  Larry officiated our wedding recently at the Mountain Top Inn and Resort. He was so unbelievable! I could not have imagined a greater officiant than him on our big day. He made not only me and husband feel comfortable and relaxed but all the attendants. He was so cool and fun and also very professional and articulate. It was exactly what we wanted in our ceremony. I would recommend him to anyone for their big day!

  Larry Lovejoy was exactly what my husband and I were looking for in an officiant. After our first phone call, it was an easy decision selecting Larry to officiate our winter wedding in Vermont. Larry was easy to work with, accommodating and personable throughout the entire process. I anticipated that I would want to make a number of changes to Larry’s prepared script to get it just right; however, when he shared the script with us, we found it to be perfect as is! (He was however; open to us making any edits if we wanted) During the ceremony, Larry added just the right amount of personal touches and kept the audience engaged, creating the perfect balance of lightheartedness and seriousness. After our ceremony, multiple guests came up to me and mentioned how much they enjoyed Larry during the ceremony! We would strongly recommend Larry to anyone getting married!

  Reverend Lovejoy is extraordinarily affable, charismatic and most of all easy to work with! We felt an immediate connection with him. He was extremely considerate and tailored a personal ceremony to us and our beloved's. He ensured that our ceremony flowed seamlessly and without effort. Many of our guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding ceremony they had participated in. We could not have imagined working with anyone else on the most personal moment of the day!

  Rev. Larry Lovejoy organized and officiated our wedding ceremony with the utmost professionalism. My wife, our families, and wedding guests loved the way he incorporated humor along with the perfect amount of sincerity. Everyone commented on how touching and personal the ceremony was. He helped us create the most lastling memory of our day. I recommend him to anyone getting married.

Leading up to our wedding we spoke over the phone and emailed with him a few times as we had a destination wedding and we were unable to meet in person until a couple days before the wedding. Once we were able to meet with him it just further solidified why we chose him to begin with. His personality meshed so well with ours. I do not have enough good things to say about Larry. He was so professional, fun and genuinely a great person. He made our ceremony "us" and now we have a friend for life. Thank you so much for helping to make our special day that much more special!!

  Reverend Lovejoy was warm, funny, and really "got" us despite having but a phone conversation and a few emails to go on (from 3000 miles away). He incorporated our story into the proceedings as if he'd known us for years, made us totally comfortable, and was happy to oblige some wording requests.
  Several guests said it was the best ceremony they had ever heard. We wouldn't have changed a single thing and recommend him (very highly) without hesitation.

With his experience, it helped us have a better idea of what was needed and recommendations to make sure our ceremony went well and was exactly to our liking. Along with that, he is also a great person to speak with and be alongside. His being an upbeat individual really helped everything be planned and coordinated smoothly. I strongly recommend Larry to anyone looking for an upbeat and personable officiant for their big day.

  Larry, Where do we even begin? You are so special to us. From our first correspondence, we had a wonderful feeling about you and were struck by your kindness, understanding and flexibility to ensure you would be the one to officiate our wedding. How fortunate that our paths crossed.
  
  Reverend Lovejoy takes the time to really get to know you. He immediately picked up on what was important to us and who we were; and our ceremony was conducted in such a way: with love, laughter and genuineness. Reverand Lovejoy calmed our nerves, allowed us to just focus on each other (ex. repeating the vows kindly when I was off in a daze, looking at my now husband with googly eyes :) ). Our family members/friends who attended the ceremony also commented on Reverand Lovejoy, how they enjoyed his presence and that he 'did such a nice job'; that 'everything was just so nice,' 'where did you find him? He was great!'
  We were able to meet once before the wedding, speak a couple times on the phone and we mostly emailed. Reverand Lovejoy was on top of everything for our ceremony. He truly cared about making it the perfect fit for us and also helped guide us in the right direction. Reverand Lovejoy's suggestions were always helpful and there was also 'no hurt feelings' if we decided not to go with a suggestion; it was very clear that Reverand Lovejoy was there to make sure our ceremony fit us. Reverand Lovejoy made sure to speak with us and go over all the details before the wedding. He offered up tips on how to practice before the big day - and it was so helpful! I followed exactly how Reverand Lovejoy suggested we explain the ceremony to our wedding party and it allowed for clear and full instructions. Everyone felt good after rehearsal even though Reverand Lovejoy couldn't be physically present. The ceremony ran so smooth. We could not be happier!
  WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND LARRY! Book him if he's available - it will be your best decision yet (besides getting married! :) )

My wife and I met with him at his home and knew he wold bring something special to the ceremony. He is funny and a man of many talents. He did a stand up job working with us on the ceremony we created and had perfect execution. I cant recommend him enough. Thanks for helping us make our day great Larry. For those reading, our ceremony was about 25 mins or so in length, We had multiple readings from both of our fathers and a nice reading from a brides maid. Larry also offered some nice words of his own.

  Mr. Lovejoy was wonderful, he provided us with a beautiful ceremony that everyone enjoyed. It was short, sweet, and to the point. It was just what we wanted! Mr.Lovejoy was very flexible with times and he was always easy to contact which was very nice. All around he made the process of getting married easy and smooth.

  Reverend Lovejoy did a FANTASTIC job for us at our wedding! He was everything we were looking for in an officiant - easy to work with, responsive whenever we needed to reach him, very generous with his time, and above all handled the ceremony in a very professional way. He also really took the time to get to know my wife and I and included some of his personal thoughts about our relationship in the ceremony.   We didnt meet Reverend Lovejoy before the wedding but we did send several emails to each other beforehand to discuss what we would like for our ceremony. Our wedding was an elopement and it was only myself and my now husband attending, i thought this might seem a bit strange to the Reverend but he put us at ease and understood that we wanted a simple ceremony.
  We met Reverend Lovejoy on the morning of our wedding, he was smartly dressed and greeted us with a kind and friendly face. We chatted about ourselves and he helped relax us and calm our nerves. We went outside to start the ceremony and spoke of how honoured he was to be a part of our wedding which we thought was very sweet of him.
  The ceremony was quite short which was just as we had requested and Reverend Lovejoy had written some beautiful words to say about loyalty and friendship which we felt were appropriate to us as a couple. We feel so happy with our decision to choose Reverend Lovejoy and feel the ceremony couldnt have gone better.
  Afterwards he wished us luck with our futures together and also send us an email later thanking us and wishing us a safe journey across New England which is where we were going on our honeymoon.

  I hired Reverend Lovejoy to be the officiant at my daughters Vermont wedding. He was professional, kind, understanding, extremely flexible, and his cost was very reasonable. He was appropriately dressed, punctual, and his service suited the bride and grooms' vision perfectly! I would definitely recommend him with absolutely no hesitation.

  Larry was great! He took time to meet with us over dinner about a month before and made everyone feel welcome and engaged during the ceremony. He was both personal and professional. Very glad we chose him!!
