Modern or Traditional: Honeymoon Timing?

Modern: We are leaving for our mini moon in Miami the next morning but planning a full European honeymoon for next year.

Traditional, we're out! I wanted to go somewhere right after the wedding so we are going on a more low key wintery honeymoon in a cabin in the mountains and then we will take bigger more expensive trips down the road.

Modern. We are leaving for a simple beach trip the next afternoon. Planning our Jamaica trip for our 1 year anniversary.

Modern. We will do a mini moon ~2 months after the wedding, then plan a bigger trip for next year!

Hmm, I guess kinda in the middle. Our wedding was on a Friday, we stayed at the resort through Sunday, went home for a week and then left for our HM.

We're going on our honeymoon 3 months after our wedding.

Modern. Since we are getting married in the Caribbean we will have a tiny mini moon there and we will be planning a full honeymoon in Europe for our first anniversary.

We'll take a mini-moon in Colorado, probably. Then take an actual honeymoon for our 1 year.

Traditional! Leaving literally hours after the reception ends. I'm not looking forward to waking up to go to the airport lol.

Traditional. We r headed to the airport from our reception. Will stay in a hotel and flight leave at 7am. 6 nights at San Souci Couples Resorts, Jamaica. WE CAN NOT WAIT!!!

In the Dominican Republic, at a restaurant over the sea called "Boca Marina".

We are going on our honeymoon in February. I need to to accumulate more vacation time and H is a school bus driver and he would prefer to go away while the school is on vacation so he doesn't have to use what little time off he will have. It will be worth the wait.
