My fiance was the one who proposed

He did at our favorite local winery.

Technically I guess I did. I asked him one day if he would mind having babies before getting married, and he said he would rather get married first and I asked if we could start planning then lol. He had a custom ring made for me and proposed at a planetarium last July.

I had emergency dental surgery, I was in sooooo much pain, and on like three different kinds of pain killers, and I have no memory of this, but apparently I asked her to marry me, and she said "why don't I answer that when your sober?"

The sweet story is she asked me, she surprised me, she had one of my best friends organize a picnic day, and asked me on the beach.

He asked me to marry him~ I think a couple times jokingly and then it became foreal lol

FH asked me by sending me on a scavenger hunt around my hometown.

He asked me, but it wasn't what he originally planned. We had a stressful morning while on vacation (the stress wasn't due to each other), and he popped the question that day rather than waiting for our dinner reservations later in the week. Either way would've been great, but I'm glad it turned out to be a private moment for us.

Sorta him but he never officially proposed. More just 'okay let's do this'.

He did though I had made it more than clear that I was ready. We had already discussed marriage and knew we were heading in that direction. As it got closer to my birthday he kept asking what I wanted so I jokingly sent him pictures of a ring pop and a guy down on one knee. 2 weeks before my birthday he planned a beautiful evening in our backyard and surprised me by proposing.

FH proposed to me. We were at his cousin's wedding celebration, and I overheard him telling his cousin's daughter (who he considers his niece) that he was going to ask me in a month when we were visiting my family. I called him out on it and told him I knew he had the ring already. After that, he felt like there was no reason to wait, so he asked me a few hours later when we got home.

ETA: There was alcohol involved.
