A few days before my wedding I bought those pimple patches to try. They worked for me. Also drink lots of water.

Oh yes going through the same thing right now! My skin is usually completely clear! Grapeseed oil is good for acne if you have sensitive skin and tea tree oil is good to put on pimples directly. You can use coconut oil if you have super dry skin but it might break you out worse if you have oily skin.
Avoid anything harsh, you don’t have time for your skin to recover if you use anything too drying like astringent pads or foaming cleansers.

I never have acne really either which is why I don’t know what to do! I have oily skin so I’ll try out the coconut oil! Thanks!

If your skin is oily try grapeseed oil first, you can buy at vitamin stores. It won’t risk clogging your pores like coconut oil and it doesn’t feel greasy.
Like Melle said, drink a lot of water. Cut out any food triggers from your diet too. No dairy, sugar or starch, it’s only for five days.

    Good luck!

Drink a TON of water, wash your face with a gentle foaming cleanser twice a day and use a gentle toner (with no alcohol) after. Avoid touching your face, and disinfect your phone!

In addition to PP, I would also try to go makeup free or as much as possible over the next week!

Get the Advil gel capsules from the store. Poke a hole in it and apply directly on the zit. Let it sit overnight and wash in the morning. You can google this! I've done this before (found in on Pinterest) and it works well for me.

Keep the area super clean, oil / sweat / makeup free, as much as possible. Use micellar water to clean or gentle cleanser. Sun exposure helps (I don’t mean heavy tanning, but just letting your skin see the sun). Don’t eat sugary food / sweets (chocolate can be a trigger). Drink lots of water.
Same happens to me with stress. Good luck!

You can try wiping your face with ice cubes. In the morning and in the evening.

Girl, as a lady who has had adult acne forever I feel you. My wedding planning has caused a massive 2-month breakout from stress! Yikes. I recently started taking fish oil along with hair/skin/nails vitamins. I made a spray toner with tea tree, lavender and witch hazel. I also oil cleanse my face each night before bed. I have heard that a vitamin c serum might be helpful, but it could cause your skin to detox and might make it worse. Wash your sheets, clean your phone, don't touch your face. Get sweaty and drink water. I'm also taking collagen in my coffee instead of creamer. I think "unnatural" dairy creamers hurt me the most. I hope it clears up and good luck on your wedding day!
