    Best venue ever!

    When we were looking at venues we were relying heavily on the reviews and Westford Regency Inn lived up to their amazing reviews. We worked primarily with Caitlin and Amanda who were an awesome team and made everything so easy from day 1. Both are extremely professional and give their honest opinions and suggestions which helped since we had never done this before. They respond to any questions or concerns within a few short hours which is great. We had one of their staff members Teresa, as our server for everything from our tasting to the rehearsal dinner to our hospitality room after the ceremony and then during the reception too. She was so amazing and clearly loves what she does. She even brought my husband and I an extra plate of pasta during the reception when we couldn’t stop raving about it! The food was some of the best we’ve had. Our guests said everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. We had the filet mignon and the parm crusted chicken. Both were excellent and highly recommend them. The hotel itself is beautiful and everyone said it was the perfect weekend getaway since we were all from CT and that we chose an awesome place. If you’re looking for a venue that’s easy to work with and not outrageously priced then this place should definitely be considered.

    The staff at the Westford Regency Inn and Conference Center absolutely surpassed any and all expectations I had for my wedding day! They were so professional and they really catered to my wants and needs. You cannot go wrong by choosing the Regency for your special day!

    Everyone at the Westford Regency Inn were absolutely amazing! They accommodated all of our needs and listened to exactly what we wanted. The packages they have are by far worth the value.. The food was over the top! The beef was melt in your mouth! If anyone is looking for a reception venue, look no further than the Westford Regency Inn!

    The Westford Regency was spectacular! From service to food to absolutely everything - the Westford Regency went above and beyond to make our special day Perfect! With impending Thunderstorms coming in and moving our social hour from outside in the tent to inside without questions was the beginning... they made the whole night seamless and I had no worries about incoming vendors and such - they handled everything! Sue was our wedding hostess the day of and she was superb! All the ladies you work with there care about you and your day and will do anything to help you get there! I would recommend the Westford Regency to any couple looking for a great wedding day!

    We had our wedding in the outdoor tent, and couldn't have been happier with how everything went. The food was great, and everything inside the tent was perfect. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Everything was very organized and I didn't have to worry about anything. We worked with Kim and Hillary and both were great, anytime I had a question they responded to my email within a few hours. The per head prices were very reasonable, much more so than a lot of other comparable venues we looked at in the area.

    I am so thankful to the Westford Regency Inn for making our wedding reception so wonderful. We worked with Kim in sales all year planning the wedding and she could not have been nicer, more helpful and responsive with my hundreds of questions leading up to the wedding date! The wedding day was perfect. We were taking pictures during the cocktail hour but everyone said how great it was and there was so much good food. We had our reception in the downstairs ballroom which was really pretty and had a nice space for the cocktail hour. We received so many compliments on the venue and the food "it looked like a country estate!" many people said (it is really pretty for some fun pictures outside) and so many people complimented the cake and dessert. The Regency works with Fredericks Pastries in NH to coordinate your cake ( they were also so wonderful and helpful) and we paired it with the Chocolate Vanilla Bon Bon dessert and everyone I talk to brings up the cake and dessert combo saying they have never had anything so good! The food was great. Our coordinator on the day of was MaryEllen and she was wonderful. Wonderful! She was so nice and set things up perfectly and just kept the night moving so well with good energy. One of the best things is how easy they make it the day of and leading up to the wedding, they work closely with the florist and the bakery to coordinate everything. We also had a brunch the day after which was unbelievable. There is a really pretty piano player and so many options, it was relaxed yet very classy and pretty. My husband and I can't say enough nice things about our wedding reception.

    Hilary at the Westford Regency was a pleasure to work with. She deflated many stressful situations, and helped us have a fantastic wedding. I would highly suggest the regency!

    I had my wedding at the Westford Regency and it was the best!!!!!! We loved our Wedding Planner, she was helpful and organized. The service and staff were great! The food was delicious! We were so happy and really enjoyed our wedding. Thank you to the Westford Regency Staff for making our day possible!

    this place was amazing. they were always willing to help, give ideas and they really helped us destress. they took care of all the little things for us.

    We had a wonderful experience with the Westford Regency. When our initial contact person left for maternity leave right before the wedding, Erika, stepped right in and made a flawless transition. She made us feel very comfortable and confident. The day was beautiful and we had a perfect wedding!

    My wedding hasn't occurred yet but I sat with someone to show me the venue. They were very helpful, answers all necessary questions, and the venue had everything I was looking for. Very pleased with what I was shown and absolutely plan on holding my wedding here!

    Everything was done perfectly, professionally, and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great place to have a wedding and/or reception!

    They did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints. I ranked them a little lower than excellent because they give you nowhere to get ready and everything you ask for is an extra charge which I don't think is the case i many other places. Overall though, a great experience.

    Sue, the event coordinator pulled things together as I had never imagined... beautiful venue and the food was perfectly amazing. Guests cannot wait to go back for brunch!

    We chose the Westford Regency for our wedding in August of 2015. My parents were originally from there area, so Westford holds a lot of nostalgia for our family. Ultimately, the Regency had the best wedding packages available... And we looked a LOT of places. Initially our experience was questionable due to staff turnover at the time, but once we were introduced to Amy, everything went smoothly. The wedding was beautiful, the planning was easy, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the Regency to other couples. The food at our wedding was very good - many of our guests commented! And the tasting provided ample opportunity to determine what we loved and didn't love. Also, Frederick's Pastry is excellent and the cake is included in the package!

    Everything from the beginning of the wedding reception to the part right before we entered out hotel room was 5 stars.

    When we started our booking, we had girl#1 for our caterer. Then, along the lines, for whatever reason, girl #1 no longer worked there, so we were switched to girl#2; both were good.

    However, girl #1 booked us a different honeymoon suite than the one we got on our wedding night. She showed us a lovely room that she said was part of the package...We were supposed to have that suite and we were instead booked in a regular king room - in the corner of the hotel. We were obviously not satisfied, so we went to the desk and they changed us immediately and were very friendly about it. The next morning, when we checked out, they tried to HIDEDEN FEE us and wanted us to pay an extra 500 for the room. The day manager said we could call back, but we were leaving for our honeymoon the next morning. Luckily, my dad took charge and called and got it straightened out, but what a thing to worry about on your honeymoon...

    The Westford Regency is a beautiful hotel, we had been to many weddings here and we knew we wanted ours to be here as well. Everything ran smoothly up until the wedding and everything looked beautiful, however there were a few problems come the day of the wedding. Many of our guests did not get their overnight welcome bags and there was no explanation as to why this happened, someone probably was just not paying attention at the front desk while people were checking in. The other problem was at dinner, many people did not get the correct meal. We had kids getting the regular meal as well as people with certain dietary restrictions getting that meal as well. People who ordered the regular meal were getting the other meals. Both myself and my father had to get up to find someone to fix this. When it was discussed after the fact there was no real explanation given again as to what could have caused this to happen. If they had paid a little more attention to these details it would have been perfect.

    Loved this venue, the food was outstanding, the wedding services were of high quality standards. You can tell these people do a lot of weddings.

    Only comment I have is that prior to the big day, I worked with one coordinator who took care of everything, got to know me, and answered all of my questions. But then on the day of, I got a different coordinator who didn't know me at all, and though she was very nice, I didn't find her to be very organized when I needed her to be. Many of my guests didn't know where to go when they got to the venue, and several aspects were a little thrown together. This was primarily because the venue throws multiple events at the same time, and it becomes confusing for guests and frustrating for customers.
