The story of our wedding

My husband and I grew up in the same small town and starting dating the summer before I went away to college. Our first date was on July 4th and he took me up to the top of a fifty-foot tower to watch the fireworks from all the surrounding cities. I saw my first ever shooting star that night and I knew that it was meant to be. My husband proposed to me on the Fourth of July weekend 6 years later and it will always be our favorite holiday!

On September 15th, 2018 we got married at Five Fillies Farm in New Wilmington, PA. With the help of our super supportive parents, the amazing staff at the farm, and all our wonderful vendors, we were able to bring our wedding vision to life. My favorite moment of the wedding was during our ceremony. My uncle was our officiant and he was reading a lovely quote to us as we stood beneath a shady tree near a stunning barn. I remember holding my husband's hands as I looked into the distance behind him where there was a breathtaking view of the land and horses. There was a gentle breeze that would occasionally cause the windchimes to sound off nearby and it was a picture-perfect moment that I purposefully sealed into my memory for safekeeping.
