Aruba Honeymoon

We are going to Aruba for our honeymoon (in October). Now, I’m asking if any of you have gone? If so, how many nights? Did you guys rent a car? What activities would you recommend? And did you book any reservations or activities in advance? We are booking with a travel agent.

We are going to Aruba for our honeymoon in December! We are staying 6 nights at the Holiday Inn. We have friends that stayed there last year and said it was clean and in a great location. Very affordable and we were able to afford oceanfront. We are not renting a rental car because if you stay around Palm Beach or Eagle Beach, most things are within walking distance. We might rent a Jeep for just 1 day to explore.

I actually went to Aruba last year with FH. You must go see the flamingoes. They are adorable. I believe the Renaissance Hotel has full access to that private island. If you’re staying at a different hotel I think you can pay for a day’s stay.
We also did a tour bus of the whole island since it’s so small and they also have water activities you can try.

    Enjoy!

We stayed for 5 nights for New Years 2018 and it was amazing. We stayed at the Tamarjin and it was so nice. Every room had an ocean view and you could use all the facilities at the sister resort the Divi right next door. They had a golf cart shuttle to go between them. We had such a good time there, we never left the resort except to go to the casino one night as it was across the street and the shuttle went there as well.

We are planning to stay for 5 nights too, did you feel that the trip was too short? Or just right? Since it’s a small island, I figured 5 nights would be sufficient.
