  The Whitestone Wedding Team are a dream team to work with.

  Planning a wedding is stressful but add a pandemic in the equation and it makes it way more stressful. BUT the Whitestone Wedding Team did a fantastic job helping us with everything, were very flexible with all the changes we had to make and were very polite and friendly throughout it all. I can't say enough about how amazing my daughter's wedding was - and it was in large part because of Brianne & Sierra. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.

  The wedding coordinator made everything so easy for us. She was exactly on point with everything! literally the ONLY thing i would change/recommend is that there would be a better sound system for the reception. You can pay for your own or bring your own so that probably isn't even their responsibility but everything else was perfect. The view was fantastic along with coordination and the wedding photos are beautiful!

  Excellent and beautiful!

  We planned our wedding in 4 months and really enjoyed the service we received! They recommended vendors that have a history with Whitestone (flowers and hair/makeup). The hair and make up vendors had to cancel less than a week before the wedding due to covid and the staff at Whitestone quickly found a replacement vendor!

  A Wonderful Christmas Time Wedding

  This was the first and only venue we looked at and it was absolutely perfect! It felt like we were in a Hallmark Christmas movie. We loved that both wedding parties and any family could stay the night before the wedding after rehearsal, wake up have breakfast, then go get ready for the wedding. We, also, stayed the night of the wedding and it was so nice to be able to relax afterwards. The staff went above and beyond to make the day so special. Debra is a sweetheart! My friends thought Debra was family at the rehearsal dinner when she came and gave me a hug. She might as well be :) Mercedes kept our rooms stocked and made sure we have everything we needed. Even while getting ready in the Bridal Suite, she came around and checked on us. Everyone was so sweet and super helpful. The dinners for both Rehearsal and Wedding were very delicious. Because of various personal circumstances, we didn’t do a food tasting and chose our menu blindly but we have no regrets with that. Everyone loved the food! We had so many compliments about the venue and the overall wedding. We were so happy with our experience. It was just as we dreamed it would be. Our Christmas dreams came true and we can’t wait to visit again for our anniversaries to come.

  Brianne was absolutely wonderful! She and her team helped our day go off without a hitch. We were able to enjoy our time with friends and family without a care in the world! Brianne worked with us to develop a payment plan, help us get the biggest bang for our buck, and to take care of all the tiny details. We would absolutely recommend Whitestone to any couple looking to get married in the Knoxville area! It's an absolutely beautiful venue and the support you will receive is unmatched.

  Dream Wedding Venue

  Whitestone Inn was our dream wedding venue. Sierra and Brianne are both incredible wedding planners and always responded quickly to emails and calls. They were so accommodative in uncertain times, and we really appreciated their flexibility. They took care of everything including food, flowers, and officiant and made wedding planning as stress free as possible. Our food was incredible and the venue is absolutely stunning. We also loved that our families could stay overnight and not have to travel after the wedding. We cannot recommend Whitestone Inn enough!!!

  From the first communication with Whitestone early in planning, to the final day, all employees were responsive and beyond helpful. The coordination team, especially Sierra went above and beyond in making sure all details were ironed out. Her expertise made bouncing ideas off her easy and on the wedding day, everything was flawless. I cannot express enough how great it was to have Sierra assisting us each step of the way.
  
  The venue itself is beautiful and perfect for a quiet, outdoor wedding. You just can’t beat the backdrops and environment. The reception location was equally impressive, as it includes tons of natural lighting.
  
  Overall, the entire property and staff were beyond perfect and I couldn’t imagine any other location for an event.

  With a million venues to choose from in East TN, I am so glad we picked the Whitestone. Sierra and Brianne (the wedding coordinators) were on top of things from the day we first reached out to them. Over 10-11 months, they made planning our perfect day seamless and as stress-free as possible. The venue itself is BREATHTAKING, and we highly recommend having your ceremony at the courtyard gazebo. I promise, your photos will look like they came out of a bridal mag. For our dinner service, we gave our guests the option of chicken parm or filet and both were incredible. I could go on and on about how much we loved everything about the entire Whitestone campus, absolutely amazing and 100% recommend having your wedding at this beautiful gem.

