Willa and her team truly made our dream wedding come to life. From our initial call to the final minutes of our wedding night, Willa was attentive, thoughtful, and intentional. Our initial call with her was super confidence-inspiring as she asked us how we envisioned our wedding and what was important to us. She made all of our wishes come true and was flexible with her time, and worked within our budget every step of the way. She has a phenomenal group of vendors she works with and has an amazing eye. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, and we've already recommended her to our recently engaged friends. -

We worked with Willa for over 1.5 years to plan a wedding for 100 guests in Brooklyn. Willa and her team handled everything from setting a vision for the venue, recommending and reviewing vendors, and day-of coordination. Willa's communication, responsiveness, and planning skills made wedding planning a breeze. She patiently answered every question we possibly had, and turned vague design ideas into reality. I would 100% recommend Wild Heights to anyone looking to plan a wedding or any other major event -- you'll be in great hands.

Best team we could've asked for
Willa and her team were fantastic to work with from Day 1 to Wedding Day. They are creative, flexible, experienced, thoughtful, and fun. When we had ideas that we thought were crazy, they were open minded and set on bringing them to life. When there were curveballs, they were responsive, helped us get solutions, and told us we were sane. On wedding day things ran more smoothly than we could have imagined- We spent more time with Willa enjoying the day than we did worrying about how anything was going. Our wedding day was better than we could've imagined when we started planning and much of that credit should go to Wild Heights. Fantastic team and people. -

Willa gave us our absolute dream wedding and so much more.
She was the first vendor we hired and we feel so lucky to have had her expert guidance, seasoned logistical expertise and creative eye for design throughout our wedding planning journey.
From the start, Willa thoughtfully helped us hire all the vendors we needed for our wedding. She knows some of the best in the biz and her referrals saved us hours and hours of research. Whether it was setting up calls, reviewing contracts, attending walkthroughs — she was there every step of the way.
Of course she managed all our logistics, timeline and details while keeping us organized. We can honestly say we enjoyed wedding planning because of the process she created for us — making us feel heard, gracefully navigating our prioritizes, and being there for any unforeseen hiccups along the way. Not to mention, the countless personalized details she designed and handcrafted for us that made our wedding feel so special and like a true reflection of us.
Even as someone who has experience working onsite in the wedding industry, there are little things you forget about and also things you anxiously overthink. Whenever we had a worry, big or small, Willa talked it through with us, came up with a solution and immediately gave us an immense sense of relief.
We are forever indebted to Willa and the entire WHE team for making our wedding a day beyond our wildest dreams.

The Best Wedding Decision we Made!!
Willa was a dream to work with from start to finish. My husband and I found her to be calm, professional, knowledgable, and oh-so-talented. She helped us keep the whole process in perspective so that we enjoyed every moment of it. Almost every one of our vendors was sourced through Willa and she gave had so much insight into the local vendors that would fit our aesthetic and our wedding day. Our regular touch-bases with Willa were comfortable, joyous, and always productive. We can't say enough good things about her and her team! She made our dreams come true and we recommend her to everyone we know starting the planning process.

Willa helped us plan a 200 person wedding in New York City. Our wedding was held in a "warehouse" so everything needed to be sourced and planned. From catering, to floral, to music, to décor - having Will and her team guide us through the process was one of the best decisions we made. Not only is she excellent at what she does, she helps add personal touches and brings in bespoke elements that really create your day unique and catered to you. We would not hesitate to recommend her, especially if you want a wedding that is unique to you and not just another copy template of others. -

Well, as they say, wedding planning can be stressful. In our case there was family pressure, sometimes less than ideal vendor circumstances, and the general overwhelm of wanting such a special day to be a success. Willa and her team served as our constant and support in the face of all of this. Truly, I do think I may have completely lost it without Wild Heights. Willa is human, attentive to your needs, realistic with expectations, creative, able to scenario plan quickly, and truly brings a sense of calm that was much needed. I know how much I benefitted from my time with her in the year leading up to the wedding, but to see what she and her team created on the day of (and to also see our families sing her praise) blew me away. I'm not someone that has dreamed about my wedding all of my life and while I was excited about the day I figured it would be lovely and simply a nice event. It was one of the best days of mine and my husband's life and so much of that is due to the work that Willa and her team put in to make sure that we were happy. Every detail was considered and it felt really good to trust that if she has to make a decision on our behalf that she got us and would do what was in our best interest.
Hire Wild Heights Events. You will absolutely regret it if you don't! -

couldn't have had my dream wedding without Wild Heights!
We don't have enough kind words to explain our process with Willa. First of all, I don't know how we could've planned our wedding (and enjoyed every second of it) without a planner. Knowing that the details were happening in the background while we could enjoy our engagement period and our wedding day was a treat we will never get over. Additionally, our wedding day was an absolute dream. As a creative couple, the design and experience were so important to us, and Willa and her team KNOCKED it out of the park. We walked in our venue feeling like we were in a dream – with not one worry on our minds. Her expert advice from start to finish made us feel so confident with the whole process. She was so professional and kind to our friends, family, and other vendors, which made the environment be one where we could really just celebrate love! We no longer can count the number of people who told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We would hire Willa a hundred times over again. -

