For our 4 tier cake, two tiers will be vanilla cake with french cream custard layers. We need to pick a flavor for the other two tiers and are between two flavors (we can only pick one of the two):
1. Carrot cake w cream cheese frosting layers
2. Chocolate cake w layer of raspberry custard and a layer of raspberry mousse
which one these two would you pick?
