Washi Tape Wedding Favor Box DIY
Covering a favor box in washi tape takes under 2 minutes per box, and adding the white heart on top is even easier!

imple white wedding favor boxes are easy to customize to match your wedding theme and decor! For this design, we started with the Ivory Shimmer Two Piece Favor Box by Invitations by Dawn (50 for $80). Covering in washi tape takes under 2 minutes per box, and adding the white heart on top is even easier!
Continue reading for instructions to make this adorable favor box.
1. Build the two separate pieces of the box.
2. Angle washi tape diagonally and wrap around surfaces of the box. For best results, let the tape run naturally until you're able to fold it into the inside of the box. Do not change direction on one piece of tape.
3. Punch the heart topper out of an extra box with a paper punch (we used the Heart 1" Punch from Paper Source). Secure to washi tape covered box lid with glue.
