Where are you going on your honeymoon?

NYC! FH has never been, and we are hoping for snow! We live in Florida, so the traditional tropical honeymoon is our normal lives every weekend. We wanted the big city in the winter!

Sadly we cannot afford one

I'm getting married in under two months and we still have no clue. We've had a lot of things come up over the past few months that caused some issues with getting this planned. If anything, we will go down and stay at his grandfather's house while he is still up here visiting and then plan a bigger trip later on.

Italy! And we just finished booking everything this weekend...4 nights each in Rome, Parma and Venice.

We're doing a pre-wedding "honeymoon" in Peru the month before we get married. Our actual honeymoon will probably be later and at a TBD destination!

I've heard Peru is gorgeous! I've never been though! What made you two pick it?!

So jealous! And 4 nights at each location is such the perfect amount of time to make sure you see and explore everything!

FH's mom's side of the family immigrated from Peru. He's been there once when he was a kid, but hasn't been back since! We were originally planning on going to Peru just for travel, and his brother and my sister decided they wanted to join us. Then we "accidentally" got engaged when we were talking about wanting to get married on our eight year anniversary and figured we might as well treat it as a pre-honeymoon!

We get married in July and were thinking of taking our honeymoon in February. We live in Buffalo, NY so we would rather escape the cold to a tropical place. Any suggestions? My fiance is a teacher so we will need to go during the week-long February break.
