Perfection
We were married on 10/6/18 on the patio overlooking the magnificent greens and Wachusett Reservoir. We had several small details to make our wedding special to us and our guests that Ashley easily accommodated. There was another wedding in the next room and you would have never known. Staff kept everything flowing along and there were no hiccups whatsoever. The meal (buffet) was outstanding. I have heard several times from friends and family that ours was the best wedding that they had ever been to and we give Ashley, Gary, Matt and their crack team all the credit. Everyone raved about the food, the location and the service. This venue proved to have the best value also; we did not approach Wachusett at first since we did not think we could afford a country club wedding. Boy, did we get bang for our buck, and they made it so incredibly easy for us. -

User2248004 Sent on 07/29/2015Words cannot truly express how wonderful it was to work with Cara and Alyssa at Wachusett Country Club for our wedding. They were easy to get in touch with, always ready to answer any questions or concerns we had, and did so with a smile every time (and I asked a LOT of questions!). They were friendly, upbeat, and beyond professional. Even though they have dealt with hundreds of couples, they made us feel like our day was the most important. Beyond working with just them, the service the day of our wedding was outstanding. Food was hot when it was served, cooked perfectly, and EVERYONE has told us how much they enjoyed all of the food. Gary the chef did an amazing job. The servers and bartenders were so friendly and helpful, even at the end of the night when we had to pack everything up and go. No one ever stopped working or helping us until we were leaving- it was amazing. Our wedding reception went off without a hitch because of the organization and professionalism of Cara and Alyssa and all of the others who work there. We could not have asked for a better experience than working with them. I would recommend this venue to absolutely anyone. Bravo, WCC! -

User2308829 Sent on 09/10/2015Aside from a couple small mishaps, the venue was amazing for the price. Even with little decorations of your own, it looked so elegant and put together. The staff was very very attentive and was more than happy to help with anything we needed. The food is AMAZING as well and served very quickly! We had 200+ at our wedding and the dance floor was big enough for a large dancing crowd :)
All in all it was a great experience! -

Alyssa has made sure that all of our requests have been met, and they are helping us with our event including allowing our party to drop off extra decorations the evening before. Additionally, Gary, the chef, has done a wonderful job creating a gluten free menu for our entire event. The entire staff has been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this venue.