Willa was an absolute star. Not only with wedding planning, but being able to trust her with design...which is something you don't find often in a standard planner. I am so happy I hired her. She stood by my side through the entire planning process, and I'll be the first to admit I was a difficult bride LOL. I had a lot of questions! I only hired Willa for month of planning, but she went above and beyond and answered so many questions for the 15 months ahead of our wedding, which I greatly appreciated. Willa is also a gifted designer. It was a huge sigh of relief to be able to trust her on the wedding day with our table design. She just knew exactly what to do with candles, candelabras, flowers, napkins, you name it. She's the real deal and you won't regret hiring her. Anything I threw at her, she handled with grace and always had IDEAS! She's professional, smart, an ARTIST, and has so many tips and tricks. You won't regret hiring Willa. Willa, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding perfect. I'm going to miss talking so you so often. -

Okay Wild Heights is truly the most incredible wedding planning and design firm in the game. Within the week after our wedding, one of my friends Willa for her wedding next fall. She is a genius, a true professional, a brilliant artist, a wonderful confidante - I couldn't have asked for a better thought partner throughout my planning process. Willa fearlessly ushered us through the ebbs and flows of the pandemic throughout the planning process, never missing a beat and ensuring that we were comfortable and happy with our decisions. She also designed some incredible custom elements for my wedding: the chuppah, beautiful signage, among many other special details that made everything feel so personal. Willa was absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with! Especially planning a wedding during covid it was so great to have her to go to for advice and reassurance. She has a sharp eye for design and brings great connections to a wide range of vendors. Generous with her time and insights, we appreciated her hard work and enjoyed working together. -

Willa was the most amazing planner and easy to work with; she has a been so positive and flexible throughout the entire wedding planning process, during a pandemic! I started off with 150 guests and had to change everything completely. She redesigned my entire day and tailored it to our personal interests, creating an intimate affair, that all 18 people are still talking about today. She worked out every detail, so I had nothing to worry about but memorizing my vows. We were dealt a lot of changes from the vendors, super last minute and she creatively and brilliantly thought on her feet and turned a threatening disaster, into a fairy tale wedding. In the end, we rented 4wd vehicles in Colorado and transported everyone to 11,000 ft. Where we had our ceremony cliffside for some epic pictures. We had the cutest, camping wine glasses designed for us to have a champagne toast on top of the mountain. Then all guests were treated to a jeep tour on the way back to town. We finished out the evening with dinner on a rooftop. I was in tears when I thought I was going to have to cancel my wedding because of COVID. Willa did an amazing job to pull off a small COVID approved wedding, that kept everyone safe and abided by all the state rules(that kept changing!). We can not thank her enough for her creativity, flexibility, and professionalism! -

Willa for the Win!
We interviewed 7 planners for our small 2-event wedding (that was logistically very challenging, plus I’m high maintenance having worked in production for 15 years and a perfectionist thru-and-thru ). The minute we put the phone down with Willa, we knew we’d found the right person for the job. Calm, caring and clear with her communication, Willa is an attentive and heartfelt planner with a can-do attitude and zero drama! She’s full of suggestions should you wish, she’s an excellent team-player, will take the lead, or follows yours as much as you need. She’s a consummate professional with a personal feel to her business. Highly recommend her and her preferred vendors, who all have impeccable taste and style. Even if you’re planning a big event, you’ll want Willa’s presence as she brings a great deal of warmth, organisation and charm. Willa is the best wedding planner/designer that we could have asked for! Her tremendous skill, effort and great network of vendors really made it feel so easy for us to have the perfect wedding that we envisioned. From aesthetics, to planning/coordinating our vendors, to creating and building actual pieces for our wedding, she really covered it all. She listened to us about all the things we wanted, and with her experience, was able to give us direction in the areas we needed guidance. I appreciate that we were able to be intentional about every aspect of our plans and it read through on the day of our wedding. She put together an incredible team of vendors to deliver the most beautiful wedding that I could have dreamt of, a combination of urban, tropical, and minimal, allowing each element of our planning to shine.
On the day of our wedding, Willa and her assistant were on site and took care of everything! And even if we had an idea of how great everything would look, we were still blown away at how amazing it all came together. Willa and her team were able to make a completely empty space look so, so, so fabulous!! During our wedding we didn’t have to worry about anything. I’m sure like with all events, there were some small hiccups, but with Willa’s team there, any issues were resolved on the spot, to the point that we and our guests didn’t even notice it. When our late night pizza order fell through, Willa was still able to get all of our guests the pizza we wanted. One of our frozen drink machines broke, and the very next day called to let the vendor know so that we could be refunded.
We had such a fun and memorable time working with Willa. Even with the pandemic and all the uncertainty, she was so understanding and helped us so much. Our day was absolutely perfect and we could not have asked for more. She’s a true professional and expert at what she does, and I would recommend Willa and Wild Heights Events to anyone who is looking for a wedding designer/planner/coordinator.
