Your wedding in numbers: How many alterations appointments?

I’ve had one appointment already, another scheduled for the end of this month which will hopefully be the last!

I've had 2, the first was to add cups, take in at the top and to hem my dress. The 2nd was to add cap sleeves.

I had 2 alterations appointments, and a 3rd to make sure everything was good. I had to have my dress shortened, taken in, adjusted in the waist, and some protective fabric added around the arms. Oh, and bustled too.

Nope I am all done and ahead of the game!

I had 3 altogether. My straps were changed, the dress was taken in all three times, cups sewn in, bustle added, and hemmed.

3 total. 2 for the alterations and the last to make sure everything was how I wanted it to be. My MOH also learned how to do my bustle at my last appointment.

She told me it was all fairly simple! The bottom needed to be hemmed, cups sewn in, belt sewn on, bustle added, and taking in a few small places on the bodice, that's it! It fit almost perfectly when I tried it on!

1 appointment so far, and I will have another in a couple of weeks (which will likely be my final fitting). I didn't need to get much done to my dress though.

I've had 2 so far, and my final one should be this week considering I'll be married next weekend! Ek she's cutting it close, but I totally trust her.

I had 5 altogether. My 5th and final one my seamstress was making adjustments while I was in my dress. It was a great experience. I brought my dress home 2 weeks before the wedding.

I had two. The first was to take in the sides/back at the top, take in the sides at my hips and hem the bottom. The second was to add the bustle.

I will have 4. I had one when my dress arrived. 1 before alterations started. 1 when alterations were done and will have 1 more just to make sure nothing else has to be done closer to the wedding
