Greece Honeymoon Activities suggestions!!!

I studied abroad in Greece! While in Athens, you could go see the Acropolis if History is your thing. There's also lots of shopping in the area. You can buy jewelry for super cheap. Quite honestly, Athens is not the prettiest. It's relatively dirty too. We went island hopping as a day trip while there and visited Aegina, the island of pistachios. It was gorgeous! I know Santorini and Mykonos will be wonderful!

Athens is amazing and so is Santorini! You have so much fun 😍 There's a thousand things to do in Athens but I suggest seeing the Acropolis early in the morning to avoid crowds and the hot sun (no shade). Downloading an audio guide like Rick Steve's makes the best of the experience.
Also I suggest Santorini Wine Tours if you love wine. We had a ton of fun with our guide and it was educational. Catamaran tours are awesome just don't pick Spiridakos. They treat customers like cattle. But the most fun we had was Amoudi Bay where you can eat, dive, snorkel, and sun bath on the rocks. 😍

Rent an ATV to get around Santorini. If you’re staying caldera side, you’ll want to visits the beaches and Oea. Plus if you’re caldera side, you’ll want to get away during daytime from the insane number of tourists anyway because of how many cruises let people off for the day. Evenings and early mornings are much better. Going around the island on ATV can be one day. The hotel can arrange the rental or you can do it yourself, there’s tons of places. Another day, you might a sunset cruise, some have the option of dinner. There are also excursions to the center and a visit to small “hot spring” but more like warming water. Athens, don’t just do acropolis and Parthenon, the attached museum is amazing as well. That should be 1 day. If you’re interested, there are day trip excursions to visit major areas nearby like Corinth. You could also take the train to Delphi. Be prepared, the islands are fun and nice but Athens might be grungier/dirtier/more graffitied than you expect. We stayed at a 5 star hotel last time we were there. Hotel was nice, but even the area around it was sketchy. It’s not actually unsafe, just looks a bit run down. Greece is fabulous, you’ll have a great time! Congrats!!

So jealous! About how much are you spending total? And what travel agent did you use? Would love to go to Greece if it worked in our budget.
