    Diana is truly fantastic! She was our day-of coordinator for our August 2016 wedding at the Ty Warner Sea Center. She went so far above and beyond everything we expected. She was always available to answer our abundant questions. She met with us on multiple occasions to make sure we had everything just right. She made sure all of our wedding vendors worked together seamlessly. Ultimately, she was the main reason why our wedding was such a fantastic event. We really loved working with her and will recommend her to everyone!

    Diana did a wonderful job helping us plan our wedding! She knows all the best vendors, is mindful of budget and value and really keeps an eye on the details. Exactly what I was hoping for! She is well-connected in Santa Barbara and made the whole process much easier. I highly recommend her!

    We hired Diana as a month-of coordinator for our wedding at The Hollister Ranch. Our location was a schlep to get to and a real logistical challenge. We could not be more pleased with the extraordinary effort Diana put into helping us work out all of the details of our wedding ceremony and reception. She met with us on several occasions, both individually and with with our vendors, and helped us organize all the relevant information for our wedding. Diana put together a meticulous timeline for our wedding day and handled all of the logistics, so we didn’t have to do a thing. This included setting up the tables, laying out centerpieces, managing vendors, etc. In the planning phase, Diana had a wealth of very good suggestions and ideas that are a byproduct of her years of experience in this business.

    Diana was a true pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond the call of duty. She was a calm and collected, and added to the sense of warmth and joy on our wedding day. We highly would recommend Diana’s services to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator in the Santa Barbara area!

    Diana was a delight to work with and a great fit for my needs. I was a first-time bride, busy working woman, and needed someone to walk me through all of the details and timeline before, and on, my wedding day. Diana was great, and as an experienced wedding planner she was able to lead me to some great vendors to handle the other details of the wedding. She was also very helpful in keeping me on task and on time to meet deadlines. The wedding went off without a single hitch and all of my guests continue to comment on how well organized the event was. I highly recommend Diana for any event!

    Diana was the best wedding coordinator that I could have asked for. She provided endless guidance throughout the whole process and ultimately helped us achieve the most amazing wedding that also fit within our budget. She took care of everything the day of the wedding so that I didn't have to think or worry about anything. She has a ton of experience, excellent attention to detail and on top of that, is supportive, kind and a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Diana.

    Diana did an amazing job as my day-of wedding consultant. Diana's attention to detail, however, really began prior to my wedding. She met with me several times prior to my big day to make sure all my my details were worked out and was consistently available by phone and email to answer any questions that came up during the planning process. And, then on my actual day, she provided an amazing level of attentiveness to every aspect of my wedding and my needs as a bride. Plus, throughout the process, Diana had an absolute calmness that resonated among all who participated in and were guests on my special day. I would recommend Diana's services to anyone - she is an absolute gem!

    My fiancee and I were planning our wedding from afar (we live in DC and wedding was in Santa Barbara) and realized fairly early in the process that it would be CRITICAL for us to have someone trustworthy, responsible and knowledgeable on the ground to help us pull off our wedding weekend...and that is precisely what we found in Diana!
    From our very first conversation (we started working together in April but did not actually meet till our wedding weekend in September), I felt very at ease and had confidence that she would be able to deliver.
    Diana is very thoughtful, resourceful, honest, patient, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.
    She has been in the business for 30 years and still treats each bride as if she is the only client (at least that is what I felt). She truly cares about the outcome of the wedding and will work with you to make sure that the wedding is as you envisioned.
    We were VERY happy with the service we received from Diana!

    We had the best wedding ever. Diana is professional but she is also a very nice person and it felt like having a good friend guiding me through all the difficulties of planning a perfect day. There is absolutely nothing I did not like or I wished we would have done differently.

    Diana was amazing!!! She has extensive knowledge of the Santa Barbara area and knew all the pitfalls involved with wedding planning. She was very thorough in advising vendors offering a variety of services and prices. She made it very easy to see the options that were available which allowed us to make the best decisions for our wedding. Our wedding was absolutely the most incredible day of our lives. We knew that Diana understood what we wanted and would take care of the details. Because of that, we were able to just enjoy our wedding and spend time with our friends and family.

    I can't say enough about Diana. She was a gift to our family and we are still in touch 5 years after our wedding. She is exactly what you would hope to find when looking for a wedding planner.

    Diana handled our wedding back in 1990 and she did an A- plus job ....and she has been doing great events in santa barbara ever since.

    To boot, she is a delightful person to work with and her rates are very reasonable...
    She's our first choice for everything we do- and it seems everyone else!!

    We planned our August 2008 Santa Barbara wedding for 120+ guests from Oregon and Diana's planning was crucial in the smooth planning despite the distance. The most impressive was when she planned our very busy wedding planning weekend. We arrived on Thursday evening to be greeted by her (for the first time face to face!) and she provided us with a detailed schedule of appointments already made with caterers, florists, DJs, and officiants, as well as maps between each location. Best of all, the caterers were appropriately scheduled always during meal times so we ate in style for free all weekend. This was an amazing help! The wedding itself was beautiful and smooth with only a few minor hiccups: the trial run with my hair/makeup stylist was awful, leaving me to find a new one two days before the wedding (ALWAYS do a trial run ladies!); the caterer bussed half empty wine glasses all night to my annoyance; and the hard-to-find golf pencils for our trivia quiz got lost. Speaking that we had a ceremony location, a wine/app hour in the park nearby, a 2nd wine/app hour in the harbor, and then a 4th location inside the maritime museum and we got 100% of our deposits back for all of these places, that is pretty good. On a final note, Diana picked up the flowers and delivered the bouquets to the hotel room and the rest to the wedding site for no additional cost. In addition she met the rentals people for the drop-off and pick-up. Both of these are huge headaches and are greatly appreciated. In the end, our wedding was very complicated and we were long distance in planning and Diana was crucial in making it happen! Thank you!
