bistro lights and small lights made our reception seem magical!