  Whitestone is a beautiful and peaceful place that made our wedding day extra special. We booked the “elopement with friends” package and it was perfect for what we wanted. Brianne and Sierra were a joy to work with. They were very helpful and responsive during the whole planning process and especially on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend Whitestone for any wedding, large or small.

  Perfect Day

  When my husband I first got engaged, we knew we were going to have to have a significantly smaller wedding and were worried about having normalcy due to covid. However, I can not express how perfect our day was due to Whitestone and Sierra. Everything was so flawless! Our flowers and cake were absolutely gorgeous, and the food was amazing. We even had certain guests who had food specific diets and without reminder those needs were met. I cannot thank Sierra and Brianne enough for guiding us throughout this time and providing the most wonderful day of our lives. I would do it over the same way a million times, and would not change a single moment. You will not be disappointed in the service or the beauty of Whitestone!

  I cannot say enough about the spectacular wedding team at Whitestone. Their wedding team, Brianne and Sierra, were prompt to address any and all needs throughout the wedding planning process at Whitestone. My husband and I were engaged for almost a year and a half, and we shortly picked Whitestone for our Christmas-themed wedding weekend shortly after our engagement. We knew we wanted a resort that our entire family and friends could stay at for a getaway weekend. Well, Whitestone was the perfect fit!! Every step of the way, I was in contact with Brianne. She was swift to reply to emails, provide suggestions when asked, and put together the perfect wedding day timeline. Literally, each step of the process from food planning, room bookings, decor, etc., Brianne helped us think though. All of the planning was more than worth it because on the big day, 12/19/20, the day could not have gone more smoothly. I was super relaxed and excited to just follow the timeline on the day of the wedding after months of planning! I just cannot believe how fortunate we were to have Brianne throughout the entirety of the planning process. She never missed a beat! If you are looking for a perfect wedding getaway weekend for your close family and friends, I couldn't recommend Whitestone more.   Whitestone was instrumental in making our wedding day a dream come true! Sierra was so flexible and easy to work with, such a sweet spirit and personality. The venue itself is stunning! I would recommend Whitestone to anyone looking to have a scenic countryside wedding.

  Small fall wedding

  We loved having our small wedding at Whitestone! The setting was beautiful, the food was wonderful and Brianne and Sierra were so helpful. Would definitely recommend them!

  Amazing experience

  I was worried how the wedding would actually go due to COVID as our original plans were cancelled but the Whitestone went above and beyond our expectations. Such a beautiful place and everyone was so helpful throughout the planning process all the way up to after the wedding was over.

  Amazing!

  Sierra & Brianne truly made our wedding experience amazing! Due to Hurricane Laura we moved our wedding from LA to TN a month before our wedding date and decided to go with one of the elopement packages. The Whitestone team still made this day so special and as much of a “normal” wedding as possible! we are so thankful for everything they did to make it happen! If you are considering getting married here I would 100% recommend going for it!

  Sierra & Brianne truly made our wedding experience amazing!   Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

  Brianne was always quick to respond to questions and was always there to help coordinate things for the wedding day! I thought planning a wedding in Tennessee while living in Illinois would be super stressful but she was beyond helpful every step of the way including giving suggested vendors that had been to Whitestone and were trustworthy. She even helped coordinate rooms for our entire family!

  Words can not explain the level of professionalism, consideration and care that was put into our big day. The venue exceeded our expectations and Brianne was amazing to work with. She was flexible and accommodated all of our needs. Arthur and I felt like our wedding experience was divinely protected. We didn’t worry about a thing! Whitestone had it all taken care of. Can’t wait to spend our anniversary with Whitestone. Definitely a day to remember.

  Whitestone is beautiful! Would recommend anyone stay there and/or have their wedding there. Brianne is an absolute dream to work with and made our elopement stress free. Whitestone is beautiful and peaceful. I can’t wait to come back.
